I've been coming to this post office for about two years now, and as a small business owner who…read moreships out orders almost every other day, I rely on this location a lot since they are amazing and I've never had a problem with them! I normally bring in multiple small packages at a time, and I've always tried to be respectful, patient, and understanding of how busy postal work can be. I don't usually leave reviews, but I felt it was important to share my experience in hopes it helps improve things. There is a blonde woman who often wears a ponytail with glasses who often works near the pickup window/door, and on three separate occasions--spread out over months--she has made me feel very uncomfortable when dropping off my packages. Each time, as I place my orders on the drop-off counter, she sighs loudly, rolls her eyes, or looks annoyed. I always apologize and try to be considerate, but the reaction still makes me feel like I'm doing something wrong just by dropping off my shipments. I completely understand that long days and constant customer flow can be tiring. We're all human, and we all get frustrated. But as customers, especially those who come frequently and are always respectful, we shouldn't be made to feel like an inconvenience. This is part of the service the post office provides, and I'm simply doing what I'm supposed to do as a shipper. I truly hope she (or management) sees this and takes it as constructive feedback. I'm not upset, just hoping for a little more professionalism and kindness. A small attitude shift goes a long way, especially in a community postal office where many of us come weekly or even daily. I'd hate for other customers to feel the way I've felt during these interactions. Other than this repeated issue, the rest of the staff has always been helpful and kind!! I just hope this concern is taken seriously so everyone can feel comfortable coming here.

I have not looked at my mailbox in over three months and it's a very small box so I did not think everything would fit in there. I was trying to ask some questions regarding if any mail could still be here And while the attendant was being super nice and helpful, he was answering my questions. This lady who seemed to be a supervisor wearing a green shirt practically closed a little window in my face while I was asking a question. I just thought that was incredibly rude. He was trying to answer my question fine and I don't think she had to slam the door in my face like that.

It's sad to see that every time I review this post office, it's a zero star, but you have to put…read moresomething so it gets one star. I don't know how they survive. Our regular male carrier is wonderful. She is so careful with the mail and checks and make sure we don't have any outgoing. She is great. But every single time she leaves to go on vacation or takes a day off whoever substitutes for her is the worst. Yesterday, the mail carrier hands me the mail in my hand because we were sitting outside. I am sitting with my friend who lives two houses down and I have her mail in my hand. So I give her her mail and I tried to catch up with the male carrier who is already a few houses down, but he can't hear me because he has earphones on. When I finally catch up to him to let him know that he gave me the wrong mail, and where is my mail, he just looks at me" oh yeah, one house didn't have mail today so I just got turned around." that's his response. Not oh sorry let me go check on that or anything else. No he turns around and keeps delivering the mail so I'm not sure if anybody got their mail yesterday or if we all have someone else's mail because he got turned around because one house didn't have the mail? He absolutely did not care, and did not make any initiative to fix this. So I'm not sure if somebody else got my mail yesterday I didn't. So then I tried to call the Arden post office today to talk to the manager and let him know this is going on. No luck you can call there 20 times nobody will answer the phone. I will probably have to make my way over there in person, but honestly, I don't think it will help. The postal people have one job to do, and in the case of the mail carrier. It's to make sure they're giving you the right mail. It's not OK that the day your regular carrier goes on vacation everyone's mail gets delivered wrong. It is tax season, I also run a business and I don't need to have my mail all over the neighborhood . I'm sure other people don't either.

First, the place is pretty clean and well organized. It's easy to access. For me, these experiences boil down to the customer experience. Upfront, I am not a weekly or even monthly person that sends packages. I'm not really sure how to use a stamp to be honest with you or where to buy them. FYI, you can buy them at the post office. Anyway, I definitely came unprepared with my shipping label the first get-go. Collin delicately explained to me that this needs to be printed out or that a QR code needs to be provided, and that they can't receive emails from us. The second time around I was still unprepared despite printing the label. He generously help taped up my package and made a note that other post offices may not be as nice. Overall, I've never had a completely bad experience here, but this was particularly nice, so I wanted to give credit where credit is due.

It is located what looks like a converted Hotel with several businesses inside the rooms. Thankfully there was a big sign that said Post Office here and it directed you where to go so it is on the other side where there is a main entrance. It is quite large inside with several PO boxes. The ladies inside were very nice but not with in depth knowledge beyond basic postal services. We almost had to reach out to our business contact at the main post office but after 15-20 mins finally got our transaction done. It is off of a very busy street in a super old building.

I normally drive a little farther to this one at the corner of Fulton Ave and Marconi Ave. This one has way fewer customers all the time. I think is because of the location. The Post Office is deep inside a parking lot all the way to the end and the parking lot entrance is on Marconi Ave instant-on Fulton Ave as the address shown! This office usually has only one or two windows open. But I have never seen more than 3-4 customers inside. It is way better than the one on Arden Way or the one on El Camino Ave. I normally spend less than 5 minutes in this office for the window services. Many parking available in front of this Post Office and driveway drop off is also available!

For convenience USPO first class and flat rate boxes are free to take home for packing. Here's the chisme: you'll need access to a computer and printer to print a pre paid click-n-ship USPO label. If you don't have a printer go to the public library. The librarian can help you with printing from an app on your device or from their computers. should you decide to download the US PO app on your device you can print directly from there to the printer for a nominal fee I believe the first five pages of B&W printing are free and $.15 per page thereafter. The parking is really spicy and it has a one-way in and a one-way out which was pretty creative. When I went inside there is a long line but it went by quick. There were a lot of postings where you drop off the mail so it is very informative on the collection time and what they accept and what they don't accept. The value of the service here is wonderful and I would be back.
