They communicated via text as soon as I asked for a quote and were extremely responsive, even over the holidays. They came to give an estimate and were willing to haul away the same day if we liked the price. And if you had the flu, some simple communication would go a long way so we're kept in the loop. Especially if you had time to respond to this review and none of my texts or calls. Please do not book this service unless you want to deal with flakiness and a lack of accountability. *** Extremely unprofessional. I had to constantly follow up to get a response. And then as you can see in the text, he never got back to me.
