The staff is very helpful and I appreciate them being able to walk us through options and pricing to send items. It's so conveniently located. Right off the freeway. I can just hop on and off the freeway and I'm right there. You just make a right turn off the freeway exit and pull into the third driveway or so. There is rarely a line, or if there is one it goes quickly. I like going to a live person to make my returns. They have never failed me. Unlike some other UPS stores who lost my items this store has never lost my items. And I return a fair amount of times. I love amazon for that. You can buy on a whim and then after you're in your right mind you can return that item. I usually return things in a day or two of receiving them. My dad is the opposite, he just likes to test the return window and return in a day or two before the window closes. The UPS store is so close to home that I can go on my lunch break and it takes less than a half hour to go drop off my item and return home. If you'd rather do it on your self. The UPS store has a kiosk that you can do your returns with out having to interact with a real person. It can be quicker if there is a line. When I arrived a women just zipped in and went to the kiosk and there was no one in like so she could have easily gone to the counter. Lucky for me she didn't clog up the line and I just zipped in and out. In another UPS Store I used to have a mailbox. It's a regular mailbox not a PO Box. This enables you to have packages shipped to you such as amazon and other online places you make purchases. And you don't need to buy a big box. You can rent the smaller box and still get your packages delivered to you. They just store them in the back for you. This is also safer than having the packages delivered to your house when you're not home. No more porch pirates stealing your packages. I like their copy service. Instead of you having to using the self serve copier they will make your copies off their professional machines and they won't mess up like you may as you aren't used to the machine. Instead of paying for a single strip of tape, you can buy a whole roll from their shipping supplies section. Thus it may be cheaper to package your own items versus having them package it for you. Something they now offer is a USPS mailbox so you can mail your USPS letters in house. Overall I'm really happy with my experiences. I come here every few months depending on my shopping addiction.

The person working was efficient and helpful, they answered my questions and were able to get my package sent and ready quickly. While it was more expensive than I anticipated, it was nice that they guaranteed its deliver within three days and the package ended up arriving earlier than anticipated. This is the first location I think of visiting when I need to send a package.

The first thing we were told was, "We stop doing Live Scans around 6," even though it was 6:04 PM when we walked in. Stopping a service four minutes earlier and using that as a reason to turn customers away does not sound like a policy--it sounds like someone who didn't want to do their job. To make it worse, when my wife asked for clarification, Jake responded with unnecessary attitude, saying: "Oh, it's not around 6pm -- it IS 6pm." That comment was delivered with sass and zero professionalism. We were polite, respectful, and not rude in any way, yet were met with dismissiveness and irritation for simply asking for a service they advertise. If there's a strict cutoff time, that should be clearly posted and communicated professionally--not weaponized to shut people down with attitude. Customer service matters, and tonight it was completely lacking. I normally don't leave reviews, but the way my wife was spoken to compelled me to write this. Unprofessional, unhelpful, and frustrating experience. I hope management addresses this, because this interaction alone ensures we won't be returning to this location.

It didn't scan correctly and she tried it again. Then she politely asked if I was sure this was the right place. OPPs!!! Wrong place. I thought I had checked FedEx but apparently I selected the wrong location. I said I'll be back. I went outside to my next appointment. They were behind so unreturned my item and re-selected FedEx. I went back to FedEx and the staff member had an opening in her line and I tried it again and it went through on the first try. Service was stellar.
