The worst customer service ever, sent a bunch of our mail back to the senders stating that we don't live there anymore. Stopped by the office 2 times to see why the mail was sent back and still waiting for the supervisor to call me back with the answer. The most terrible post office ever.. I updated information on all residents in my house and they keep sending away packages as "addressee is unknown", I have business and was suppose to receive package for a project I'm working on and it almost cost me loosing 10K..!!! I do think I should find a way to sue them.. constantly same issues, or packages stuck in their trucks forever.. Irresponsible, lazy people! read more

This package facility is in my zip code. My medications sometimes come there, and sometimes my pharmacy sends them requesting that I sign for the medications. I use the USPS "Informed Delivery", so I am able to see my medications moving through the system by tracking number. When I checked out a package that was already running late for 3-5 day delivery, as I had been informed, I see that Stationers Way facility has sent my medication 200 miles away, and it is being prepared for delivery in another city! I know. I know. USPS processes millions of pieces of mail. Mistakes happen. But you must not assume that paying more money, and asking for signatures for delivery of needed expensive medications means that those parcels or packages are going to be handled differently. Most would assume that medications would be handled differently than other things mailed. That's a reasonable assumption. However, they aren't. So, why don't older people buying medications for chronic conditions requiring continuity of care buy them from local pharmacies? Cost. Costs are MUCH higher going to local pharmacies. It isn't uncommon for a grandparent's household to have more than a couple of dozen medications needed by both gramma and grandpa. Meanwhile, I'm getting used to just suffering. But I hope that everyone will ask their senators and congress members to work on getting the delivery of medications to people more reliably than the system now in place that doesn't treat medication any differently than tee shirts with funny sayings sold online. read more

Can't even get ahold of them. There's no voicemail to receive a call back so it just continues to ring and instead of answering with someone asking you to hold they'll hit the end call button on their end. We all know what that dial tone sound is. Yall hit the end tone. How rude. Calling back bc idc do your job! read more

I have an eBay store and we sell quite a few items on line and this is my preferred location for drop off. They're open daily Monday thru Friday 9am-4pm and Saturday 10am-1pm. As you walk in to the left there's a bell and someone will come to assist with your pick up or drop off. This particular location does not have a front employee, nor do they sell stamps or any other services (strictly for picking and dropping off). Their service is great and never had any issues. Horrible. They never pick up the phone. Never. Ever. They never picked up once out of like 10 times. I came in to find out my own mailbox number because my landlord did not know. They wrote a little note on a piece of paper and said that they will find out and call me back in 3 days. When I called the Post office on Watt Ave they said that they should have and can provide this kind of information right then and there. I have been without mail for two weeks now. Meanwhile I just keep threatening my landlord with lawsuits. Thank you USPS. By the way this post office customer room is so small it will only fit 3-4 people. NOT A REAL POST OFFICE. When I came in, had to ring a bell for assistance. Otherwise there is nobody there sitting and helping customers. DO NOT GO HERE. read more

They never answer the phone. Their hours are only good weekdays for people who do not work a normal day shift. And the Saturday hours are short, with a half hour wait every time I have had to go there. I leave wondering how the customer service got so bad with the USPS, and especially this location. It's pretty sad that the mailman gets to pick who gets there mail and who does not . Me and my wife who has cancer by the way has to come to the post office for the past 2 months to pick up our mail because there is usually a car parked by the mail box and the mailman can't pull up to the mailbox. So he gives everybody else there mail except us because the mailbox is on my property. The other mailman have no problem with it. read more

Never answer the call. Lost my expensive package in their location and I can't even file a claim. They always promise to help and call me, but they never help. I'm so disappointed and afraid to send packages through them. read more

This is by far the WORST post office! Hours are limited, service is horrible and the entire lobby fits 2 people at most. It is the slowest USPS I have ever been to. No one seems to know anything and cannot answer basic questions. Our area needs a real post office as this one is a complete failure on many levels! read more

Today I called to track an item I had ordered that was expected to be delivered on a Monday. I was calling the following Saturday after the expected delivery date because the tracking had said it was delayed. The reason for my call was to find a new expected delivery date or at the least a reason for the delay. My call was answered by a lady named Janet. I explained my reason for my call and asked for a new expected delivery date. After giving the tracking number Janet told me no one had any answers for me and I would just have to continue to wait for my package. I then explained to Janet that I had paid for first class shipping and It was already 6 days past the expected delivery date. I asked Janet If she could tell me at what point I should just re order my item and assume it's lost and she told me I couldnt do that because it was delayed and I should expect to wait upto 2 weeks more for my package. After this brief conversation Janet concluded with telling me that I should call the Fair Oaks post office because "they can deal with you". Janet was not only very unhelpful, but very rude and disrespectful. I'm not sure why she is a representative for the USPS. read more
