I visited the other day and a customer began to be nasty towards the employee at the desk; so much so I was going to need to walk out or intervene. The employee kept her cool, the customer realized her error in what she was asking for and apologized to taking the paperwork back from the employee (but no apology for her nasty, curt tone). I was the next customer and the employee perked right up like nothing happened. Shout out to our service based heroes who endure what they shouldn't have to.

I typically stop in when I need to buy stamps or send something that requires a little extra attention or tracking. On my latest visited there was a small line of people and the person up front was friendly and helping everyone efficiently. I ended up buying a few different packs of stamps, including some very cute year of the snake stamps. I always opt for forever stamps and after making my purchase I was able to add postage to a couple of letters I had going out, put them in the box and I was on my way. The Post Office isn't always the most fun or glamourous errand, but I've had good experiences with the staff here so far and have been able to get the job done.

I've been coming to this post office for about two years now, and as a small business owner who…read moreships out orders almost every other day, I rely on this location a lot since they are amazing and I've never had a problem with them! I normally bring in multiple small packages at a time, and I've always tried to be respectful, patient, and understanding of how busy postal work can be. I don't usually leave reviews, but I felt it was important to share my experience in hopes it helps improve things. There is a blonde woman who often wears a ponytail with glasses who often works near the pickup window/door, and on three separate occasions--spread out over months--she has made me feel very uncomfortable when dropping off my packages. Each time, as I place my orders on the drop-off counter, she sighs loudly, rolls her eyes, or looks annoyed. I always apologize and try to be considerate, but the reaction still makes me feel like I'm doing something wrong just by dropping off my shipments. I completely understand that long days and constant customer flow can be tiring. We're all human, and we all get frustrated. But as customers, especially those who come frequently and are always respectful, we shouldn't be made to feel like an inconvenience. This is part of the service the post office provides, and I'm simply doing what I'm supposed to do as a shipper. I truly hope she (or management) sees this and takes it as constructive feedback. I'm not upset, just hoping for a little more professionalism and kindness. A small attitude shift goes a long way, especially in a community postal office where many of us come weekly or even daily. I'd hate for other customers to feel the way I've felt during these interactions. Other than this repeated issue, the rest of the staff has always been helpful and kind!! I just hope this concern is taken seriously so everyone can feel comfortable coming here.

I have not looked at my mailbox in over three months and it's a very small box so I did not think everything would fit in there. This lady who seemed to be a supervisor wearing a green shirt practically closed a little window in my face while I was asking a question. I just thought that was incredibly rude. He was trying to answer my question fine and I don't think she had to slam the door in my face like that.

I went here to mail a gift for my Aunt's Birthday in December on the East Coast. I had it packaged up in an old Amazon mailer all taped up and they accepted it as proper mailing packaging. I asked for the cheapest method of mailing (Ground Advantage and it comes insured and with tracking) and it would get there in 5-7 days, which was perfect. She doesn't need it till the 2nd week of December. With the holiday rush starting in November I thought I would get it out early. The holiday rush won't guarantee anything on time. Parking is pretty good. They have a small lot to the right of the post office. It used to be to the left, but they made some changes. I've been lucky by going off peak hours and have always gotten a spot. If it's packed you can always park in the Raley's Parking lot and walk across the cross walk right in front of the Post Office. If you are just dropping off a letter there is a blue mailbox out front. If you need to rent a mailbox they have them available here. You can either pay by them month in person or you can put it on auto draft.

She was super nice, polite, and approachable, and she had a calm, friendly attitude that immediately made me feel like I was in good hands. Sometimes you can tell right away when someone is just going through the motions, but with Rianna it felt like she genuinely cared about helping me and making sure everything went smoothly. She was attentive, respectful, and patient in a way that is rare to find these days. I came in with a lot of packages, and I mean I had a lot more than what most people probably bring in at one time. I was already expecting that it might be a hassle, or that I might get that look from someone who is annoyed the second they realize how much work it is going to be. But Rianna did the exact opposite. She stayed kind and professional, and she never once made me feel like I was inconveniencing her. She did not rush me, she did not talk to me like I was slowing her down, and she did not let her tone change. She stayed patient the entire time, which really mattered because it can feel stressful when you are standing there with a bunch of packages and you just want everything handled correctly. What made the whole situation even more challenging was that the data in the store was terrible and would not load. The system kept lagging, freezing, or taking forever, and it really slowed down the process. That is the kind of thing that can quickly turn into a frustrating experience, especially when you have multiple packages and each step depends on the system working properly. Even with that going on, Rianna remained calm and collected. She did not get flustered, she did not take it out on me, and she did not act like it was my fault that the store data was not cooperating. She handled it with a level of patience and professionalism that deserves recognition. Instead of acting irritated or rushing through things just to be done with it, she stayed focused on making sure everything was processed correctly. She kept trying, she kept working through it, and she stayed consistent in her customer service the entire time. She did not give up or act defeated, and she did not make the situation awkward. She communicated with me in a clear and polite way while we waited for the system to load, and she kept things moving as best as she could. She made sure I understood what was happening, and she took the time to double check things so nothing got missed. The most impressive part is that even while dealing with the slow system, she did not let her attitude change. A lot of people get annoyed when technology slows them down, and you can feel that frustration as a customer. With Rianna, I never felt that. She stayed friendly and patient, and she kept treating me with respect the whole time. She maintained the same kind tone and helpful approach from start to finish, and that made the experience so much better than it could have been. Instead of feeling stressed or rushed, I felt like she was taking care of everything and making sure it was done the right way. She also handled my packages carefully and responsibly. With so many packages involved, it would have been easy for someone to get careless or mix something up, especially with the system not loading properly. But Rianna stayed organized and thorough. She took her time, handled each package properly, and made sure every step was completed correctly. She did not treat it like a burden, and she did not act like she was trying to get rid of me. She was professional, detail oriented, and patient throughout the entire process. Another thing I really appreciated was how she made the interaction feel human. She did not make me feel like I was just another task she had to deal with. She was kind, understanding, and pleasant to talk to, even when the delays were clearly taking extra time out of her day. That type of customer service makes a huge difference because it turns an annoying situation into something manageable. She did not just do the job, she did the job with a good attitude and genuine patience, which is exactly the kind of service that people remember. Even though the store data issues made everything take longer than it should have, Rianna did not make it feel like a problem. She stayed calm and steady, and she worked through it without complaining. She showed professionalism, patience, and a great attitude from start to finish. That is not easy to do when things are moving slowly and you have a customer with a lot of packages, but she handled it like a pro. She made sure everything was taken care of properly, and she made sure I left feeling confident that everything was processed correctly. Overall, Rianna provided excellent customer service. She was super nice, patient, and professional the entire time. She handled a difficult situation with the slow system and still treated me with kindne

The first thing we were told was, "We stop doing Live Scans around 6," even though it was 6:04 PM when we walked in. Stopping a service four minutes earlier and using that as a reason to turn customers away does not sound like a policy--it sounds like someone who didn't want to do their job. To make it worse, when my wife asked for clarification, Jake responded with unnecessary attitude, saying: "Oh, it's not around 6pm -- it IS 6pm." That comment was delivered with sass and zero professionalism. We were polite, respectful, and not rude in any way, yet were met with dismissiveness and irritation for simply asking for a service they advertise. If there's a strict cutoff time, that should be clearly posted and communicated professionally--not weaponized to shut people down with attitude.
