Katherine is such a delete to work with! She has helped me with notary, and makes sure I have everything correct before it is sent! I think she needs a raise!!! The owner and the rest of the staff are also wonderful to work with Our family has been going to this location since the day they were opened and are so happy they are so close by. We buy a lot of Amazon products and it is easy for returns! read more

I had a lot of fun at this store today. The employees are very cheerful with big smiles and bright eyes. It was definitely a breath of fresh air to walk into an establishment with such infatuating attitudes. Job well done ladies! read more

Excellent customer service. Fast and courteous . Super friendly. Highly recommend using this at your one stop postal store

The staff here is always super friendly and efficient. They are always smiling and take care of your needs quickly. I highly recommend this location vs others in town. read more

Katherine was very rude. I had several returns and she wouldn't let me finish my sentences before cutting me off with what she had to say. Also you have to pay to do amazon returns?! I wasn't aware of that and she kept talking down to me like I should've know. Coming from someone who works customer service, this was terrible and I don't recommend this location. Not worth it! read more

Great friendly team that strives to provide the best service. From shipping, Amazon returns to notary, I have not been disappointed. I

The ladies that worked here, were very personable, and knew their customers needs, before they asked. It was my first time here, and they were very helpful. read more

Great store with quick and great service. Even if you bring a bunch of packages they will help you no problem.

Amazing customer service!! Really helpful and kind. Went in and lady helped me print labels was very nice.

Charging an extra $4.00 for a book of us postage stamps is ridiculous. Will not use the ups store for ANYTHING ever again if they are going to overcharge for stamps. read more

Neha and Katherine are amazing. Great customer service - super helpful with my Amazon return

Super helpful when I was in a rough situation, very grateful for his service and taking care of his customers. Thank you.

We are senior citizens and new to Modesto and would routinely go all the way out to the Staples in Riverbank for our printing and copying needs. Barely any help with the machines and routinely having to wait quite a long time for any help. No more since we found the UPS store right down the street. These friendly employees do all the work for you without having to wait and all with a smile! Goodbye Staples and hello UPS store! read more

The employees, especially Neha, have always been really patient and helpful to me since I don't know what I'm doing and I really appreciate them for that. read more

I would give 10 stars if possible, Jas and Katherine went above and beyond!! They helped choose a better sized box for my shipment and even helped repack it, I had to send my husband a care package to Hawaii and they helped knocked my price down from $800 to $280 definitely top tier service thank you!! read more

I have used this location for quite a few years on and off, and became a frequent regular visitor to this location a little over a year ago. I ended up getting a mailbox here so that I could get deliveries, especially of packages, while I am away at work during the day. I have been super happy with the service that I receive there! - The people are all great, and know me by name. - They give me a call when I have a package delivered, which is especially great for those times that somebody sends me something that I wasn't expecting and have nothing to check tracking on. - They are open until 7pm, which works for me as I usually get back into town after work around 6pm. - Sending packages with them is a breeze as well. As testament to how positively I feel about this store, I just renewed my box there for another year! read more

The UPS Store - Mailbox Centers Near Me - Modesto, California

Worst service ever!! They were super disrespectful... they wanted me to pay for tape because the box was ripped? Every other UPS store supplied that service. They're very money greedy, I won't be going back to that UPS store. I will also spread the word... how horrible their customer service is to certain customers. read more

This crew does a fabulous job. I've been in a few times this week for return drop offs and they are fast and detail oriented all with happy faces. I appreciate this location. read more

I came in with a big Amazon return of 10+ packages. Half way through as my returns were being processed, Katherine realized they were offline and needed to re-process my returns. By that time, another employee had already grabbed my packages and took them in the back. She patiently was able to find all my packages and processed my returns all over again. I couldn't thank Katherine enough for making this situation not as stressful as I thought it would be. I visit this store pretty often and they have always been very helpful. read more

Super convenient! I had to return a battery operated camera to Amazon through ups. All I had to do was take in the product scan the code they packaged it up and sent it back for me. Very easy, very fast. Happy with their service I'll certainly go there when I need help mailing something. read more

This is my favorite UPS store to visit in Modesto! It's convenient, clean, and the staff are very friendly! The main male manager always remembers me when I come in and is consistently helpful and polite! They make online returns a breeze and super quick to send mail out! read more

I was charge a hefty shipping fee for returning a pool cleaner I bought from Amazon. I was charge because it was sold through a third party, even though I bought it through Prime. The young lady informed me about Amazon's A to Z policy and told me to call about getting my shipping fee returned! I was able to get $130.00 refunded because of her! Thank you for the advice! read more

Edited review: so I had an issue with a returned item from USPS. This happened due an incorrect recommendation from the shop's sales lady. I escalated the concern to the owner and he was nice enough to discuss this over the phone to offer a resolution. He was able to share his side of the situation and after a thorough discussion, he offered a full refund to correct the issue that was made inadvertently by his sales lady. I very much appreciate his efforts to resolve the issue and I would be very much recommend his business to others. A trustworthy and sensible man! read more

I recommend people get their packages delivered here. I think it's only $20 a year and they'll hold your packages for pick up. I live in an apartment and this works great as usually my apartment office holds the packages but they have limited hours so i have to wait till Saturdays to get my delivery. Which has been super annoying over the years. Also this option keeps from getting your package stolen off your porch. Wish i knew about this service year ago. The UPS store makes picking up your packages quick and easy. Just show an ID and sign for it and you're in and out. Today i used them to mail my taxes out and i came in with just standard mail envelopes and he set me up with a lil more secure packaging and got me a tracking number as well. Real professional service here. Will continue to use them for my mail needs. See you guys later this week when i pick up my Nespresso delivery. read more

Thank you Sukhi so much for being incredibly accommodating to me! I arrived after the store had technically closed however I was met at the door with the most helpful and understanding person ever. I will forever only come to this specific UPS store because of their incredible service. read more

I sent my documents to the store via email. They printed them and after I said several times how some pages were legal sized will it size it to fit on the page? They assured me that it would. It didn't. It cut off the bottom of a bunch of the pages. While I'm trying to pick out the pages that needed to be reprinted they asked me if I wanted to reprint them all they never told me that they would charge me for the packet that I threw into the shred. Communication would have been nice. Update: the store reached out and reprinted my forms correctly for me free of charge. I appreciate the gesture to correct their mistake. I will be using them again in the future for any mailing or printing needs. read more

This is my second Review and the only thing that changed was the length of time ..... because the customer service is at its highest here and that has not changed ! I now feel like this is a true partnership and friendship and I just wish more customer service mirrored what is offered here! Yrs ago customer service was always so carefully displayed than we just lost that over time , thanks to being able to have yelp and other resources we can kind of hold business accountable . that being said I still yet to see a business and customer service the way this UPS has! thank you so much to the management and the employees for all your attentiveness and sincerity. It is now one week before Christmas and I'm hunting for a mailing center at 4:30 on Saturday late afternoon. Everyone else is closed 2 o'clock 3 o'clock 4 o'clock. Much to my relief the UPS store at Prescott and Standiford was open. I drove across town and was greeted by a very friendly and helpful gentleman. I told him I drove across town to find him because he was the only one open and he said oh I'll be here until seven or 8 o'clock with even more paperwork. That's dedication! I left the store very gratified because I was expecting to pay so much more than I did. I know my packages are in good hands. This is a business to support... And I will again. read more

Drop the "S", Leaving it simply as UP as there is very little service from them anymore! Not at the store or their website or phone!
