While it's a big location, it's definitely a little run down and outdated- but I'd say a lot of post offices are nowadays. They had a couple people helping customers up front and it was very busy while I was there. I did notice that some of the areas seemed like they needed to be re-stocked and I ended up needing to borrow a pen from behind the counter for my package. I feel like I remember other locations having pens on chains that can be used. Overall, the team working here were working really hard and doing a great job at moving through the long line. I was able to send my package out and it was a better price than going to Fedex or UPS, so worth the wait.

Thankfully there was a big sign that said Post Office here and it directed you where to go so it is on the other side where there is a main entrance. It is quite large inside with several PO boxes. The ladies inside were very nice but not with in depth knowledge beyond basic postal services. We almost had to reach out to our business contact at the main post office but after 15-20 mins finally got our transaction done. It is off of a very busy street in a super old building.

I had a really frustrating experience at this post office today. We received a notice saying that a…read morepackage was being held there for pickup. I went in with the notice, but because I was picking it up for my brother, the employee asked for my ID to verify the address. Unfortunately, my ID still has my previous address, so she told me she couldn't release the package to me. I completely understood that part. I then simply asked if she could at least check whether the package was still there, since it had previously been sent back once, and I wanted to know whether it had been returned again or what had happened so my brother would know. Instead of helping, she was extremely rude and dismissive. She barely let me explain what I was asking and kept interrupting me, saying there was nothing under that address when she checked. Two hours later, my brother went to the SAME post office with the SAME notice, and a different employee helped him. He found the package right away no problem at all. So either the first employee just lied to me or she simply didn't want to help me. Either way, telling me there was nothing there when the package was literally there was extremely frustrating. Iunderstand that employees have rules they have to follow, and I had no issue with being told I couldn't pick up the package because of my ID. What I do have an issue with is the unnecessary attitude, refusing to listen, and giving me incorrect information when I was simply trying to get an answer for my brother. Definitely not the kind of customer service anyone should have to deal with.

The parking is really spicy and it has a one-way in and a one-way out which was pretty creative. When I went inside there is a long line but it went by quick. Also I find that it was really clean inside and it was organized. There were a lot of postings where you drop off the mail so it is very informative on the collection time and what they accept and what they don't accept. Also the people were friendly and quick on their feet and the service was consistent. I would be back if I am in the area so I don't need to go back to my neighborhood and feel rush and drive all around the place. But who's counting! The gentleman who answered was very helpful & very precise in taking all of my information. He assured me that they would most likely find my package, they usually did. He told me to give them a couple of days to locate it & they would email me, & if I didn't hear from them in a couple of days, to call back. He really sounded confident that they would locate the package so I hope I don't have to call back.
