So my three star experience was easy. I went in to print and two of the two computers that were side-by-side were out of order. How do you have two computers side-by-side not working? Something that should have taken less than two minutes turned into a 20 to 25 minute fiasco. Lucky for me Priscilla was there to help out and get me the copies that I needed. Thank you young lady. read more

Jackie Jackie Jackie Jackie Jackie Jackie. Did I say Jackie? Well I meant it. This girl is who Fed Ex should be modeling all their employees after. Knowledgeable, Friendly, Fast and Efficient, made the entire transaction an enjoyable one. Shop is clean, well lit, and fully stocked. I have visited a few FedEx shops in my daily grind and this place (Jackie's Store) is by far the best yet! read more

I just dropped off some items I bought online. Didn't need any of their other services but overall it was a good experience. There was no line to make the drop off and there was plenty of parking. Located in a clean shopping center. The young lady who assisted me was knowledgeable and friendly. read more

My mother passed away in 08/2022 then my son passed away unexpectedly 11/2022 I could barely talk at first. Maria helped me on Geer Rd in Turlock. I found this Christmas poem in my mother's address book. Maria helped me print the poem onto holiday printed sheet paper. Then I purchased a template for memorial cards for my son. Maria helped me with that. I was so scattered brain I had been in on Friday for the test run. She wasn't going to be in until Monday. I forgot to go back because in my mind I had completed it knowing that I liked it to print all the memorial cards. But when I realized I had to print the rest of the cards. I went in Wednesday. I was happy Maria was in and she help me finish those and stayed and completed those for me. Can't say enough wonderful things a what a helpful angel in times of my struggle with loss! thank you Maria read more

Here right now, waiting to pick up something I ordered to print last night which I paid for and can see it on the counter in front of me but the two associate people are taking their sweet time helping me. One is slowly packing a hugebox, 1 item at a time while the other is helping someone mail an item at the counter. After spending about 5 min with this customer, the guy decides not to mail it after all and instead of helping the person waiting next which is me, the associate starts assisting another customer that walked up to her area. The two individuals were very unprofessional and looked like they could care less about their jobs, working as slow as possible. Horrible experience. read more

FedEx Office Print & Ship Center - Slow, unhelpful employees... too busy packing a box one item at a time to give me a prepaid order waiting ready on counter across from her - Shipping Centers Near Me - Turlock, California

They opened door 8:01 am. The girl was doing her deposit rather than helping me. A 5 minute job turned into a a 30 minute job!!!! Remind me to buy a new printer rather come here! read more

Very friendly staff and helpful. First time doing business with FedEx office and it won't be the last. Thanks for the fast and great service. read more

Called ahead to make sure I could drop some stuff off to get scanned. They said yes I get there, and they tell me no, that I have to sit down for half an hour and do it myself. I'm not above scanning my own stuff, but this was for work, and I have a schedule to maintain. If I want to pay them to scan pictures, I should be able to. Other than that, her attitude was just rude. Two stars because she shouldn't represent the whole staff. read more

Went here for a passport photo. The price was very fair and the service was fast and the photo turned out great. They do it all with computers and everything was spot on. read more

We went last night around 8:15pm. We walked in and there was only one employee an older man. He was emptying garbage cans and lining them with new bags. It took awhile but he finally acknowledged us by saying hello. Here's how our convo went: I looked around and finally asked him Me -"Excuse me is there some place I could scan documents? Him - "To do what?" Me - I chuckled and said "Umm to scan documents". I'm not sure how difficult of a term that is for someone who works at Kinkos. Him-"Well what do you want to do with them?" Me- "I'd like them emailed to me in a pdf." Him-"I cannot pdf them,. You would have to put them on a floppy disc drive" Me -"A floppy disc drive, who in the heck still has those in today's day in age?" Him-'Get a portable one" Really, really? You are supposed to be one of the mainstream 1-stop shops for all things printing and you cannot pdf documents to people who are always on the go? People who spend most of their time in their cars on their phones? People who travel and use iPads that don't even have slots for CD's you want me to buy a portable disc drive? Ridiculous! Needless to say that's the last time I'll go there. Staples/UPS here I come!!! read more

