Went to get two sheets laminated. I had to wait for an employee on the phone, which is not a big…read moredeal. Finally, they were able to laminate. As the guy that is helping walks to the register, Steve another employee steps in front of him and starts typing on the register. He is not helping an employee at all. I have no idea what he's doing. We stay there for a while and then the guy that helped me gives me a piece of paper to take to another register where I have to wait for someone to return their Amazon purchases. And of course, they don't have their stuff saved so I have to wait again. I will never be back for laminating at Staples. Kinks on Geer is faster than a much better customer service. They probably don't care for five dollars, but I also bought printers, ink, computers here. Staples failed today.

My company has been using them for years - more like decades and have always been please. They have a great staff, good prices, and high quality products. I would recommend them just from the experiences I've had but now... Today changed all that. They are the very definition of customer services and delivering what they promise. I had send a bid request to several printers for a rush job. One came back from another printer (I haven't used for this type of printing before) and it was $23 cheaper than the others. So I gave them the order. I let them know I NEEDED this job delivered in three days without question and was assured it would happen. On day 3 I called said printer and asked about the status and after a bit of confusion was told my job never printed due to a technical error. They said they emailed me several days prior that I needed to resubmit the order. I never got the email and cancelled the order. I called Seeger's and told them my dilemma. Immediately the staff jumped on my job and everyone from their salesperson (Les) to the printing department (Norma) were emailing letting me know of mistakes, asking questions and getting the job done quickly and done correctly. By the end of the day the items I desperately needed were delivered and were everything I could possibly hope for. I was so excited I hugged the delivery person. Thanks to Seeger's I have a product I can be proud of but most importantly I have a product that was delivered on time and I met my deadline.

I'm older than dirt and they've been around longer than me. You don't stay around for over a hundred years if you don't know what you're doing. You can send them an email with what you need copied and they'll get back to you . Or you can just go in. If you send him an email and you're not quite clear about what you want, they always write you back to make sure that you get what you want. The questions like, what size do you want? What kind of paper do you want? They make sure that you're satisfied with what you're ordering. And then the order always ends up just like I want it.
