I came to pick up a package and the employees stole my items. I was told by on eof the employees that the manager (was told the manager's name is Marissa) took my product home to "ensure safety" of my product, which makes NO sense, considering that is outright theft. There is no reason ANYBODY'S personal packages should go to the home of the manager or any staff member. I've never had to make a review like this where I comfortably can say items were stolen. Please do not trust this facility with your personal items. This is awful. 0/5 stars if I could. read more

I needed to ship some dishes that have been in the family for 4 generations. In fact a family member worked in the Wallace China in Los Angeles in the 1940s. I called a couple of places but didn't really feel that they were interested in taking on the wrapping of the dishes until I called here. Updating because my review is a couple years old and I feel the company has adapted since then. I continue to frequent this convenient location and I have been treated kindly and courteously for the past few years. The rudeness and abruptness has completely stopped, and what a relief! It's like they remembered that we are the ones keeping them in business and they're happy to see us, happy to serve, always a smile and nice greeting. I like going in when before I used to dread what kind of attitude I may face. No 5-star with markups like this: I was charged $2.20 for an international stamp that the post office sells for $1.15. Eek! Terrible staff and overpriced products. If you want to print something, do not come here. They charge more than double what you can get at any other printing place, even staples has better prices. When I confronted them about their shit pricing, they gave me a bullshit excuse that "they have to put it in their system". That is a flat out lie, all they did was plug my usb into into the computer. I know more about computers than these idiots making such a stupid excuse to overcharge people. read more

Went in there today to mail something out and one of the girls that works in there was really rude. Don't know her name but I hope she reads this and her boss too. If you hate your job then find a new one. You have horrible customer service. I normally don't go on to complain about whether people are rude or nice because I could care less and don't really take anything personally but today it rubbed me the wrong way. Learn how to treat people. Your boss should hire someone else so you can take your rudeness elsewhere. I WILL never mail something out there again or purchase anything from them. read more

I come here all the time for over the past 2 years, I recently went in on 8/10/20 around 10:30am and unfortunately I didn't get her name but the girl who helped me was so rude! I've worked in customer service for years and that is not the way you treat customers. I simply asked a question and I just got a "smart" response back and I just felt disappointed about it because I usually always get great customer service with the other girls. I have been coming to the Postal Connections (PCA#169) for several years. I have spent hundeds and hundreds shipping to out of state family (college, etc.) I have always been willing to spend a little extra for the great service. I have been into this location many times during COVID-19 and the person at desk wearing mask. As they should to protect customers. Today was soooo different. Went in to the small location and three employees (including manager) were milling around and working with no masks. Sad to say I will find another mailing center. Now that masks are required they have decided to go another way. I can't support such reckless and inconsiderate behavior. I live with my elderly mother and can't risk it. I have been a Post Office Box client of the Tully Road Postal Connections for almost a year. In short I believe that the people who work there live the store motto - "High tech and high touch". It is rare to find a group of folks all working at the same place who are so dependably good humored as they focus on each customer and their needs. I suspect that their attitude might have something to do with the outstandingly positive attitude of the owner/manager, Gary. If you haven't met him yet he's the guy with the droll communication style and the twinkle in his eye. I usually receive packages there two to three times a week. Some are chaise lounge size and some are as small as a key chain. The staff consistently notifies me by text when something is there to pick up and place\package identifier in my box. Sometimes I can't get there to pick it up right away. They hold everything that piles up patiently as long as it takes me to can get there. They also never fail to offer me help carry heavy things and load them in my car. On one occasion I found a package identifier in my box for a package I couldn't see in the storage area and that I didn't recollect picking up. I thought the package was lost. Gary was there, as he often is, so I told him about my issue. He was obviously concerned and searched the whole store, but didn't find the package. He asked if it were possible I had previously picked it up and forgot. I told him that no doubt that was possible. (But I didn't really believe that's what had happened). I asked for a copy of the package identifier, took it home with me and looked up all recent, and then not so recent, orders. The missing package turned out to be ancient history. It had arrived and I'd picked it up three weeks before. When I talked to Gary he didn't seem surprised by that but did seem just as happy as I was. I have used their FAX, FedEx, UPS, and USPS for outgoing letters and packages on several occasions. The staff never fails to advise me regarding the cost before I make my final decision about how fast I want something delivered. Once I asked for something to "get there today" for an envelope I thought needed to have go to Ventura. The on-duty associate said "We can get it there by courier but it'll cost more than a couple-a hundred dollars. Want to look at the charges for FedEx overnight?" Finally, I have had several document signatures notarized there. The notary service at Postal Connection has been amazing. I've never had to wait or to make an appointment. The Notaries consistently focused their attention on accuracy, carefully making sure that no mistakes were made. This great care clearly communicated that the Notaries took my business as seriously as I did. There is always a Notary Public on duty. That's because everyone who works at Postal Connections on Tully is certified as a Notary Public. These same people are also an experts on copying, knowing the costs of shipping, packing items safely, faxing and all the other stuff necessary to take care of customers quickly and efficiently. It's not that mistakes did not occur, they did. It was really the quick action taken to make it right. It was also their genuine desire to be accurate, reliable, and kind in their relationships with me that has me with nothing but compliments and enthusiastic recommendations for Postal Connections on Tully. read more

Very friendly and get to know their customers by name, help with getting packages to the car, besides all the other mailings, notary, copy/print services they offer...sort of a one-stop-shop to make it convenient to get things done in the way of sending and receiving through USPS, FedEx, and others. read more

I went in because UPS sent me an email alert stating I had a package ready for pick up. When I say this to the female associate she glances at me and say, "you got a tag. it won't be here until tomorrow." I remind her that it was an email, say I had to take off work to come over, and ask if she would mind just looking. She sighs deeply, gets up, and says, "What's your name?" I state the first letter of my name (it's very uncommon letter for the first letter of last names) and before I get a chance to spell it she snarls, "WHAT. IS. YOUR. NAME?" I stop mid-spell and state my name. She asks my first name.I give it. And, low and behold in a mail container with about 5 packages is my package. She rolls her eyes, hands it to a another associate working the register and says, "You'll need your ID." I already have it ready and hand it to the clerk. She walks out of the store, and when I drive away she is walking towards another store in the strip. I got the feeling that she was management and was near her break/lunch and just didn't want to deal with me. She was so incredibly and unnecessarily hostile that I will attempt to reroute my UPS packages elsewhere and definitely will not be giving them any of my other business. read more

I was in a hurry and needed something sent out asap. I went into the store and was promptly greeted by a friendly voice asking if i needed help. I always need help!!! The girl got my items packed, boxed carefully, and taped up about as fast as I pulled up the address in my email. Then she told me my options, and printed a label for me. It was the easiest shipment I've ever done. And they even save all my ship to info in their computer. Its like having my own personal address book on file. And the girl offered me stamps before we completed the transaction, which I needed. What a life saver. Postal Connections is a great place, with a super welcoming environment as sooon as you step in the door.
