The staff is great, too. They invariably greet their customers with a smile and obvious willingness to help. It's so conveniently located. Right off the freeway. I can just hop on and off the freeway and I'm right there. You just make a right turn off the freeway exit and pull into the third driveway or so. There is rarely a line, or if there is one it goes quickly. I like going to a live person to make my returns. They have never failed me. Unlike some other UPS stores who lost my items this store has never lost my items. And I return a fair amount of times. I love amazon for that. You can buy on a whim and then after you're in your right mind you can return that item. I usually return things in a day or two of receiving them. My dad is the opposite, he just likes to test the return window and return in a day or two before the window closes. The UPS store is so close to home that I can go on my lunch break and it takes less than a half hour to go drop off my item and return home. If you'd rather do it on your self. The UPS store has a kiosk that you can do your returns with out having to interact with a real person. It can be quicker if there is a line. When I arrived a women just zipped in and went to the kiosk and there was no one in like so she could have easily gone to the counter. Lucky for me she didn't clog up the line and I just zipped in and out. In another UPS Store I used to have a mailbox. It's a regular mailbox not a PO Box. This enables you to have packages shipped to you such as amazon and other online places you make purchases. And you don't need to buy a big box. You can rent the smaller box and still get your packages delivered to you. They just store them in the back for you. This is also safer than having the packages delivered to your house when you're not home. No more porch pirates stealing your packages. I like their copy service. Instead of you having to using the self serve copier they will make your copies off their professional machines and they won't mess up like you may as you aren't used to the machine. Instead of paying for a single strip of tape, you can buy a whole roll from their shipping supplies section. Thus it may be cheaper to package your own items versus having them package it for you. Something they now offer is a USPS mailbox so you can mail your USPS letters in house. Overall I'm really happy with my experiences. I come here every few months depending on my shopping addiction.

I just referred my best friend over to The Key Shop in Rio Linda the other day after her dad's Toyota Yaris key wouldn't turn in the ignition, and they were incredible working with her. She called them up, and they offered to be out there in less than 15 minutes as she lives nearby in Natomas. She told me that Allen showed up and was really friendly, respectful, professional, and genuinely nice. He was super informative and laid out all the options clearly. There was no upsell, high pressure sales tactics, or trying to take advantage of anyone. Best of all, he managed to repair the existing Toyota key cylinder so they didn't end up having to deal with two different sets of keys. He truly went above and beyond. It's the exact kind of service and care that makes you want to tell everyone about them and support local businesses. I will definitely continue to refer over good people and support the Rath family and their family business.
