The customer service you receive here are over the top. They are always extremely nice and helpful. That means a lot to me. They have lots of parking and do other shopping without moving your car. Excellent customer service and the staff were WILLING to help me ship my small item (medication) via cooler. The person even went with me to CVS to ensure they had an ice pack to keep my medication cool. However, the staff ended up making a cooler packed with an ice pack he had and shipped my item! The only part was that it was very expensive $$ to ship (fast priority) just to Riverside CA from Modesto, but it was worth it. read more

DOESN'T ADHERE TO FED EX DROP OFF DEADLINES Although the store claims to be an authorized Federal Express shipment center, it does not abide by the Federal Express drop off deadlines. I had a time critical business package that I needed to have shipped by Friday EOD. Although the drop off time for Fed Ex ground packages was 4PM, when I attempted to leave the package at 3PM, the store informed me the driver came earlier in the day and they were not going to have any pickups until the following Monday. When I informed them that the drop off deadline was 4PM and confirmed that they were an authorized Fed Ex shipment location, the store informed me that they had authorized the driver to pick up shipments early that day. I don't understand how they can authorize these type of actions and assume they were covering for the driver. Per Reply I initially contacted Fed Express, but they were unaware of the early pickup at this location. When I returned to the store to find out who the specific driver was, the clerk specifically stated the driver called the store and wanted to take off early. The clerk said they authorized the driver to not return for the ground pickups. This was not a Fed Ex decision, but the store telling the driver not to return at the scheduled time. If you're going to override Fed EX commitments, then you shouldn't be an authorized Fed Ex shipment location. read more

We've done business with Aim Mail center for years, and have and will always use them for our mail and freight. We miss Eleanor and Clem, but the new manager Art goes above and beyond to help us with our incoming and outgoing mail. Sometimes busy in there, (Good for them!) but whenever I go in they are pleasant and courteous and are willing to help as soon as they can! The place is clean and orderly. The guy worked with us for a solid 20 minutes to make sure that it was packed as safely as possible and shipped with the fastest available method. I came in to have a copy of my house key made, I had a difficult time getting my key out of my key chain and Kumar ( I think he's the owner?) went above and beyond to assist. Not only did he volunteer to help get my stubborn key out of my keychain but he did with so with so much appreciation for my business. I take the time to write this because he spent a good 15-20 min with me for a $5.00 sale. I worked at Nordstrom for 12 years, and great customer service is something I always look for and unfortunately, rare these days.. great job Kumar! It's the small kindness people remember. I am a regular at this location for package drop off, mail services, mailing supplies, pass port renewals (easy and reasonable, pictures also) . Other services offered; cell phone accessories, greeting cards, mail box rentals, copies and fax ready! Recently needed to mail Mom a birthday present, the manager (Art) chased postal carrier down to the CVS to make sure my package left that day, that really sealed the deal for me! I mailed out a flat envelope that would normally cost less than $3.00 to mail out and I was charged double that. I'm pretty sure there were other options for me to be able to mail my envelope out for less ( it's always less when I go to big bear postal on coffee road) but the woman that works there always finds crafty ways to charge more. I actually stopped going there for this reason two years ago when she wouldn't let me borrow a little bit of tape for a package I wanted to ship out, she actually wanted me to drive back home, use my own tape or buy one when she had a large roll sitting at her counter. I thought I'd give this business another chance since I was in the area today but I don't think so. read more

If I had an opportunity to rate this place of business a negative ZERO...I would most definitely do it. The people that work here are extremely rude. (A black man and woman). They have no customer service skills at all. I have visited this place twice and will never go again even though its so close to my home. The black dude charged me 25 cents for tape...which I thought was utterly ridiculous! Most mailing centers would not do that. They even charged my husband $10 for notarizing documents...which they didn't do correctly. They even argued with my husband about it. The people who own this mail place are literal cheapskates, they charge double for anything you get you might as well walk down to the damn dollar tree and buy it yourself because these people are ridiculous! Lowsy, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Every time I drop off a package at this location, it is either a Black male or female working and they treat me as if I were scum. If you are White, expect for them to treat you with NO RESPECT. I always greet them kindly and tell them thank you and they have never looked me in the eye.
