This is the only postal place I use. Mark and his staff treat you like family. They take shipments of all the major carriers and can expertly pack and ship your boxes and letters for you. A+++ read more

They always take Great Care of Me! When I go there they are always very helpful and friendly

I primarily deal with Ryan and Halin, they are both extremely friendly, courteous, and make me feel appreciated as a customer. I am happy to go out of my way to use the Postal Center because of the level of care and customer service provided in ensuring my packages are securely packed. Overall - good service from great employees! EDIT: Comments about the business charging more may be accurate but many are willing to pay a little extra for superior customer service and to support small businesses that contribute to their local economies. read more

I ship all of my packages through Postal Center USA. Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful people work here. They aren't the mask police either which I appreciate! I noticed that most of the other reviews that are negative, are due to covid regulations and mask wearing. If you feel like your life is in danger that much, why on earth would you come into a place of business with anything less than a respirator on. Quit complaining about other people keeping their little cloth mask over their face to protect you. If you people had any shred of common sense you can easily look up how ineffective surgical masks are at preventing transmission of viruses. This place is very good at what they do, they help you ship and receive packages. read more

This place is a COVID-19 hot zone. It is operated by a bunch of maskless mouth breathers. It has been that way since March and continues today, November 12, which is a high point for cases and deaths nationally. When asked about the lack of masks, they say they can put one on. So why not just do that? Maybe they already had it. But if so, I guarantee it's because they NEVER wore masks in the first place. Why? I don't know. Ignorant? Selfish? All I know is they don't give a f&@k! Covy -spreader's NASTY!!! They're also rude to patrons. Why? Because again, they just don't give a F&@k. Cancel these mouth breathers. Go somewhere else, you'll be happier, healthier, and a better person for doing it. Ez-pz. read more

Postal Center USA - Notaries Near Me - Turlock, California

I highly recommend this business! Halin's customer service was outstanding! She took the time to understand my needs and with her expertise ensured everything was packed securely going above and beyond! Thank you! read more

Very friendly and awesome customer service. Also, very helpful in answering all my questions about mailing my order from my E-Bay store.

We came here to ship a package from the United States to a European country. Halin, one of the employees, was so kind and patient...willing to go the extra mile in making sure all details were taken care of. She carefully cross-checked the codes needed to process the shipment and was willing to research solutions if a problem arose during the process. We appreciate the time, effort, and ability to send our package through this business. Thank you, Postal Center USA and Halin! read more

They are always very courteous and informative. They have everything you need in one spot UPS, FedEx United States post office they have the boxes for shipping ,PO and they have a notary. They are very patient. read more

I haven't used this place since it changed hands. It used to be expensive mailing packages. But while I had a return item to drop off I thought to give it try to mail a small package. Guess what? It was extremely expensive and the girl behind the counter never talked to me at all! She only told me the price. So the only star I'm giving is because it's a good place to drop off return labeled packages. Service and price is outrageous! read more

Notice all the other reviews are years old and I disagree with. I went earlier this week and 5 STARS all around. This is a local business that is worth supporting! I was able to do a one stop shop for an licensing application that I thought would take all day to complete but instead was able to get done in minutes. I was able to print, buy my secured no-bend envelope, ship, and NOTARIZE all in one shop. My interactions with the staff were all so pleasant and personable. The two people in the front were so friendly and helpful even though I was a mess trying to get all my paperwork gathered together and was spread out everywhere. They even helped double check and make sure I had everything I needed for the application. The owner, who was also the notary, is one of those people that is a genuinely amazing person that you don't find nowadays. He is very personable. We ended up chatting for a little bit and I left the shop in such a good mood knowing that there are still decent, hard-working, honest people out there! I did not notice the prices being more than any of the other corporate chains plus you get to SUPPORT YOUR LOCAL BUSINESS. Love this place and will always use it now for all my shippings, notary, printing, etc. needs. One stop shop with great prices! read more

Ryan the manager is awesome. He has helped me with questions related to UPS delivery that have saved me a lot of time and hassle. I always feel that my business is valued at this location. Staff is friendly and helpful. read more

