I had the file on a usb drive and it took just a few minutes for him to place the order in the computer and download my file. He was very professional, freindly and helpful. He let me know it would be ready in about an hour (paid for express) and they called me in about 30 minutes to let me know it was done. I visited AIM, Destiny to be exact, a couple of weeks before the hats would be ready for transit. she looked at the 1 I had brought & had an idea that I was happy with. I returned 2 weeks later, with 6 hats. Destiny & Liz worked on the shipment package for more than an hour. I left after they were done & the box was placed in the hands of UPS. delivery was to be in 7 days. YAY! It happened. all in perfect, amazing condition!!!
