Spoke to Greg Mull who told me they don't provide proof of returns and I said what if item is lost by Staples and he basically told me nothing they can do. my husband called corporate and was told their policy is to not provide proof an item was turned into them. never will I shop here or do an Amazon return at this store. They do not have a person dedicated to returns. The person at the desk will take any customer that get into the checkout line and then return to you. The original lady at this counter took the customer in front of me then said sorry she had to leave while she stood there and bs with a coworker. Totally unexceptable.

So they picked it up. The following week the replacement order was supposed to arrive. Why they used Estes again, I don't know, but the order just kept gettin rescheduled without explanation, after tracking showed it 'out for delivery" 2 days in a row. Avoid this company at all cost. They treat their delivery drivers like shit, usually threatening them with harder routes or losing their jobs if they don't pack their trucks with freight (usually damaging the freight). I'm surprised no-one in the corporate has noticed how bad this terminal is. Stockton and Sacramento terminals look down on the Manteca terminal yet nothing has been done to fix it. It would be an embarrassment to work there, if you're a hard worker. Again, great place to work if you're lazy and don't like working hard. If I could I would give this place a -10 out of 10

Today was the next day and I got a notification at 4:37PM that the package was attempted to be delivered but the customer (me) Requested to be held at the post office. That is false. I never requested it to be held at the post office. I paid for the expedited service to be delivered to my house to prevent complications by not taking the medication. I rushed over to the post office and arrived there at 4:59 PM. The doors were already locked. There was no one else but me and the lady that was locking the door. I asked politely if I can pick up my package please. She said no we're closed. Come back tomorrow. And now I have to miss another day and I will rush there in the morning to go pick up my package. If I make it through the night without having a stroke. I would give it a zero review cause they don't even deserve one star. There should be violations for this type of work ethic. The post office is a customer driven business without human beings the post office wouldn't exist. It's not only about customer service. It's about being human and understanding what it means to take care of people's mailing needs. Seems like nobody cares about customers needs at this post office. The Mail delivery person didn't care and the person inside behind the counter obviously does not care. I know there's nothing I can do but writing this review hopefully wakes somebody up.

I visited AIM, Destiny to be exact, a couple of weeks before the hats would be ready for transit. she looked at the 1 I had brought & had an idea that I was happy with. I returned 2 weeks later, with 6 hats. Destiny & Liz worked on the shipment package for more than an hour. I left after they were done & the box was placed in the hands of UPS. delivery was to be in 7 days. YAY! It happened. all in perfect, amazing condition!!!
