Ordered a print of a certificate here and girl at the counter was completely dismissive, she just handed me the certificate no bag or sleeve or anything. The corner of the certificate was bent, apparently a waste of my time and money. If I'm going through the trouble of printing this out then obviously I want a decent print. Well I gave them yet another chance, and again, the performance was sub par. This print shop provides the usual services: printing, copies, laminating, faxing, shipping, etc., with the convenience of using their website to upload jobs and get even same-day prints (pick up only -- but they're very conveniently located on Plaza Parkway across from Walmart, plenty of parking.) You pay for it with higher costs than the usual prints, but if you're ever in a pinch it's a helpful tool to have. But. Every time I've utilized the same day print (usually in desperation when my color printer goes out and something is time sensitive!) the customer service just goes right out the window. Once my job was completely canceled and I was not alerted until I arrived at the location. "We called you." Um, cell phones show missed calls and I was never called. Additionally, the workers and their supervisors seem to have absolutely zero understanding of copyright law, and even their store manager had to check with corporate before printing one of my jobs. There is no standard they follow except to randomly deny legal print jobs, and when something is time sensitive it's a complete waste of time to have them go back and forth and sometimes even refuse to print things. But, in a pinch once again, I foolishly went ahead and ordered another print job. This time they couldn't locate my prints. Instead of reprinting the 5 pages, I had to wait while they searched and searched. Finally a worker came and plopped down a big box full of paper in front of me, said, "it's been paid for," flitting the receipt on top of the box, and walked away. I was pretty surprised to pick up a heavy box for my 5-page order, so I decided to at least open and check-- wasn't my order! They would've let me walk out the door with what probably cost another customer $75! Talk about a lack of privacy, too... Why don't they at least open the box and make sure it's the right order...like a pizza place even does lol... Answer: because they don't care! Oh, and another thing: some of the little eye-catching items they have out front for sale are mislabeled. I once tried to buy something marked $9.99 and was charged $13.99. When I disputed paying nearly a 50% markup, I got the same bored tone of voice and dull expression when they deny legal copyright jobs, as if they're so used to customers getting upset they can flip on drone mode and deter any emotional response. I'm left with the belief the average worker there does not care about customer experience, seems passionless about their job, and just does enough to get by and collect their hourly wage for showing up. It's not something I'd recommend anyone choose to experience. And I want to say I'm done with them, but the same day print and location just makes it too tempting. I'm Giving two stars due to the ease of use via website. Too bad it's so unreliable :/ read more

This FedEx office location has gone way, way down hill. It's terrible. I work with the school districts in the area and for a while, I have relied on this location to print out handouts and other documents and projects. I spend thousands of dollars here yearly. The customer service used to be amazing and the manager worked with the customers and would go out of his way to help. Management has changed and the new crew is, to put it plainly, not helpful at all. I have been rushed off of the phone several times, I have been overcharged, I have ordered prints that have been days late getting to me, they are very very unpleasant to work with and just overall not helpful. The attitude toward the customer suggests that we are a nuisance or annoying them whenever we have a request. I had my last straw today when I was told by an employee today that "I need to call back another time or something, because she's busy with other things." I'll drive 100 miles to another place before I come back to this place. read more

I know this is cliched but if I could rate them a zero I absolutely would. My partner went to print a document that was downloaded to his phone. He was having trouble doing it and asked the person at the counter for help. She told him that the instructions are right there. He told her that he was having trouble following the instructions, her response was to tell him again that the instructions are right there and then to laugh at him so he just left. I called to speak with someone about her lack of help and absolute refusal to do her job. I spoke with Evailia. It took three tries to understand her mumbling of her name when I asked for it. I asked for the name of the person my partner spoke with stating that I was fully aware that he did not have the correct name but said something similar to the name. Her first response was that they don't have anyone with that first letter. I told her that I know what I said was wrong do they have someone that has a name close to which she responded yeah maybe. It is apparent that the majority of the staff will not do their jobs. It is totally unacceptable to laugh at a customer. I know she didn't know this but my partner has three TBIs (traumatic brain injurys) and when he is stressed he has trouble following things which is why he was having trouble with the instructions. Employees should not need to know such things to help patrons. There is no excuse for laughing at a customer that asks for help. read more

She not only charges me to make copies but she then charges me for 10 pages because 5 of the pages were front back and apparently they cannot fax front/back pages. What a rip off. This place use to be open 24hrs. Now it is only open till 11pm. In highschool I did this hellish English book project and definitely utilized the whole 24 hr thing. Staff is not really that helpful- and with the limited hours (I am a night owl) this place doesn't deserve much more than 3 stars. read more

