This one is a small office with only three 'windows'. They are USUALLY staffed by; from Left to Right...Kyle, then Mi, Then Susan. They are all three very friendly and helpful and efficient. I have an "e-commerce" business. In other words, I sell on eBay. So I go to this office sometimes three times a week. It's rarely too busy. Most of the time there are only a couple to a few people in line. The line generally moves quickly and the staff is friendly and helpful. eBay gives me discounts if I use the USPS to ship my packages - like 25% off. So using the Postal service is a good value for me AND my customer. I really, REALLY like this Post Office and will continue to go there forever! During the Christmas season, I have mailed dozens of packages out from this location and have never had an issue. The staff working the counter have been helpful and efficient. My favorite thing about this location is that the lobby is open 24/7 - if you need to buy stamps or ship a package, you can do that at any hour of the day via the self-service kiosk. So then I tried to call the Arden post office today to talk to the manager and let him know this is going on. No luck you can call there 20 times nobody will answer the phone. I will probably have to make my way over there in person, but honestly, I don't think it will help. The postal people have one job to do, and in the case of the mail carrier. It's to make sure they're giving you the right mail. It's not OK that the day your regular carrier goes on vacation everyone's mail gets delivered wrong.
