    limited edition batman stamps
    Alex T.

i am a fan of this place. The place is smaller than the other one i have been too. i tend to think this place is less known so there are less people and less busier than other post office. its sort of hidden in a neighborhood so it could be a drive by and miss seeing it easily. i usually remember this place because it has a flag pole with a flag so i can spot it easily while driving. Te parking lot isn't too big but since there aren't that many people coming here, parking isn't an issue. The last few time i was waiting in line it was moving very slow. Today i went in to mail some more stuff and omg it was moving really fast today. i was like wow usually i have to wait forever. there were three people on the counter today. Also they have limited edition batman stamps so thats a plus too. overall i will come here over the other post office since i find this to be the less busy one.

Shove all this mail in a tiny metal box!

Not too busy and right up the street from my house. It's easy to get in and out without a hassle.

I always ship using a USPO flat rate box, which are located in the lobby of the post office on the shipping supplies display. For convenience USPO first class and flat rate boxes are free to take home for packing. Here's the chisme: you'll need access to a computer and printer to print a pre paid click-n-ship USPO label. If you don't have a printer go to the public library. The librarian can help you with printing from an app on your device or from their computers. should you decide to download the US PO app on your device you can print directly from there to the printer for a nominal fee I believe the first five pages of B&W printing are free and $.15 per page thereafter. It is well worth the time and effort to pack your flat rate box using your own strapping tape to tape it closed and be sure to tape your label on the side that says "place label here." Went out the post office walk right through the lobby in this post office the kiosk is near the mail drop slot inside. The parking is really spicy and it has a one-way in and a one-way out which was pretty creative. When I went inside there is a long line but it went by quick. Also I find that it was really clean inside and it was organized. There were a lot of postings where you drop off the mail so it is very informative on the collection time and what they accept and what they don't accept. Also the people were friendly and quick on their feet and the service was consistent. I would be back if I am in the area so I don't need to go back to my neighborhood and feel rush and drive all around the place. The united post office for my home is in Southland Park that one close one hour early versus this one close one hour later. I hope this helps and thanks for reading and have a yelp-tastic day. The value of the service here is wonderful and I would be back.

First, the place is pretty clean and well organized. It's easy to access. For me, these experiences boil down to the customer experience. Upfront, I am not a weekly or even monthly person that sends packages. I'm not really sure how to use a stamp to be honest with you or where to buy them. FYI, you can buy them at the post office. Anyway, I definitely came unprepared with my shipping label the first get-go. Collin delicately explained to me that this needs to be printed out or that a QR code needs to be provided, and that they can't receive emails from us. The second time around I was still unprepared despite printing the label. He generously help taped up my package and made a note that other post offices may not be as nice. Overall, I've never had a completely bad experience here, but this was particularly nice, so I wanted to give credit where credit is due.

I visited this USPS location to ship a small package and had a frustrating experience overall…read more The clerk initially told me I needed to pay around $55 for the shipment and sounded very certain about it. However, his coworker overheard the conversation and corrected him, explaining that the USPS First Class/Priority option for small packages in the ~$10-$22 range was acceptable instead. There were also multiple errors when entering my address information to create shipping label. It took about four attempts before everything was finally correct. What made the interaction more frustrating was that the clerk partially blamed my handwriting, even though I wrote everything clearly in capital letters. In fact, some words were entered correctly on earlier attempts but incorrectly on later ones, while different mistakes appeared in other fields. That made it clear the issue was not my handwriting, but repeated data-entry errors during the transaction. I remained polite and cooperative throughout the interaction, so it was disappointing that there was no acknowledgment or simple apology for the inconvenience after the repeated errors and confusion. Overall, the issue was eventually resolved, but the experience lacked accuracy, communication, and professionalism. 3 stars.

I mean the staff is courteous and helpful for the most part, when you come in, but the wait is horrible. There is usually only one, sometimes two, people at the counter with a long line to wait. So, don't come here if you're looking to get in and out. Be prepared to wait at minimum 15 minutes or more. I just say, after repeated visits and being told, "I'll pull your address so it gets done soon," for almost 6 months, did not make experiences at this location feel good.

Our regular male carrier is wonderful. She is so careful with the mail and checks and make sure we don't have any outgoing. She is great. But every single time she leaves to go on vacation or takes a day off whoever substitutes for her is the worst. Yesterday, the mail carrier hands me the mail in my hand because we were sitting outside. I am sitting with my friend who lives two houses down and I have her mail in my hand. So I give her her mail and I tried to catch up with the male carrier who is already a few houses down, but he can't hear me because he has earphones on. When I finally catch up to him to let him know that he gave me the wrong mail, and where is my mail, he just looks at me" oh yeah, one house didn't have mail today so I just got turned around." that's his response. Not oh sorry let me go check on that or anything else. No he turns around and keeps delivering the mail so I'm not sure if anybody got their mail yesterday or if we all have someone else's mail because he got turned around because one house didn't have the mail? He absolutely did not care, and did not make any initiative to fix this. So I'm not sure if somebody else got my mail yesterday I didn't. So then I tried to call the Arden post office today to talk to the manager and let him know this is going on. No luck you can call there 20 times nobody will answer the phone. I will probably have to make my way over there in person, but honestly, I don't think it will help. The postal people have one job to do, and in the case of the mail carrier. It's to make sure they're giving you the right mail. It's not OK that the day your regular carrier goes on vacation everyone's mail gets delivered wrong. It is tax season, I also run a business and I don't need to have my mail all over the neighborhood . I'm sure other people don't either.

I made photocopies prior but they made new copies for me (so you don't necessarily have to make copies beforehand) 2b) Fees - Make sure to double check the application instructions and fees accordingly so you can prepare a check/money order for the passport. Passport photos were $15 which is a good deal compared to Fedex/Staples which is closer to $18-$19? And it's convenient to just have them take it and attach to the application. USPS charges $35 processing fee. I paid with a credit card but had my debit card/checkbook just in case. 3) Track - I received an email ~ 5 days later saying my application was received and received my passport in the mail ~ 2 weeks after my appointment (not expedited). Was told that supporting documents arrive in the mail a few weeks after you get your passport. Located in a smaller parking lot but not difficult to find parking. The passport office is to the right of the USPS main entrance. Hope this helps!
