So, I went in with my papers and UPS sticker and she did it all for me. They even provide you with copies you notarize for free. She was super friendly! Other places charge for ridiculous things like a piece of tape to shut a box. They have everything in here. They're able to ship with all the major shippers. They also, make keys, computer rental, and even have ice cream. I wish my pictures were better, but I was trying to be inconspicuous. You should definitely check this place out! Yesterday ( April 30th ) I brought several USPS and UPS packages to be mailed - they were prepaid…read moreand labeled. My mother came along with me with a package to send via USPS. The young girl working behind the counter took all my packages, only gave me a receipt for 1, and set my bins down / or handed them to me and I set them down, but began to help my mother. After she got my mother's package labeled, we got busy talking and took off. I realized once I got back from work that I forgot my shipping bins at the center. I called, and the same girl answered. I explained I had accidentally forgotten my containers. The girl told me she thought they were trash and threw them away, she asked me if I wanted them back and I said yes please, my mother would be there to pick them up. I confirmed with the girl on the phone what their hours were, and she told me she would be there until 5:30pm. At 5:20 my mother called from the front door of A+ Shipping center, it was LOCKED. Doors were locked lights were off. They left early knowing that my mother was coming to collect my property. We will never use them again. The employee was rude!

Three times now, I've received a delivery notice that the package was "delivered," yet I've seen no package. No package in the mailbox, no keys to open the lock box, nothing at my front door. Now I have to "hope" one of my neighbors will be kind enough to do the job "YOU" should have done in the first place. Worst, if they don't, then I have to reorder and spend more money on something that should have been delivered in the first place. This isn't the first, second, or third time; it seems to be a habit with USPS these days, particularly the USPS in Riverbank. Their lack of competence is costing me double & triple what I spend. Imagine if this were someone's medication or an extensive check from a financial institution. If I could, I would fire the entire office for incompetence. I called westley guys and the lady is rude not willing to help, they act as dummies, worst service ever, they keep on saying to call 1800 andb1800 says to ho westley as its their fault, dont have words how i am feeling now, i suggest to use USPS OR FEDEX INSTEAD atleadt they provide service.