I came here offf if a recommendation from coworkers who said they were super helpful but when I came in they were moody and when I tried asking questions the lady I asked was sighing for everything and then just told me to go to the computer. I understand bad days but customer service is key to me and i can't stand employees who hate their job or careless. read more

I cannot thank Ace, and Jackie enough!! I am a regular customer, and they have always provided amazing service. I have our tri page sales orders made here, and they always look so good. I have been to two other printers, who are not able to do a certain process to these order forms, and Ace was able to figure it out, and they are perfect every time. I have never had to wait long either. Dropped my last order off a bit late, and they still had it ready for me in just over 24hrs. One happy customer! Thank you Fed Ex Kinkos, Turlock! read more

Great job Adrian. Thanks very friendly and extremely helpful it Mede ya feel good to know our gift was being taken care of.

Very disappointed I dropped off at 11:30 I was told be ready by 1:15 I was given all excuses why it wasn't. Then I'm told know one could help him it would be confusing. And he would be ready before he goes on. I want to go home but I work in san Francisco. Now I'm behind schedule. read more

Kinkos did a GREAT job doing exactly what I asked for. Unfortunately, I don't know what I need and it didn't quite turn out right. No fault of theirs though. The staff was friendly and helpful, and gave good advice. I should have gone a step further and laminated the paper, as it bubbled when I applied poly, but all in all, it wasn't too bad, and any fault was mine. Good people. Good work. read more

Everytime I come here they only have one person working. For such a large location they need to have more than one person working. I have tried different times as well. Only one person per shift. The employees are super nice otherwise Id give 1 star for having to wait 20 minutes each time for a receipt. read more

Jaqueline has by far the best customer service at this location. She helped us with all of our invitations for a wedding and went above and beyond to help us out. Vic in the other hand was helping another gentlemen beside me, and I felt that his attitude was very negative. It looked like he didn't want to help him at all. Customer service is everything. read more

This place really makes it difficult for you to make a quick trip in and out. They have a total of 2 copy machines for customers to utilize on their own. At times when I have been here I've had to leave because the staff had to use both customer machines because all their machines were busy with large orders. One time the staff was actually using both customer machines while their machines sat unused. I had to go to them to make my copies since I couldn't make them on my own. This place used to have more machines when it was just a Kinko's, but I guess FedEx is more concerned with turning copy machines space into retail space. I could sure do with more machines and less self help books and fancy stationary. read more

I was in a pinch for time and needed baby shower invitations printed quickly, I normally use a photo lab but didn't have the time. I uploaded the document to FedEx Kinkos, picked a cardstock and hoped for the best. An employee called me to ask if I wanted gloss or matte and then suggested a heavier paper, I was so happy because I didn't want a flimsy invitation. To my surprise when I picked them up they had cut them out PERFECTLY, the document had 2 invitations, margins on all sides and directions printed on the bottom, I was dreading having to cut them myself. I couldn't be more happy and honestly surprised by the level of customer service and professionalism. I will DEFINITELY be using this service again! read more

This is my go to spot whenever I need anything printed for my small business. The staff is always so helpful and friendly. They go above and beyond to always help and accommodate my projects. Often I am on a short time frame and they have never failed to meet my requests. Dennie, Adrian, Priscilla, and Brittnie are the absolute best. They always greet me with a smile and are so helpful. And most of all, the services and printing are so reasonable in cost. read more

We have had to use this facility twice recently to return large items to the company we ordered from. One of them was a difficult situation and the young woman, Dennie, working there went above and beyond what was expected to help us. She was so pleasant, professional, and patient. I did a simple color print order through the FedEx app, which worked perfectly, but the employees in the shop were unfriendly and rude.
