Easy to miss entrance. Over grown grass everywhere
    Theresa G.

Just moved here and needed to mail a package. The Postal office is a little hidden due to the overgrown grass all around it. Not many people were in line. There was just one attendant present rushing people along. Efficient just not very sociable. Plenty of parking all around. Just look out for that left turn to get you into the parking lot from the main road.

These are not cheap no more!

What the hell has happens to this place. This used to be the king of the post offices. It's worst then the Brookfield post office now! Got to the counter the person there was beyond rude.. If you don't have to go here any more then don't. The landscaping what the hell happened. Is there a place I can tell the government about there gardening skills?! One star, super hood, do not visit.... It's cost too much!

Poor service. Stop to pick up mail. Rang the bell and stood there for what felt like forever and nobody ever came to the window. The lady who was in front of me got fed up and left. Not sure how long she was standing there before I've arrived. One of the staff who looks like was setting up their lobby didn't do anything to assist. When asked if there was anyone working the mail pick up window she literally said ring the bell and someone will come. Well guess what nobody ever came. This is ridiculous when their sign states the mail pick up windows opens at 8:30 AM and there's nobody. Poor service.

Here's my package finally getting to FedEx after sitting at USPS for almost one month.
    Sam S.

What are these people doing here? Dropped off a package on June 25th. It just sits there. It's supposed to go to FedEx but nothing is happening. I fill out a find my package request on July 8th. They update the tracking to show they still have my package on July 15th. Then it just sits there again. Doing absolutely nothing. I fill out a second find my package request on July 23rd. Finally they get my package to FedEx. This package was a return. It took almost one month for USPS to contact FedEx to pick up my package. Had I known when I printed out the return label that said either drop it off to USPS or FedEx that this would happen I would've driven farther to FedEx and hopefully avoided all of this bullshit. I understand covid is happening but my package sitting there for almost one month is baffling. If I hadn't filed out those find my package request I'm sure my package would still be sitting there.

    It's now 8:56 AM on a Monday.

They accept walk-ins but not sure how quickly the line goes. I had an appointment at 5PM on a Monday and the waiting room was packed when I arrived at 4:45PM. I was called back by 4:55PM for my appointment, bypassing the walk-ins. 2) Application - there are passport applications in the waiting area but I printed and filled mines out prior. 2a) Documents - Have the original copies of your supporting documents signed and ready. I made photocopies prior but they made new copies for me (so you don't necessarily have to make copies beforehand) 2b) Fees - Make sure to double check the application instructions and fees accordingly so you can prepare a check/money order for the passport. Passport photos were $15 which is a good deal compared to Fedex/Staples which is closer to $18-$19? And it's convenient to just have them take it and attach to the application. USPS charges $35 processing fee. I paid with a credit card but had my debit card/checkbook just in case. 3) Track - I received an email ~ 5 days later saying my application was received and received my passport in the mail ~ 2 weeks after my appointment (not expedited). Was told that supporting documents arrive in the mail a few weeks after you get your passport. Located in a smaller parking lot but not difficult to find parking. The passport office is to the right of the USPS main entrance. Hope this helps!

Poor Service, Miscommunication, and Zero Accountability…read more My Situation: On October 2, 2025, I visited this UPS Store to ship a set of important documents to Mexico. I asked for overnight delivery, was quoted about $93, and understood it might take a couple of days due to international shipping. My goal was simple: get these documents to a hotel in Mexico as quickly as possible so the recipients, who were traveling, could receive them before checking out. Once I got home, I noticed the receipt showed an estimated delivery date of October 8, not overnight. I called the store immediately (as my screenshots show) and was told overnight service to Mexico doesn't exist, and that the printed date was correct. My recipients extended their hotel stay to wait for the package. * By October 7, tracking still showed delivery for the 8th. * By October 17, the package still hadn't arrived. Tracking then claimed the hotel room number was incorrect which made sense, because the recipients had already checked out after waiting longer than planned. * Later the tracking message changed to "address information required," even though I provided the hotel's business card directly to the store clerk when I shipped it. At this point, all I hoped for was the package being returned to me. On November 17, I called the store and spoke with the manager, Cindy, to request a refund since the package never arrived on the date printed on my receipt. Instead of helping, Cindy was agitated, condescending, and dismissive. She questioned me multiple times with, "What does address required mean to you?" and blamed me for the issue, saying I should have checked the address myself -- even though I handed them the hotel's business card and watched the clerk enter the information. I calmly tried to explain, but Cindy insisted her employees would "never" do that. When I asked her to stop yelling at me and told her I would leave a review and contact the BBB, she hung up on me. Not once was I offered a refund, a partial refund, or even basic respect. This situation was mishandled from start to finish miscommunication, zero accountability, and outright disrespect from management. I would never trust this location with important documents again. I often ship to Mexico but decided I'd go UPS this time. You might get lucky here but I definitely won't be taking that chance again.

