Usually it's not this slow but this was REALLY RIDICULOUS!!! The two clerks who were super slow was an old woman with dark hair and skin and I think she is short and an Asian lady (I didn't get their names). All of the other clerks were not this ridiculously slow especially the nice asian man who always makes doing business at this post office INCREDIBLY PEASANT!!! I have not looked at my mailbox in over three months and it's a very small box so I did not think everything would fit in there. I was trying to ask some questions regarding if any mail could still be here And while the attendant was being super nice and helpful, he was answering my questions. This lady who seemed to be a supervisor wearing a green shirt practically closed a little window in my face while I was asking a question. I just thought that was incredibly rude. He was trying to answer my question fine and I don't think she had to slam the door in my face like that.

I wouldn't even want to drop a letter off at this office let alone pick up a package. I put in a hold for my mail and never had any mail held there. While it's a big location, it's definitely a little run down and outdated- but I'd say a lot of post offices are nowadays. They had a couple people helping customers up front and it was very busy while I was there. I did notice that some of the areas seemed like they needed to be re-stocked and I ended up needing to borrow a pen from behind the counter for my package. I feel like I remember other locations having pens on chains that can be used. Overall, the team working here were working really hard and doing a great job at moving through the long line. I was able to send my package out and it was a better price than going to Fedex or UPS, so worth the wait.

I tried, but the kiosk wasn't cooperating because of the size and shape of my package. While I was dealing with that, another customer tried to buy gift cards, and the employee told her that all of the gift cards were "duds." At that point, it felt like the entire location should have been closed since they weren't able to provide basic services to anyone. On top of that, the employee wasn't very friendly, and she even said she was going to get her manager because the other customer was "harassing" her -- even though the customer was simply trying to purchase a gift card. Overall, it seems like the staff should remove unusable gift cards from the shelves instead of letting customers find out only after trying to buy one.
