Friendly knowledgeable staff. I stopped in yesterday to get some shredding done. Oh you know moving and FINALLY Getting rid of useless paper products accumulated in my extra room. I had several brown paper bags of old bank statements, old credit cards, checks from old bank accounts and years and years of old tax documents. It did cost a bit more than I wanted to spend byt with a AAA card they provided a 5% discount. I feel much happier without all that paper. And let me give a shout out to the nice lady that had to deal with an angry lady in the other line. She kept her cool with an upset customer. read more

This is an update to an earlier review. I have been a customer here for several years, and they continue to be as good as I could ask for in this trade. As I said before back in 2020, solid firm, does business as expected and beyond. Helpful and friendly staff who are always willing to provide you with good customer service. Even when they see there are people waiting, they will open another register to help you out. The last time I came there were 3 cashiers at the front and all were helping someone. The parking is not bad, it is in the Walmart plaza near the Pizza place, I think it's Roundtable. read more

First time going to this location. Had to return the Xfinity internet box. Was greeted right when we walked in to the shop. I was totally clueless if the box needed to be placed in a box to ship or not. The employee was really helpful. She got it squared out right away. I had a very pleasant visit. I can not say ENOUGH good things about this store -- I've gone in 25+ times in the past couple years and EACH member of their staff is KIND, COURTEOUS, and HELPFUL. It is night and day compared to the customer service of any USPS location in this area. I always come here to ship my packages (even when they cost a little more) because I trust UPS to deliver my packages in a timely manner (AND NOT LOSE THEM!! Yes, USPS -- I'm looking at YOU). Last week, I came in because I (stupidly) threw away my tracking slip after a company claimed not to receive my return package. Additionally, I was unable to find the courtesy email they graciously send with every package. I came here and a young man (who I see rather often here) spent 10+ minutes helping me track down the tracking number. I was able to send the tracking information to the company and they were able to locate my package. Just plain rude! Customer service problems here. I was dropping off an Amazon return here. The label was required to be printed at home rather than being able to use the ups drop off function. Rather than printing the required sheets out... all sheets were printed. I questioned this and this is when things started going downhill. We both knew only the necessary pages needed to be printed. It was simply the principal of the overcharging not the small cost. Other employees including a manager heard this interaction, including mention of a yelp review. There was no attempt to rectify any issues. This is my least favorite part of dealing with Amazon returns. I would go elsewhere for better service. read more

I've been going to the UPS Store for a few years never had a problem until today n on a very important day. I needed to transfer a phone email to the store. I needed to sign the legal document n email it to my attorney n then mail my the original document with my signature n then, I needed copies for me. I had a deadline,. I unfortunately, I didn't make the deadline because the owner of the UPS Store never emailed the legal documents. The owner said, I never asked her to email the signature legal documents she became argumentative saying, I never asked her to mail the signature document to my attorney the whole purpose of going to the UPS Store was to email the legal documents to my attorney for court. I was at the store around 9:30am plenty of time. I'm disable n rode my medical scooter 1.5 miles each way n the owner said, I never asked her to email the legal documents, I guess, I rode all the way to the UPS Store to waste my time n miss my deadline. It's worth your time to drive 10 minutes to the next closest UPS store. I had nothing but problems here. Packages lost, missing items, and before I could get around to just asking them if they had seen an item the lady working there denied they had anything to do with it. Not too keen on their location being clear across town and in Clusterf**k Plaza (aka Walmart Shopping Center) but I can't fault them for that. I come to this place a lot when I need to ship items with UPS. This store is the best when it comes to customer service. They really go out of the way to help you with your package and make sure it is packed safely. I definitely recommend you bring in your own box, because they do have supplies but are a bit on the higher end. Check them out for your next UPS shipment. read more

Worst UPS store I've been to. I went into this location to get information before I brought the product down and shipped it. They told what I needed. I returned 2 days later only to find I was given wrong information by the same employee to helped me the 2 days previous. Then after telling me the correct information the employee abruptly accused me of being confused and not knowing what I was doing. I very rarely write negative reviews. But this employee not only accused me of being wrong and disrespected the customer. Overall after this entire negative situation I would not recommend this location. If you do head into this store try to come in with simple tasks and be aware they will try to get every cent. read more

Let me begin my review by noting that I frequently find myself in UPS stores up and down the state of California. I typically do not use printing services as I own a computer and printer. I do however frequently send packages of very great importance from the UPS Store on McHenry Avenue. To be quite honest, I often hold shipments meant for the Sacramento/Redding/Stockton/SF and/or Santa Rosa UPS stores to have an excuse to patronize our local venue. I do this because of the customer service I receive at this specific location. Let me add that my shipping preferences have been committed to the memory of the staff. I often chat with the employees and am often asked to hold on to allow the employees to assist other customers. I have never witnessed any rude or unscrupulous behavior. I feel part of the UPS family when I visit. I am greeted by my first name and I can't remember a time I was not asked about my day or my Family. When a visit to the UPS store is in order I visit store #6043. On a side note I believe the UPS store is a franchise... thus they do not control their prices. If you want a tree to bark at call the corporation that owns the franchise. read more

Honestly great service every time. But I've also been helped by only two of them there so idk about all the employees. Both of the two guys that have helped me have excellent service tho. One of the guys has helped about 3 times now when I've gone in for returning online orders and he knows exactly what he's doing! I didn't catch his name but the blond about 20-25ish maybe? Honestly, what can you say about a UPS store? Well I guess what I have to say is this particular store was completely empty of customers however there were 3 associates as I walked in. I'd never been in this store and needed to drop-off a package that was pre marked with postage. I obviously had no idea where I was going I was looking all-around and not one of the associates asked me if they could help me or if I was looking for something. I finally had to ask them and they made me feel like I was imposing upon their conversation. Needless to say a quick drop and run and I was out of their.