The woman at the register rudely told me I had to use the self kiosk. I told her I was pressed for time can she just scan it, she refused and made me use the kiosk. I have visited multiple UPS stores none of them "make you" use the kiosk. Just some words of advice, although I don't come to this location anymore. 1. How if I was elderly or had a learning disability? That could make someone uncomfortable or embarrassed. 2. You start "making" people use the kiosk, what do we need you running the store for. That kiosk might take your job.

Last time I had to do it was maybe in 2013. Today in 2026 it's significantly gone up. It's not UPS fault. I had no idea what had happened before I entered, so I can't speak on the details of that interaction, but the atmosphere in the store already felt uncomfortable and tense the moment I walked in. Shortly after, the customer left, and Athena called me over to her register for assistance. From the very beginning, I was met with hostility and an unnecessarily rude tone. I had a larger Amazon return and simply explained that I wasn't sure whether it could go through the kiosk or not. Instead of offering help or guidance like most employees in customer service would, Athena coldly responded, "Well, it depends on the label." As a customer who obviously doesn't know what that means without additional explanation, I looked confused. Rather than clarifying or helping me understand, she simply repeated herself in the exact same rude tone as if that somehow answered my question. At that point, it became obvious she had absolutely no interest in helping me. There was no effort to guide me through the process, explain the difference between labels, or simply provide basic customer service. Instead, she left me standing there confused. I understand that retail and shipping environments can be stressful, but there is still a level of professionalism and patience expected from someone working directly with customers, especially someone in a management role. I took my package over to the kiosk anyway, still unsure of what I was doing. Fortunately, Ethan was working that day. My husband and I have visited this location many times before, and we have mostly dealt with Ethan during those visits. Every single interaction we've had with him has been excellent. He is always professional, patient, polite, and genuinely willing to help. We've noticed multiple times that when the store becomes busy or chaotic, Ethan is usually the person keeping things together. He helps customers efficiently while also assisting coworkers whenever they need support. Even while helping his own customers, he manages to multitask and maintain a positive attitude. He creates a calm environment, communicates respectfully, and actually seems to care whether customers leave the store having had a positive experience. When Ethan came over to help me, he immediately informed me that the kiosk would not have accepted my Amazon return and that it needed to be processed directly by an employee instead. He handled the return quickly and professionally without making me feel like I was inconveniencing him. The "manager" could have told me this from the beginning if she had cared enough to spend even thirty seconds helping me rather than dismissing me immediately. While Ethan was helping me, I asked for the manager's name because I intended to report the behavior I experienced, Ethan let me know the manager's name is Athena. Mind you, I had no idea the woman who I dealt with in the beginning was the manager and I didn't see a name tag. After leaving, I called the store and confirmed I was speaking with the same employee from earlier, Athena, who identified herself as the manager. She continued the same rude and dismissive tone over the phone. When I asked who she reports to, she replied sarcastically, "My boss." I then asked for a name, and she said she was "not allowed" to provide it, which was inconsistent since another employee had already shared her name without issue. She eventually stated she reports to someone named Adam, but then added that he "wouldn't care" or "wouldn't respond" because complaints like this "aren't important," which was incredibly dismissive and unprofessional. Athena's behavior was rude, hostile, dismissive, and completely lacking the basic people skills required for customer service, especially for someone managing a store and representing the business. The number of reviews mentioning Athena's poor behavior is genuinely concerning, and it's disappointing that ownership appears comfortable allowing customers to repeatedly have negative experiences with someone in a leadership position. Poor management affects not only customers but also the employees who then have to deal with the frustration and tension left behind afterward. I genuinely feel bad for the staff working in that environment because negative leadership impacts morale, teamwork, and the overall customer experience. The difference in professionalism between Ethan and Athena is night and day. Ethan carries himself the way I would expect an actual manager to carry themselves.
