The staff person approached me to find out what I needed. I had the necessary info/documents, so she advised me to place the package in the drop box. She explained when the staff person(s) would pick up the drop box contents. Needless to say I was in and out of the place in about 5 minutes. I was so impressed with the personable customer service this staff person provided to me. About a few days later I received an approved document in the mail. Based on the date/time stamped on the envelope and documents, my package was worked on and completed the same day I dropped it off in person.