I paid $76.00 dlls to send an envelope overnight, Junior assured me it was going to be there before 10am. And it did, only that he SENT IT TO MYSELF. Had to drive 8 hours round trip to make our deadline. Talked to the manager and he didn't even offer a refund, they wanted to bring it and ship it again, didn't make clear if I had to pay again. Stopped in here to get a poster printed as part of a Halloween costume. I was helped by Ashley C who appeared to be the manager or person in charge. When we went to print the file, I realize we needed to size it down 2 inches to be able to fit on the poster board that I was also purchasing from them. It was very obvious that the staff didn't know how to use Adobe Illustrator to do that and tried to pass it off like the computer wasn't working. I could see the screen and tried to guide them on how to do so, but the wrote me off. When they finally figured it out, they didn't ask me what kind of material I wanted it on, so of course they picked something expensive. I got my total and it was outrageously expensive. Come to find out they charged me a $7.50 "file fee" to downsize the file by 2 inches, to which I was not informed of ahead of time. If I would've known that was the case, I would've just ran home and resized my own file! I expressed that and Ashley just said "ok" and didn't offer any kind of solution or apologize what so ever. Then I got home to realize when she cut it, she cut it an inch too short! So basically I paid for an unnecessary file fee, a material that was too expensive, and didn't even get the size that I paid for. I won't be shopping here again. read more

Extremely rude customer service, I was called about my order being ready on Saturday 4/3. They called MY NUMBER and asked for MY NAME, and today Monday 4/6 when the order was getting picked up just so happens that they cant find the order by name or number, so that doesnt make any sense!!!! The receipt itself had my name twice so i dont understand...so anyways i call in and they ask me to describe what the invitations looked like and say yes theyre here. They could have asked that same question to the person picking them up but decided being rude and difficult was apparently a better option. read more

I stopped in yesterday ,Due to dittos being closed on weekends, I simply needed 6 copies, the young kid was saying that they would be done at 4 p.m, and if they were done sooner,then he would call me, I asked him why is it so hard to push 6 copies, after he showed me my sample, he said it wouldn't be possible,due to holidays, I'm like dude" we are not in November yet, I've been in retail over 20 years , and O'Reillys made sure, we trained how to take care of customers, he was definitely not trying, he had the attitude of a 50 yr old,and kid was like 21 yrs, but that attitude comes from management,that's why he carries himself that way aswell, so nobody ever called me, I called at 5:15 , the gal basically said, that they didn't call, because they assumed I'd be back right at 4, I stated that ,why couldn't I get a courtesy call, just the way I was calling them.. this whole experience was horrible from the Top, I've been there before,and never had to wait over 4 hours for copies.. 209-338-4169.. Needed to fax some stuff for my tax returned. Used yelp to find a place, its close by my house so cruised over. They have good hours, however nobody greeted us when we came inside and over to the fax. After getting my papers ready to fax, an employee came over to help someone else and still didn't acknowledge us. Luckily there are instructions on how to use the fax. It's just always nice to be somewhat acknowledged or greeted when walking into a place, they was only two other people inside the store. Nice facility thou. read more

This place has disappointed me for the last time; I won't be going there again. The service is very slow and it takes FOREVER to get your service done. I brought in an image to get prints made and cut, which they said would be done by the end of the day. I called that evening and the girl I spoke to seemed to have no idea what I was talking about, then when she finally found my order she told me it would be done the next day. When I called the next afternoon, same situation. FIVE days later I went in to pick up my prints and when I asked them for my flash drive back, they had no idea what I was talking about. They completely lost my flash drive! No one really seemed bothered by the fact that they lost my flash drive with other important documents and pictures, even the manager didn't seem to care. I called and went in twice to try and get that situation resolved, but they never found it and again didn't seem to care. When I went in today out of desperation to get a quick print, I had no flash drive (thanks to them losing it last time) so I had to try and use a different print option, which didn't work. I wasted a so much time in there again and walked out with nothing. So I'm done. I hope others haven't had similar bad experiences, but they've definitely lost my business. I will say that they're a step up from Office Max's printing services...but that's not saying much. read more

For a week I was enamored with this place. FedEx is competing well with UPS and USPS. A couple of the counterpersons were very helpful. HOWEVER, that being said, this location is totally chaotic. No one acknowledges you when you come in, there is no clear queue. There is nothing to indicate where to stand. A line forms willynilly. They are disorganized. read more

If I could, I would give them ZERO STARS FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. My boyfriend waited in line for a really long time before anyone bothered to ask if we needed help. When we were finally looked at by the staff, we were redirected to a worker with a broken computer. They had some problems and couldn't log on to assist us in our shipping needs. Instead of acknowledging my boyfriend and myself, one person tried to solve the problem, while others didn't know what to do with themselves. Instead of ACKNOWLEDGING THE CUSTOMER AND SAYING THEY ARE HAVING ISSUES, WE WERE IGNORED. There was no "sorry for the 15+ minute wait" and no "our apologies for the inconvenience." Their system was having issues but they were all dealing with it so well. My posters came out fantastic and it was so fast for them to print me another copy.
