I tried to explain to her I had been waiting in line with it for over 20 minutes as the line was out the door, after bickering with me for 5 minutes I told her I don't appreciate being accused she said "It's not my fault you look like the type" as I walked out, needless to say a few people left with me that were in line and said they will never do business with this office again as I also won't myself.
