I am the nicest person, but I will not be disrespected as a paying FedEx account customer. I have finally had enough. Definitely DO NOT recommend this location, and I am absolutely shocked that the owner of this place is even allowed to use their name. Ruining their reputation. Look at the google reviews. Mostly bad. Not to mention staff taking people's Apple phones?!?? Unbelievable, and unacceptable. So sad that this place exists.

I had a very "rush" order that I'm not sure I made very clear that it was a "rush." This morning, I needed the order and called Carrie at the front desk. I was feeling rushed and frustrated. I managed to even snap at Carrie when I heard one of her responses incorrectly (and for that I hugely apologize). She maintained her composure and remained very courteous and friendly. We fixed what we needed to and believe it or not, they actually had it here with time to spare - NO CHARGE FOR RUSH OR DELIVERY! Everything was as ordered and complete. Over the past few days I had the opportunity to speak with Darren, the owner, and Glenn, the production. Both were very friendly and accommodating. I honestly had such an uncomfortable experience at this UPS Store on Truxel that I ended up just…read moreleaving. I came in for a simple Amazon return. The item was actually still in the same box Amazon shipped it to me in, and you could even see my original delivery address on it. I was told they wouldn't accept it like that and that I would need to buy another box. I was confused because I've returned things through UPS plenty of times and have never had this happen. I normally go to the Howe Ave location, where everyone has always been helpful, but I happened to be near Truxel so I stopped here instead. I wasn't trying to argue with anyone about their policy. I just asked if one of the shipping bags could be used instead of buying another box as suggested. The employee went over and asked the manager if they could make the same type of accommodation they had apparently made for another customer before, and his response was basically, "not now." That was the part that really bothered me. The whole interaction made me feel like they just didn't want to help me or even want me there. I felt so uncomfortable that I decided I wasn't going to spend money somewhere that was making me feel that way. If the answer is no, that's fine. Just explain it to me and treat me with some kindness and respect. That's really all I was asking for. I ended up leaving without doing my return and will just continue going to the Howe Ave location. I've always had a completely different experience there. Unfortunately, after this experience, I won't be coming back to the Truxel location. I'm reading now on these yelp reviews other people having the same issue this is absolutely appalling when I'm not the only one and it keeps happening to other people!!!

The UPS Store and its staff on Del Paso Road in Natomas are wonderful. My boyfriend and I were specifically…read moretold NOT to sign anything yet, and the notary (Emilee) instructed us exactly WHERE to sign. We followed her instructions, but a required signature on the last page was missed. Our HR rejected the document because of the missing signature. When I contacted the store, the manager said they were not responsible for the signatures. However, we relied on the notary's instructions and could not have signed that section without the notary present. Now we have to go back and get the document corrected, with no guarantee they will redo it for free or refund what we already paid. The manager said he has to look at it to make sure they weren't at fault. Very disappointing, especially since this could have been caught during the original notarization.
