Came here to leave a review and noticed there are so many other negative reviews about the same lady. She is very disrespectful, dismissive and does not provide any assistance or customer service at all. I literally avoid this post office at all costs because of her and travel farther for a better experience, but today I came out of convenience and of course, she was rude and disrespectful yet again. Will not be coming here again. Hopefully they put her through some retraining, customer service training or just get rid of her altogether. Very unfortunate I have to avoid my local post office because of disrespectful behavior. read more

I submitted a change of address at the Zenith location five weeks ago. I waited in line for 20 minutes that day to hand the paperwork to the clerk to be certain that it got into someone's hands so they wouldn't lose or screw it up. Today I found out none of my mail has been forwarded and I have no idea where it is. Glad I took a photo of the form before I handed it to the clerk. Wish me luck finding my mail. read more

To the woman working the morning of 03/05/2026. Shame on you. She was beyond rude to my elderly grandmother! Absolutely no respect. From her comment to "You can't touch a door? I can't hold it all day." to my grandmother asking a question regarding a form and this employee decided to answer her with "It tells you what to do." This post office sucks, just go to the one on fountain square. The lady was rude, yelled at me in front of a bunch of people because my pre-made shipping label that I was provide by Depop was "incorrect" and I said "I don't know how to fix that, they give me the labels" and she proceeded to shout at me in front of a line of people that it was "wrong" and did not even attempt to provide me a way to fix the label or come up with a solution. The person at the entrance was a lady with glasses and gray hair. I arrived, handed over the package, and she scanned it. Then she started scolding me about why the label wasn't working and said I should complain to Amazon and all that. The truth is, she seemed to be in a hurry. I know that normally when a label can't be scanned, they just enter the tracking number manually. I told her that I didn't have much time because I was late for work and asked if she could please help me. She just grabbed the package and tossed it in the back without saying anything. I didn't say anything else and just walked away because I didn't want to argue or be rude like she was to me. read more

I came in , and I come in every week because I sell things on Depop. I came in today and the blonde lady that works with glasses looks at me and says with a loud tone "what did you shove in there" as if I was stealing.....I'm very offended. Why would you ever think I'm stealing when my item is bigger than Whatver you guys sell in the post office. I'm uncomfortable.They only sell gift cards and my item was in a bigger package. Very odd and weird. Makes me not want to come back because people will make you feel like crap. Sounds like a racial thing to me. They need new customer service skills because who talks to people like that. read more

I live 5 minutes from this post office and it's not worth coming to this location anymore. The blond woman at the front is extremely unprofessional. My last straw was yesterday when I went in to return a laptop I bought from Amazon, and I had the label and box all taped up and ready to go, and this woman proceeded to ask me 100 questions about the item (it was brand new and unopened) and treated me as if I was stupid when I didn't understand what she was asking. She asked me the wattage of the laptop - I am not sure why that would ever be asked when mailing a laptop? She then asked me if the battery was in the laptop, to which I replied that I did not check because I didn't even open the package, but that all new laptops come with a battery. She then told me I would have to open the package and prove it, in an extremely rude tone. I said I am not going to do that as that would be preposterous for Amazon to send a laptop without a battery. She exasperatedly turned her screen to show me the checklist of questions she has to ask as if I was inconveniencing her by bringing a laptop in. I then told her that I didn't like the way she was speaking to me and she kept going in the same tone, didn't apologize, didn't adjust her communication, and continued to be rude. I am almost always as nice as I can be as a customer, but it took a lot of willpower to not scream at this woman. Her behavior was inappropriate and downright rude, and the other staff at the office did nothing but stare at us during the whole interaction. I am not sure how or why mailing an electronic caused her to be so flustered, it's really not that difficult. It took me 20 minutes to go through that entire transaction, and I felt bad for the person in line behind me. I doubt anything will change, as it seems like others have had the same experience, but avoid this place at all costs if you can. They clearly don't want us coming in anyway. Lol read more

Rude, extremely slow service. Always a line out the door when I try to use this location. Usually 2 people but only one working.

The blond lady at the counter always tries her best to be as unhelpful as humanly possible without actually getting into trouble with the management. Every time I am at this location I leave in a bad mood, generally unhappy with the service I've received. read more

There's not much to write about Post Offices and I'll try to do my best for a good informative review. They're conveniently located right on Zenith Dr. Off Antelope Rd about 1-2 minutes away from the freeway. This post office is open M-F from 9am-5pm and Saturday 10am-1pm. The cashiers are doing a great job to make customers like me happy. I drop packages at this location quite often and never had an issue! Compared to other offices this is quite small but don't let size deceive you lol. I'm rating them at a good solid 4 Stars =) read more

The lady pictured in this photo as well as the blonde lady that works up front have both ignored or only partially paid attention to their customers need. The lady in this picture when I had a package with a tracking number and was trying to find out where to pick it up, barely looked up from her phone to tell me that they only dealt with P.O. Box packages there and went back to her gem game on her phone and I had to ask her another question and she didn't even look up at me. Acted as if I was bothering her when asking a question. Most of the time I dismiss things as someone having a bad day but this location is famous for what is in my opinion, unprofessional behavior. So go at your own risk read more

This local satellite post office is perfect for my needs! And I was surprised to find out their priority shipping prices were MUCH lower than some other nearby alternatives~ Plus there is a handy drive up mailbox out front so I don't have to drag my one-legged self out of the car! read more

I called this post office and it took almost an hour to wait for a representative, and they hung up on me. Horrible service.

I've been to this post office before. They allways seem very busy and rushed. Today I dropped off a prepaid package for a return. Not only would they not give me a receipt, but the package was not scanned in and then the lady tried to tell me that the tracking number was on the label, so I should have it. I know that. But since I have no receipt showing I shipped the return if it is lost I will have no recouse. I should have demanded the package back but since after lecturing me she moved on to the next customer I gave up and left. Seriously, could not get away fast enough. Never going here again. read more
