SO GLAD we did! Right away we were greeted by Ravi. She greeted us and gave us our space which was great. Didn't follow us around, just reminded us if we have questions to feel free to ask. Ravi was amazing and helped us create our couch. She was able to take the couch we already created from another store and a couch we liked at HSH. Most horrible place to do business with the owner is crazy. She likes to talk down to her employees and her vendors over the four years. I was there. She fired many employees and many vendors left because they couldn't handle her anger the way she was treated she thinks we owe her something, but we don't. We are paid to vendors they should be treated with respect, she's only out for herself is in there and she got religious music playing all day. What a hypocrite she's not religious at all. She's just one evil lady that I've ever ran into. I've worked with many consignment stores and tops at all for the worst, she's asked me not to step into her business no more she's actually doing me a favor I don't want to stop into business and purchase anything is she profits from everything Home I have went through my inventory quite a bit only to be a person that was ripped off. I know this is a matter fact because I've caught her with three items of mine that were never even paid for she refuses to reinstate us for all stolen merchandise when I left that place, I left it in better condition than she gave it to me. She is ready to get people out fast and get others in so many people have been vendors have told me they can't work with her like anymore even employees so good luck to the employer who keeps destroyingpeoples personal relationship and making them look like they're the bad one when in reality the only one that is guilty is her I was advised by other employees that they're not even allowed to help us out if we have a question she has her few that are snitches and will tell her everything they hear so if you are a vendor be very careful of what you say because it will come back to her. She's also went as far as to listen to a phone call with me and employer, which is against the law she supposed to inform us that she's listening the day of the incident took place. The employee was fired the next day for having contact with me. I hope she gets caught immediately for failing to pay her quarterly taxes and tax of course now that I'm gone and want to talk to her about certain things she will not contact me, but there was never almost a day that she didn't reach out continuously sometimes sometimes three times a day and tell me things she allowed other vendors to put property in their booth which she said was not supposed to be well. That's a lie because I've got pictures of property that was in peoples booth that she said I can't put in mine. She's very strange and she's very manipulating. I left three years ago for all the damages emotional cause me Beware of the owner She definitely is not a godly person. That's all the front to make her look better sooner or later. The people will figure out just like me and other vendors have vendors that have left. Our employees have spoke with me personally their experience and they want nothing to do with the owner or that store again we're not losing out on anything. There's other consignment stores around our neighborhood that are better and treat people with kindness. The owner Patty refuses to give anybody the forms to file their taxes saying that we don't need to file unless they're over $600 so people are making over $600 a year and not claiming it because this is what Patty's leaving them to believe but eventually, you'll get caught by the RS Whether she wants or not, she has to give every employee this letter. I'm sure when I request mine for this year she'll make every excuse possible. I also like to bring to your attention that three items that I have caught her wearing belong to me, confronted her and she's lied about it. She tried to tell me she was such a good caring Christian person and she loved me and then to make a call the next day or text telling me that I was no longer allowed in her store because Vanders were complaining about me. She's so full of BS. They didn't complain about me. It was just another one of her games, but if I was her, I'd be careful because I'm going to be reporting her to the IRS and letting them know that she never gave us forms for filing taxes, so don't believe her if you're vendor she's deceiving you. This is a woman who brings the merchandise to be consign and then ask her place to docket as low cost as possible because then she gets additional 50% off so she's not just ripping off consigners she is ripping off her own store. Something about her has always shoved me the wrong way. She's made comments about my husband. What was he doing with somebody like me well unfortunate because she doesn't have anybody after being married many times that should be a clue for her. I've even heard her and one of her vendors next to her talk about their sexual affairs with a man that's disgusting we as vendors have been asked. To join hands to pray which is against the workplace I don't know why she feels. She's above the law she will get caught really soon. I just want to see her business shut down. read more

Disgusted. Completely disgusted with the Owner, Party Koch. Never met a lady more rude before in my life and will NEVER EVER step foot In her store again. I purchased a beautiful piece of furniture: and hope the Owner got there percentage.... Patty deserved nothing of the Sale. I will not go into detail other than this lady is snooty, snotty, arrogant, entitled, and bitchy. I felt sorry for her employees and her employees felt sorry for me and my interactions with her.
