Our parents are starting to age like a fine wine left out in the sun too long, so my brother took charge and got a trust in place. But we needed a notary to make it official. That's when we met Dan, the notary at AAA who probably thought he'd be done in 30 minutes, but instead spent 2 hours with us. He was patient, skillful, and probably in need of a good nap after dealing with our family. And then there was Angel, his trusty sidekick, and witness, who was really friendly and an all-around cool guy. He even dropped the bombshell that we were changing the locks on the house to take it over, which made our dad yell, "BIG YIKES!" Overall, Dan was amazing and we highly recommend him. And if you need life insurance, he's your man. Because let's face it, you never know when that Final Destination moment is going to happen. read more

Was is and out of here quickly for a DMV service. A year ago, I started to xfer a gifted non op into my name, but I was missing a document. I paid up all my fees with the promise to turn in the doc. Life happens- I forgot ‍ then one day on the side of my desk I find the docs, and I'm like "maaaaaannnn" (and some other words) So I stop by here, submit everything. And bam, my title will be sent to me in a few weeks! AAA has always been a huge help, but their dmv service is literally unmatched. read more

My Experience was very pleasant the AAA workers are very helpful and met my needs of DMV and Insurance.

First I stopped my automictic payment the first of May because we were going on vacation and I started my new insurance with another company on June 5. The cars sat in the garage so I felt I did not need insurance. AAA sent me three bills for the month of May. I visited the Turlock office to try to reso;lve the situation and was told to shut up and pay the bill or leave. The woman was the nastiest person I have ever met. I left. I went home paid the bill on line and am asking both the BBB and California Insurance Commission to look into the situation. If necessary I may go to small claims court Normally I would have just paid the bill and never use AAA again but the woman was so nasty I felt I must warn other people about this situation. Horrible service the claim department has horrible adjuster Deanna vanmeter never answer your calls back her supervisor Angela thinks she's to good to return your calls. I left her several voice voicemail and she never returned one. They don't care about their customers or there safety. They lie and they will find ways not to fix your vehicle read more

This is a wonderful experience every time I go there there are no lines you can get all your DMV stuff taken care of and insurance needs. I purchased a used truck and did all the DMV paperwork and added it to my policy in under 15 minutes. read more

Although the parking lot is rather awkward as mentioned in reviews below, it is a very convenient location close to the freeway. Besides handling your insurance needs here, save time and avoid long DMV lines by handling you're vehicle registration here too. Additionally there's thier travel agency on site. Generally little to no waiting when I've been here, and the staff has aways been very helpful. On the extremely rare occasion I've had to file a claim AAA has always been extremely easy to work with, no hassle like I experienced with another major insurance carrier years ago. read more

After listening to the entire automatic message I was extremely prepared with everything needed to get my vanity plates changed to my new car. Except I took 1 minute too long taking the old plates off in their parking lot. Even though everything online and on the phone says they are open until 6:00pm they have a sign on the door that DMV services stop at 5:30pm. The little helper there confirmed that. After 51 years with AAA and 4 cars, 1 RV, and a house, I'm shopping for a new carrier. read more

When I switched AAA in 2012 they were great, Especially Beverly in the Turlock branch. Unfortunately for me in 2013 I got my first ever speeding ticket, mind you, I've been driving for almost 20 years at that point. When I renewed my policy in 2016, three weeks before the eve of the point dropping off my record, they decided they were still going to punish me for another year for the point. So I'm like, FINE! it was just a difference of $22 so I just decided to grin and bare it. Two weeks ago I bought a new truck (3/10/2017) and wanted to it added to my policy and drop my old car as I traded it in. Welp!! My premium went from $135 to $407 and they wouldn't budge. So I called around for quotes and State Farm won my business. Not only did State Farm lower my premium to what it was PRE ticket, but also gave me more coverage. AAA, you're horrible and over priced. Learn to use some perspective. read more

