I would like to provide feedback to your store located in Manteca on Main Street. I was told twice…read moreby a specific employee ( possibly manager) that she would not release my package unless the ID matched the package. I went in at different times using my official ID and was released packages before by other employees without a problem. My ID still has my maiden name and correct address on my packages. In addition, I did not specially ask for my packages to get delivered the UPS point but was somehow automatic in the system. I did try multiple times to have the employees look into it for me to get it corrected with no solution but to call the 1 (800) 742-5877 customer service number. I did call the 1 (800) 742-5877 number as well with very poor solution to my problem of my packages not getting to my house. I would like you all to consider as a company the compassion of women changing their names after getting married takes some time through drivers license and social security. That other forms of legal proof should be considered. I was not given that option of other forms of ID to consider that can be helpful for accepting packages. This location provides notary services so they should at least be trained and familiar with different forms of ID for proof. This location does not provide good quality service and I really hope to never have to go back to this location.

This is specifically about the custom print services. I was in on a Saturday and was told the…read moreprint manager worked Monday through Friday, and left my contact information. I was told she would call me Monday when she was back. I called her on Wednesday when I hadn't heard anything yet, and while I was on the phone with her she starts having a conversation with another customer without even asking me if I could hold. She let me know custom print is not handled locally, and passed me off to someone in Florida. That person did call me within a couple of hours, but she never followed through with providing me a proof. I've tried calling her and left messages for 3 days, with no response. I now am scrambling to find a different company to help and am having to pay them a rush fee since Staples wasted 3 weeks. The customer services is abysmal, I would be fired if I treated my customers this way.

I've dropped off Amazon returns here many times without any issues, but today's experience was…read morehonestly disappointing. I was second in the Amazon return line, and there was only one associate working. When it was my turn, she turned to help the checkout line instead, which about four people were waiting there. At first, I understood since she had just helped the person ahead of me, but instead of alternating between the two lines, she kept assisting checkout customers one after another while leaving the Amazon return line completely unattended. After she moved on to the third checkout customer, I finally spoke up and said, "Excuse me, can't you see I've been waiting here?" She turned to me and responded, "Yes, I know. I'm the only one working right now. Give me a few minutes," and continued serving the rest of the checkout line. When the line was cleared out and the associate finally came back to assist me, I asked if the checkout line had priority, and she said she just had to "clear the line first." If that's the policy, then what's the point of having separate lines? Customers in the Amazon return line shouldn't be made to feel invisible just because the store is short-staffed. It's not about impatience -- it's about fairness and respect for everyone's time. A potential few minute visit turned into a 15-20 minute visit. SMH For management's reference, the associate was a woman in her late 20s with glasses, pink-dyed hair, and a chubby build. She wasn't rude, but the way she handled the situation was unprofessional and inconsiderate. Hopefully, management can provide better training or clearer procedures so customers don't have to go through this again.

I took photos of the damaged order (you could see the damaged tile). The following week, the same time mysteriously appeared in front of my property. I called them, and their higher ups said they didn't have any record entered for my rejecting the order. I had the pictures that proved they had already brought it once, and it was clearly same tile. So they picked it up. The following week the replacement order was supposed to arrive. Why they used Estes again, I don't know, but the order just kept gettin rescheduled without explanation, after tracking showed it 'out for delivery" 2 days in a row. Avoid this company at all cost. They are truly garbage.

Bad place to work for if you're a hard worker that likes to get things done the right way. You will never get noticed for the hard work you do and will probably never move up in ranks. They treat their delivery drivers like shit, usually threatening them with harder routes or losing their jobs if they don't pack their trucks with freight (usually damaging the freight). I'm surprised no-one in the corporate has noticed how bad this terminal is. Stockton and Sacramento terminals look down on the Manteca terminal yet nothing has been done to fix it. It would be an embarrassment to work there, if you're a hard worker. Again, great place to work if you're lazy and don't like working hard. If I could I would give this place a -10 out of 10
