I dropped off many items on several occasions : Kendra Scott, Lenora dame, Betsey Johnson jewelry and clothing items from Torrid, Susan Bristol, and more. It took several weeks to have the items inventoried and placed in the store. I made 3 sales on the Kendra Scott jewelry less than $40 total. I was disappointed as I received less than $7 on one item. I text messaged the owner if I could pick the jewelry items as some weren't even inventoried yet. The owner was fine with returning them to me and told me she charges $5 per item to return them. The total was going to be $80 less what I made already in sales. I paid $45.92 plus 3% using my credit card so a total of $47.30. When I arrived ALL of my items jewelry and clothing (and there was a lot) were bagged and the owner said that she's returning everything because it's not a good fit selling my items. When I arrived home all of the gray Kendra Scott dust bags were not there from the first batch that I dropped off. The second batch was there with the jewelry inside. What I believe happened when I dropped off the first batch the jewelry was out of the original dust bags because all of it was viewed right there at the counter and the dust bags were separate in a pile off to the side. Now they are gone and the owner is not taking accountability for this. She offered me plastic bags. Have you ever tried to sell original Kendra Scott jewelry without the original gray dust bags? The owner did not take responsibility for this, was very unprofessional and condescending. Buyers and sellers beware. read more

This is a cute boutique shop with lots of name brand options! I was on the way to get a donut at Mr. T's and I saw this boutique next door so I decided to check it out. I was a bit surprised I had to ring the doorbell/knock to come in but I was let in right away! There is so much to check out and everything is organized by size which was very helpful. They also sell jewelry, purses, shoes and more! Everything looked great quality and it was nice that there were many returning customers who stopped by. I didn't have a great experience when I sold my designer purse to this consignment boutique. She said whatever she sold the purse for we would split 50/50. She also said she would advertise the handbag on her instagram page. I checked it daily for weeks and my bag was featured in one video that showed it for a couple of seconds. She had a still available section in her instagram bio and my purse was never listed there. It was over a month before I reached out to her because I hadn't heard anything back and when I did she said she sold it recently. And that she was gonna reach out to me but has been busy with her move. My main issue is why is she pocketing half of the price when all she did was place it on her shelf in regards to her lack of advertisement. Also how do I know she only sold my Louis Vuitton neverfull for $800 ? She may of sold it for more and I would have no way of knowing. Don't like how there is no way to verify final selling price. Store is nice and there are alot of cute items but in the future I will urge others to make more and sell on Ebay. read more

I really appreciate that all the items are in good condition. At first I looked for stains or flaws like it's a thrift shop but soon realized I didn't have too here. My new go to store! I had such a great time, the lady working there named Gail and another customer was in there.. I was browsing around and we started chitchatting and having a good time. I walked out with shoes, purse, earring and jeans all were great prices already but then they had marked downs on them too for today.. per other reviews.. I have found when someone is not friendly when you first walk into a store, its most likely because somebody was rude to them and then it starts a vicious Cycle.. Try and turn their day around and give them a smile, a compliment.. if that don't work then yep.. walk out of you feel that way.. but I had a great time, felt welcome and will definitely be coming back read more

The owner Kim, is not real friendly. She does not greet you when you come in the store. I left some clothes for consignment, when I went to pick up the ones that didn't sell I had some more with me for consignment. She rudely tells me that she is not accepting any until a certain date. I had spoken to her on the phone a few days before & she knew I was coming in to pick up my clothes & leave more because, I live an hour away I told her we made arrangements & she said " I'm sure I told you & you just forgot" I wouldn't have driven for an hour each way if I didn't have an appointment I will never go back read more

The five star reviews on here truly baffle me. When I entered the store, the woman at the register didn't greet me,and when I asked her a question she seemed annoyed by me. In order for a small business to make it, they need to have more than just good products for sale- excellent customer service is a must! I spent half a minute glancing around before I left because I will not give my money a business that allows such rude behavior toward potential customers. I can only hope it wasn't the actual owner.
