I visited AIM, Destiny to be exact, a couple of weeks before the hats would be ready for transit. she looked at the 1 I had brought & had an idea that I was happy with. The customer service is top notch, especially from the gentleman who wears the glasses and has the tattoos (sorry I forgot your name!) They also have carrier options to ships your items within your budget and timeline needs, it is wonderful when choosing between domestic and international shipping. I was in need of Notary Services in Modesto and called ahead to be certain that the notary was available that day. I traveled from El Dorado Hills to Modesto to get a couple of documents notarized and filed at the county recorders office all in one trip. Joe was SO friendly and accommodating during my 2 hour wait for my signer to get his poop in a group, and show up with an ID. I watched him interact with at least 30 customers for differing needs, and every single one left pleased with his service. I was also very pleasantly surprised to find his pricing was half of what I expected to pay. People like Joe are what this world needs in business owners! I don't often go to the AIM Mail Center unless it's absolutely necessary but when I do, I know I can rely on the service rendered by Liz and Royce because they are very polite and friendly and they really go out of their way to get whatever job they have to do done right!!! There was a time that I had to have a key duplicated and I needed 4 copies of it. Liz was able to make those copies for me and she told me that if any of them didn't work right to bring the defective copies back anytime so that she could grind them down to improve the fit. 3 out of the 4 copies she made worked perfectly but one of them didn't fit into the lock so I had to take it back to her around a week later when I got a chance to drop by. When I told her about it she took the key and reground it. Unfortunately, the key fit into the lock but wouldn't turn at all!!! Oh no!!! I wasn't able to go back to the store until a week or so later when I had to have some documents notarized. I asked her if she could do something about that one stubborn key so she took it back and worked her magic!!! Lo and behold...when I tried using the key it worked like a charm!!! I'm so glad that she was able to do something about that key even if it took several weeks for me to go back to the store. I did have my receipt with me just in case she needed proof that the job was done at her store but obviously she didn't need it. That's what I call great customer service!!! Thank you, Liz!!! You did a fantastic job not only with the keys I had copied but also for the papers I had to have notarized and faxed!!! Keep up the good work!!! I have recently starting selling items online and needed to find a place to box and mail my merchandise all in one! Man, did I find just the place!?! I was helped by a wonderful employee by the name of Arturo. My first shipment ended up being 2 pairs of boots. Not only did he personally find me a box that would work for both boots, but he wrapped them both individually for me so that they would not fold into he box. The next day, I had another sell on my page. This shipment required a lot more work. I needed a jumperoo sent off. I knew coming in that this was not going to be an easy one to ship off. I dropped off my jumperoo and he graciously took it to the back and said he would custom pack my item and that I should call back in an hour to pay! I called back and went to pay, what thought would be a pretty penny, but no, it wasn't expensive at all! It was actually way less than I had originally thought. I know that item will get to the destination safely and without any flaws. This week I have had to ship 3 more items. Each time I come into the stores I am greeted with smile and a great willingness to help me with all my shipping needs. He and his staff are there to genuinely help their customers with all of their shipping needs from the size of boxes to the careful packing of your items. I will definitely recommend this business for anyone who is looking to receive great service and quality care! Thank you for your team and dedication to what you do! He knows every one of his customers on sight and greets them when they come in, even if they are just there to check their mail and never approach the counter. (I'll be honest, I don't know that he knows everyone. Just that he has always greeted everyone every time I've been in his store.) I have a mailbox at Joe's store and have for many years. I LOVE his service. I love the safety and security of getting mail there. I get notifications any time a package comes in. And he's fabulous about packaging and shipping the fragile things I've sent. While my business with them isn't groundbreaking for the most part, they are there if I ever need to ship through them or have some supply needs. They really understand the meaning of customer service, which seems to be slipping away from most places in general. (Sad) I don't really do price comparisons when I find people who are so amazing, so I can't speak to that. I can say: I've gone in for notarization, handled efficiently! No need to say more Need to ship something? Joe has helped me pick out many a box, always finding the most reasonable price for me, and packing the things into in himself. (None of the people at the Post Office would do anything remotely like this.) He laughs with me as I show him the random items my sister and her family have left at my house, which I always end up shipping back to her using his help. There's a decent selection of cards and gifts if you ever need something like that. Keys? They make them here! Stamps? Great selection! I always want the pretty ones, and they always have them. Even when I haven't been in for a few months, or a year, they remember me and treat me like long lost family. I can't say enough good things about them. read more

What I particularly like is that they can do just about everything the US Post Office can do, without the long lines and long waits for service. Registered letters and confirmations are still the purview of the USPS, but otherwise AIM has the envelopes, stamps, shipping options that cover the waterfront. Printing is so expensive here for 70 pages which 22 of them were black and I still got charged for them $35.00!!! Usually the more you buy it's cheaper I guess after 10 copies it's 50cents for each page which is ridiculous. I'm going back tomorrow to have them fix my papers if I'm paying 35.00 they should be blurry and of 2 separate pages. read more

I had a large canvas picture frame to send (approx. 40"x32"). I walked in, they took some measurements, then asked if I could leave it with them so they could get back in touch with me once they figured out how they were going to package up the frame. They called me about a couple of hours later and told me that it was going to cost over $100. They explained that the reason it was going to cost that much is because the item is being charged by dimension, not by weight. So since it was going to cost that much, I told them I will come back to take my canvas frame with me. When I arrived at AIM Mail Center, they told me they had another idea, I listened and went along with it. After not much longer, they were able to come up with a solution to the shipping dilemma for my canvas frame and reduce the cost greatly. It dropped from costing over $100 down to $40. I was pleased with how they treated me and how they went above and beyond. More businesses need to put the focus back on customer service like they did, and I think there would be a lot more happier consumers in this world. AIM Mail Center will continue to receive my business. read more
