They're always so friendly greet you with a smile and are super fast at getting a long line taken care of quickly. I brought Cosmo in Maui my birds in today because they were running errands with me. It was nice to see that a business was friendly with pets in a birdie backpack visiting with their mom. Some businesses aren't as friendly about it, even though they're concealed in a backpack. It's nice to see that a local business not only handles business quickly and efficiently and friendly, but is open to pet babies visiting the store with their mom or dad's. They do the best they can, but there's a serious parking problem there which is not good when you're carrying packages. This store is incredible. First, there's lots of parking. Never a problem. Second, there's lots of staff. I was shocked the other day when I saw five people working behind the counter. Even if the line is long, which it usually isn't, they get you through really quickly. Finally, the people that work there are above and beyond helpful. I have a back injury, so carrying packages is a problem. And of course today I had to pick up a case of wine. The woman actually brought it out to my car for me so I didn't have to lift it. With a store full of people, that is some serious customer service! And that's just the way it is there. Every single time. There was a severely disabled man in the store a few weeks ago, and I watched an employee patiently take him through every single thing he needed, and walk out to his car with him when he was finished. It's how they roll. This kind of customer service is rare. Highest recommendation!
