Cruise is very nice took my finger prints and got done fast with no problems very nice

This is the place to go when you have to do a live scan. This place is efficient and has structure which is nice when customers want to get in and get out. There's plenty of parking in the parking lot as this business is near other businesses. When you go inside there is a waiting area and the people who work here are professional. This location accepts walk-ins which is convenient. I like that you can call ahead and get more information such as how long the current wait is. Check out this location next time you need fingerprints completed for great customer service. read more

A shocking experience! On the Apple Maps that I use The Milpitas branch address has the Sacramento branch number and when people drive to the location the location actually doesn't exist! People are getting confused and their energy and time get wasted! When I called this office (Sacramento branch) and explained the issue I heard he said "it's not our (or my) business " but they have opened this business and they are working there! So logically it's their business to care and do their best to correct the mismatch! Last but not least I want to apologize that I was not talking with my calmest voice to the guy I hope this mismatch gets corrected. read more

It's next door to Moore's Martial Arts. I needed to get my fingerprints scanned as a background check requirement for IHSS employment. Out of all the companies I contacted, Capital Live Scan is one of the very few places which accepts walk-ins. Other businesses requires an appointment. Since I had already filled out my paperwork, I was seen shortly. (They prefer if the paperwork is filled out ahead of time.) Employees were fast but thorough. My scans were completed within a few minutes. The State of California fee plus the Rolling fee was only $55.00. read more

The nonprofit that i volunteer for requires their volunteers to get finger printed. This business was closer so I came here right after work and my finger prints completed with 10 minutes. That was so fast! They don't have customer services: no greetings, instructions were given in a lifeless tone. read more

The staff were very nice. I encourage everyone to just have all your documents. I made simple mistake of forgetting to give my doj waiver of 25.00 off my fingerprints and the manager stated Ì can bring but they will not issue a refund which brings me to the lack of understanding we are all human and forget things. But I get it the fact the the world is in crisis financially they have no empathy towards allowing you to correct your mistake. I'm on fixed income by the way and gave them my business off a recommendation. I just tell anyone don't forget any documents read more

This is the place you want to go if you need to get fingerprinting off your list. The technicians were warm and efficient. It's walk in only, so I noticed that the wait got more crowded as the day progressed (I had to drop in twice). But that is expected, and I was able to call before to verify how crowded it was so I could determine if it was the best time for me. The DOJ prints were about 23$. You can pay cash or card. They have a comfortable waiting area with a children's toy in the corner to entertain your toddler if you have one. Come here for your fingerprints! read more

Overall Great service, I always come here for my live scans for work. A bit of a wait sometimes but staff is very helpful if you have questions about forms. Once you get called, they'll have you in/out quickly. read more

Did my fingerprints here and they had the quickest service ever! Staff is great too! :)

Great overall experience. Staff were very kind, professional, and helpful. Waiting time was a little long. Location only takes walk-ins, so time appropriately. Actual fingerprinting process was quick and efficient! read more

Service was very quick. I only had to wait about 5 minutes and the staff was very friendly and professional

I needed to get my fingerprinted done for church and they used this place. I called to see how long the wait was and how the process worked. The lady on the phone was really nice and help walk me through the process and explain to me there wasn't any current wait. When I arrived there was a few people in the building waiting but the wait wasn't too long. The only downside though of the fingerprinting was that the guy was touching my hand to help me with the fingerprinting. With Covid and all that, I would of been more comfortable if he was wearing gloves. But besides that I would recommend this place. Good service. read more

Lupe was funny and nice :) process was easy and quick -

Fastest live scan ever. In and out in five minutes. No painful finger smashing, re-rolling, or screaming that my hands are too sweaty or dry and I'm a "bad" printmaker. It was just done. For $15. In five minutes. Free parking in lot, though it's a little tight with all the businesses here now. read more

Great and fast service. There was no waiting. The customer service was excellent. The office is clean and everyone was pleasant.

Very fast service and to the point, super nice staff! They were accommodating with what I needed.

I accepted a new position and needed to get my live scan completed right away. Found this place via Google and decided to try them out. This location rocks compared to visiting an alternative business that offers live scan services. I was able to walk in and be seen right away and they were very efficient. In the past, it took service workers time to complete the process and they always asked me to redo my prints over and over but not this place. I was in and out in 5 minutes or less. They were professional and efficient! read more

excellent Custer service from Carly! She was efficient and polite. High recommend for live scans!