Always friendly service when I come to drop off packages here. Plenty of parking in the lot and I can drop off my packages very quickly. Better experience than going to the post office read more

I have been using them for a PO Box since I moved to California 5 years ago. Staff is always so friendly, helpful and smiling! Despite being a small shop they move quickly to help all customers! They make me feel at home every time I go in read more

Be warned. Do NOT use this place!! Long story short they DO NOT care about the customer! Use a REAL UPS or FedEx store. Or the USPS. I only gave 1 star because it was required. They also charge more for stamps!!! Be warned!!!! They are a rip off!! read more

Very friendly. Very helpful. They know my name and are very helpful when I come in. Cute little shop. Sells cards and little trinkets! I use this store whenever I need a notary or I need to mail packages! read more

Staff not using face covering putting elderly and customers at risk for exposure to COVID. Will never agin use that place.

Depending on the person who helps you, they are usually professional here. $1.50 for money orders; accepts UPS/FedEx/USPS drop-off's including regular mailings. However, I do not mail anything out of here at all. USPS has the lowest rates possible. read more

I would not recommend this store to others. They are not following any of the COVID-19 precautions to keep their customers safe. None of the staff were wearing masks. Absolutely reckless and unsafe in such a small store. read more

Went here last night for my last time. Zero covid regulations are being followed by the workers and they couldn't even bother to put on face masks or keep 6 feet away from customers! read more

Do not use this place. Go to a real ups store, fedex store or post office. First employee had no mask on other employee had it around ears but not on face. There rates are higher and when using a transaction as a credit card they charge you 3.1% I know this does not sound like much but it's the principle. I could see if I was spending less than 10.00 but I was spending more. Will not use this service again. My mistake read more

I have used this place to ship a lot of items to family and friends the staff is polite and i have never had a problem shipping with them.

Reviews should be based on how well a business does what it is supposed to do, not whether or not they wear masks. I have shipped packages here for many years and have received good service that is much faster than other places I have tried. read more

Caution:this place is a rip off!! I've always had a hunch they charge A LOT for their shipping service and today I really found out. I was very suspicious as to how my 12 pound package could cost $93.27, with insurance, to ship to Nashville UPS ground. I did my research and the same shipping direct from UPS would be $59.83 (without the insurance, I couldn't calculate that online). The insurance was only around $10. I called Postal Center and the clerk that answered the phone explained to me that they are a private business and have to make money. I agree, they should profit from the perceived convenience, but this is outrageous and near bank robbery!! $33.44 extra for dropping off my package? I feel for the elderly and transportation challenged who have to rely on this business for their mail and shipping needs. A woman came in while I was there to buy a single .49 cent stamp and was charged .55 cents. Next time I'll go straight to UPS and take my family out for lunch on the savings. I left my name and phone number for the owner to call me back, the woman told me he is out of town today and will be in tomorrow. In the mean time, anybody want to go in on a postal annex with me?. There's big money being made!! read more

Had the audacity to charge me almost $100, told me the package would arrive by christmas when paid extra for it, and then the package is arriving 3 days later than agreed on. I sent it well in advance IN THE MORNING. read more

The workers in this place (name changed to International Mail Center) DO NOT WEAR MASKS. When a customer told them it was required, they shrugged like they didn't care and kept on doing business without a mask. Their lack of concern for safety is disturbing. I will not do business here. read more

Nickel and dime you for every penny and way over charges for shipping. Rude attitudes and too busy talking too each other to deal with customers. Avoid! I'd rather go to the post office than pay double for their attitudes! read more

I had some oddly shaped items I needed to send across the country. I went into the store and was greeted by Jaylene. She was a great help and did a phenomenal job getting my items packaged up. She took exceptional care in making sure everything was secure and well protected. I can not thank you enough for your time and attention to my shipping needs. Anytime I have anything to ship in the future I can guarantee that I will be using your store. Thanks again for all that you did today! read more

Unorganized and they nickel and dime you. Paid 5$ for a small box and "three sheets" of bubble rap. I don't mind being charged for a box, but really, you're charging me for bubble wrap? read more

