They're always so friendly greet you with a smile and are super fast at getting a long line taken care of quickly. I brought Cosmo in Maui my birds in today because they were running errands with me. It was nice to see that a business was friendly with pets in a birdie backpack visiting with their mom. Some businesses aren't as friendly about it, even though they're concealed in a backpack. It's nice to see that a local business not only handles business quickly and efficiently and friendly, but is open to pet babies visiting the store with their mom or dad's. Thank you UPS store for being amazing. Keep up the good work you guys got this!!

Its an amazing coincidence, Im sure. But every time I drop a return into their outgoing bin, if I don't scan it and get a receipt, the package miraculously disappears somehow. It's like a UPS miracle. Coincidence, I'm sure. Get a receipt every time or go elsewhere. Dissolving amazon returns with this level of reliability probably isn't casual customer theft. The joke will be on them soon. My next one will have an air tag in it.

Everyone else kind of takes a long time. Today there was lack of communication with the workers. The Korean lady helping me had issues with her printer 2x. She seemed flustered and told me to wait for the other worker (who was scanning and moving packages)... there was a man behind me so I wasn't sure if I should wait behind him or if I was still next, because the Korean lady didn't even tell her coworker what was going on. For about 3 long minutes the man and I stood around looking at both of them. It wasn't until the other worker noticed me and made eye contact with me that she asked the Korean woman if she was going to help us. I asked the worker for help, and he told me where to email my documents so they could print them. After that, he went to help other customers. There were a couple of other workers there, so I was a little confused as to why he was the only one helping customers. After a few minutes, he came back to print my documents, but before bringing them over, he answered the phone and spent about 10 minutes helping the customer on the call. By the time I finally got my papers and paid, I was in a rush and didn't notice the extra $2.50 FS surcharge on my receipt. I looked it up afterward and it seems like they charge that fee when a worker helps you. So my $3.28 print job for two papers ended up being $6.31 The prints came out fine, but the fee should be mentioned upfront. This was probably my first and last time coming here, I'll stick with Copyland since I've always had a better experience there
