It's walk in only, so I noticed that the wait got more crowded as the day progressed (I had to drop in twice). But that is expected, and I was able to call before to verify how crowded it was so I could determine if it was the best time for me. The DOJ prints were about 23$. You can pay cash or card. I needed to get my fingerprinted done for church and they used this place. I called to see how long the wait was and how the process worked. The lady on the phone was really nice and help walk me through the process and explain to me there wasn't any current wait. When I arrived there was a few people in the building waiting but the wait wasn't too long. The only downside though of the fingerprinting was that the guy was touching my hand to help me with the fingerprinting. With Covid and all that, I would of been more comfortable if he was wearing gloves. But besides that I would recommend this place. Good service. read more

Having to do fingerprints isn't always a fun thing. To be honest I've only gotten them done once before for a job haha! But this was a great experience. I guess having your stuff ready pays. When i got there there was one guy working, i didn't get his name but he was professional and efficient. I was able to get it at opening. Give him forms and he knew exactly what to do with them. He got my prints done with little to no work from me. It did cost $67. But for the speed and service it was worth it. He even made sure to make copies and remind me to keep a copy for myself. However, the one staff member who could notarize my document apparently leaves early some days for classes. No dig on them (get that education!), but the business needs to either make it clear that some of their survives are not reliably available during their business hours and/or get more of their staff certified for notary services as backup. I recently had terrible experience with this business. I have made two appointments where they have closed before my appointment. I confronted them during my lunch hour, which they were very rude and dismissive of their appointment system giving appointments after their new hours that are different from their advertised hours.