This place stinks. Literally. They have a sign hanging up that says to excuse their mess because of recent flooding. If you've ever smelled molded, mildewed carpet, it's hideous and this place reeks of it. While I realize this is the fault of the landlord and not the Postal Center, if you are pregnant or have a strong or super-sensitive sense of smell, stay out of here. You will barf. I walked in and stood in line behind a woman who was mailing a box. There was a lot of laughing and goofing off by two employees not helping that woman. They were having a great old time putting packing peanuts in a box. I was CLEARLY the next in line, and in walked a kid, maybe ten years old, with a package his mom wanted him to mail. Mom was in the car waiting. They waited on the kid before me. Then when they did wait on me the girl that "helped" me was not very friendly. I think this is the kind of place where, if you're a regular, you get great treatment, but if you are not familiar to them, you might as well rot. They knew the boy because they asked him about his braces, his mom, etc. AND they let him sign for his mom's credit card. Isn't that illegal? Anyway... The ONLY reason I went here was because the line at the Turlock Post Office was out the door and the Raley's a few doors down doesn't offer Postal services like a lot of the Raley's do. I will go wait in line for an hour at the actual post office the next time I am in Turlock and want to mail something. And the other commenters are correct - they do jack up the price. All of these types of places do, though. I paid $1.98 to mail something that would have been about $1.60 at the actual Post Office. Live and learn, I guess. read more

The staff is usually friendly and courteous, they are knowledgable and they take all the time it takes to patiently answer all questions you might have. But beware, they will use any chance they get to rip you off front and back. And I'm not even talking about charging you for a sheet of bubble wrap, like one of the other reviewers here. On multiple occasions, they have charged me up to twice of what USPS would charge me for postage. I am not talking about a dollar or two, I am talking 110 Dollars for an international parcel instead of 49 (USPS, when payed online, 55 when payed at the postal office). The same package, the same weight, the same size, same delivery method and carrier, the same order date and time - but more then twice the price. Maybe that might have to do with the fact that they constantly add a couple of inches and ounces to the size and weight your parcel actually has. Maybe it's because they are a 3rd party reseller and add some markup. But double the price smells like a deliberate rip-off to me. From now on, I'll order my shipments online with USPS directly. They'll even happily pick it up for free at my door sill, which also saves me time and gas. But this place? Never again. read more

Very good service and the workers are great. Very helpful and courteous. I've been using them for 3 years.....not once did they ever mess up my mails/shipment. read more

Horrible service!!! I went in to send something to San Francisco and the lady that helped me was completely rude from the beginning. Her name was Paula. She was completely unorganized, messed up the address, was condescending the whole time and she charged me for priority mail when I asked to send my package as a regular parcel. They charged me 5 dollars for a small box and packing peanuts. The lines are longer but it's worth just going to the post office. read more

Waited 70 minutes to see the notary in small cramped space, only to be seated in to the back by a lady that literal thought she owed the United States postal service. During the whole procedure she was juggling my paper work around ,while I was try to keep it all in numerical order. Hopefully my papers don't get reject because of her mishandling. I can now see why you should pay the extra for a good notary. Skip this place it's ain't cheap and they are frankly rude! I would rather been at the dmv. I would give zero stars if I could. read more

Very rude and overpriced. Didn't bother to help us find a different solution to send our package . Don't recommend

I went in yesterday to mail two packages for my daughter. I asked for the cheapest way there. The lady behind the counter told me US post office price $19.17 I was shocked I asked her again if that was the post office price or theirs and she just looked at me and said that this is what the US post office charges. I told her I think about it because the shipping cost was more than what was in the package. I asked again and she told me the same. I went into the post office in turlock and found that she lied to me I shipped both packages for $17.70. The nice lady at our post office said that they get a lot of complaints because this store misleads customers to believe that they are an agent of the US postal service. I will never go there again!!!! If the lady had stated that they charge more to pay wages and utilities I might have paid the higher price but she clearly mislead me. I am very disappointed not good business practices!! read more