This is the best place to get your live scans done! Great customer service, I always get easy to understand breakdowns of costs, friendly interactions, and staff who go above and beyond to help you with your experience. *Pro tip-make sure you already have your ID and paperwork ahead of time! read more

My workplace doesn't do fingerprints anymore so they recommended this place. It's fast and easy, just have your ID and your BCIA 8016 form ready for review. If you need help filling out the form you can give them a call and they can help you. The prices depend, if your workplace is paying for it be sure to include the billing number on your BCIA 8016. The place is clean and the chairs are equally spread out at the entrance. read more

I work as a travel nurse and require live scans for every new assignment! The services are thorough and QUICK! Staff is usually very busy and ALL BUSINESS... I'm more of a chattering stranger ... not so much the annoying type just .......... Well, like now........ all of these words seem to be going nowhere?? OKAY! Now that you have a little backstory, here is my REVIEW............. Capital Live Scan will GIVE YOU THE BIGGEST BANG FOR YOUR BUCK! To prepare for the BEST EXPERIENCE, HAVE CLEAN HANDS ( for the quality of your scan-- or you may have to repeat the process!) You SHOULD HAVE YOUR PAPERWORK FILLED OUT, this will get you in and out the quickest! BRING YOUR !! I wouldn't bring young children as the waiting area is QUITE SMALL AND QUIET! This location is USUALLY PACKED, TAKE A TICKET NUMBER & be prepared to wait. Sometimes it takes an hour and sometimes the waiting area is empty and it only takes 10 mins!!!!!! Okay my friends! That's it! Check it out and let us all know what YOU think! This is my first or second time doing a review...... I don't really read them either, but now I will begin because I think the experiences of others may be fascinating! BE KIND & STAY WELL! ~KoO~k nows- read more

I walked in to get a live scan, and the total wait time was about 40 minutes. The only clerk working had a "no f__ks to give" vibe.

Having to do fingerprints isn't always a fun thing. To be honest I've only gotten them done once before for a job haha! But this was a great experience. I guess having your stuff ready pays. When i got there there was one guy working, i didn't get his name but he was professional and efficient. I was able to get it at opening. Give him forms and he knew exactly what to do with them. He got my prints done with little to no work from me. It did cost $67. But for the speed and service it was worth it. He even made sure to make copies and remind me to keep a copy for myself. If i ever need done again i will be here. read more

Came here because I needed to get my finger ringing done for a license I needed. The process was super easy and the workers were friendly and quick. I always choose this location for any fingerprinting or background check needs that I may have. The employees are always polite and helpful should I be confused by my paperwork and the service is quick. Quiet location and right in my neighborhood, so I appreciate the convenience. read more

I stopped by during business hours for a walk in notary (a service that they list as available on their website). However, the one staff member who could notarize my document apparently leaves early some days for classes. No dig on them (get that education!), but the business needs to either make it clear that some of their survives are not reliably available during their business hours and/or get more of their staff certified for notary services as backup. Seemed like a big waste of time. read more

I have no idea why this place has so many stars, other than the fact that they're fast. As soon as my husband and I walked in the woman helping us had a disgusting attitude. She was upset he was asking her questions, and when he asked her what he should do with his other documents he had she said "I have no idea. Now sign this" absolutely rude!! She was honestly horrible to be around! Brought our moods down to the ground! SO SORRY YOURE MISERABLE! But you don't have to be a fucking bitch!!! read more

The service was quick and easy they are the cheapest place in town for fingerprints. One of the staff wasn't the most chipper but she wasn't rude either. The guy that helped me out was nice. We came in 2 hours before closing and was done in 15 minutes. read more

I was able to walk in and complete a live scan within 15 minutes. Staff were kind, professional and efficient. Highly recommend.

Accepts walk ins. Fast and easy. Turn around time was so quick. I'm impressed. This is the only place I will ever go to for fingerprinting.

This is a great one-stop shop in a convenient location! Live Scan fingerprinting, passport photos, notary...I wish I knew about this place years ago, I'd have saved so much time and gas driving around to all sorts of locations! Being a former teacher and youth counselor, now in the medical field and gaining licensure....I've had need for these services for all of my adult life! This is a great spot tp drop in for all of these services! A coworker and I dropped in on our very short lunch break to get Live Scan and passport photos, and we were both in and out within 15 minutes, for a very reasonable price. Super convenien with plenty of free parking, nice staff, and organized business practices (plus a big aquarium to start at if you need to wait). Love having this place in my neighborhood! A tip: services cost $2 more with a credit or debit card, so be sure to bring cash! read more

Easy in and out. They do not take appointments but you can call ahead to find out how long the wait is. My only suggestion to the business is to get numbered tickets, so those waiting know the order they will be called. read more

Easy to find and they literally took me as soon as I entered the door. No waiting or anything. It was around 1pm when I went and the whole process was fast and I love that they have the digital equipment. No more messy ink covered fingers. Quick and easy on a Saturday Morning. I can't speak for the other personnel but this one individual I encountered was rude. If you want a quick spot to go and get a livescan where you feel incompetent for asking a simple question then you should definitely go here. read more

I recently had terrible experience with this business. I have made two appointments where they have closed before my appointment. I confronted them during my lunch hour, which they were very rude and dismissive of their appointment system giving appointments after their new hours that are different from their advertised hours. This has delayed my onboarding process with my employer (State of California). I have made them aware of the bad business practices. I don't recommend their services. read more