I came into the AAA Monday August the 18th to pick up registration stickers I had paid for there the week previously. The service I received was inexcusable. When I got to the head of the line I was called over to a Ms. Ramirez, who promptly dismissed me and sent me back in line, because "she couldn't help me," "you need DMV services" without giving me any chance to let her know what I was there for. As the line grew longer behind me she called me back over. Why couldn't she help me the first time? This time I was able to explain the situation that I just needed to pick up my stickers that I had paid for there last week. This proves she could've helped me but chose to be lazy and rude. This time she said there was a suspension because I didn't have insurance, which was incorrect, when I let her know I was insured, she asked "with who?" "Triple -A" I replied, and she sent me to sit and wait in line for 'insurance services'. When a pair of insurance agents finally called my name and asked what I need I explained the situation, & showed the man with blue tooth in his ear my proof of insurance on my smart phone, to which he replied "you need DMV services but the DMV is closed" which was false and a Lie. Then he dismissively sent me back to the back of the line which had grown considerably. Upon coming to the head of this line Ms. Ramirez called out; I informed her I did not want service from her as she had treated me rudely. Ms. Ramirez told me she wasn't addressing me, but another customer, who then wanted to know why they refused to help me as he was whisked off to insurance services. I showed the next agent my proof of insurance. She called the DMV and had a conversation with staff there proving the DMV was still open. I had had enough was this incompetent, lazy, unprofessional staff. I gathered my personal affects and as I was leaving Ms. Ramirez ordered my agent "not to close out my case!" Why not? So she can get my personal info and send thugs to my address? She has no right to my personal information. AAA has wasted my precious time & patience and now is using terrorist tactics to silence me? Never in over 20+ years being a member of AAA have I received such embarrassing, disrespectful, unprofessional incompetent, inexcusably poor service. read more

I have been a member for over 25 years and today was the worst experience I have ever had dealing with AAA. I went in to just pay my care registration and ended up getting harassed by the individual on the other side of the counter. When I state that I am here to pay my registration why do you feel the need to try to sell me more products. All you do is upset your loyal customers. I am glad that I do not need to walk back into this office for another year. SO DISAPPOINTED with my level of service today. read more

Hello out there to all other (if your not a member sign up!) members of AAA. We recently visited the location in Turlock to do some last minute but needed DMV business. We transferred a vehicle registration into our name and got some tags for the truck (my husband was late in getting them). Everything came up perfectly, we were able to get everything back under control via the friendly AAA customer service rep. My experience at the Turlock AAA branch was enjoyable, which sounds a little funny. The entire staff in the branch was very friendly & accommodating. Their DMV processing was amazingly fast. Turlocks customer service is outstanding. I am changing my auto insurance over to them due to their customer service at this branch. Special shout out to Abel, branch manager, who left his desk to help, Seferina, whose phone customer service is why I joined AAA and came to the branch. Also Sugey, who checked all of our paperwork as we were in line in order to assure fast customer service when we got to the counter. I would not recommend this company for anyone. I have been a member for over 45 years. Was in a real jam 200 miles from home. They refused to tow my vehicle as I lacked the $28.00 upgrade that I did not even know existed. My card said PRIEUM MEMBER. HAHA. After 40 Years. Needles to say. We don't have a specific agent in the Turlock branch. I have called the office a few times for general questions about travel packages and ticket prices. The times when someone actually answered the phone, they were not very pleasant and seemed like they were in a big hurry. The last time I called, nobody answered and I left a very specific voice mail of what I needed. This was well over a month ago and to this day, no one has bothered to call me back. I would expect better service from AAA and am very disappointed in the service we've received thus far. read more

Bernadette Orasco is a horrible travel agent. Booked several vacations through AAA in Turlock, but everytime is such a hassle. You have to go through her because she is the only one that books the vacations my family and I go on. I understand she works out of two offices, but she does has a computer and receives email, unfortunatley she does not return. This office is the closest to our town out in the valley. Love the deals that AAA offers, hate the service!!! read more

I met Bernadette Orosco through BNI (Business Networking International) here in Turlock. I probably wouldn't have ever known her except through that organization. She is the best travel agent I have ever used by far! She really cares that my family has a wonderful trip and takes the extra steps to ensure that. If the cruise line screws up, she will go to battle for you on your behalf. If your smart enough to take out the travel insurance, and there is a death in the family, she will get the money back to you for the missed trip and you don't have to do anything. She is all about "Service"! Some people are "givers" and some people are "takers". She is a "giver" in every sense of the word! My family and friends have used her service now for many years and will always use her. Did I mention that she is a sweet lady and she really cares?
