I love the quality work these guys put out. I've taken all my sorority sweatshirts to Stitch tech, and I've love the work. Super quick turn around time, friendly staff and fair prices. I've recommended my fiancé to get his work shirts made here, and they also love the quality of the work! read more

Jon is an awesome guy. I had an odd request having to sew on a patch with my phone number on my dog's collar, since he chews up new tags. He told me that the nylon used would not work and would probably damage the equipment since it was too thick, but was very helpful in trying to locate a place that could accommodate me. All in all I would definitely give him my business. Thanks for trying man! read more

I've been going to Stichtech for YEARS. John has done simply SUPERB embroidery for one-off jobs for me including t-shirts, jackets, an oil-cloth Australian duster, patches, hats and a variety of other stuff. The results are ALWAYS high quality and very reasonably priced. Great people, great work. :-) read more

Stitchtech Designs - Stitchtech Designs did an awesome job with the embroidery! I am one happy customer - Embroidery & Crochet Near Me - San Jose, California

Another where I've totally sworn I've written a review for StitchTech already, but happy to give it another go. John and Whitney are pretty fantastic as store owners go; they're quick to come up with a sewn sample, the pricing is great as is the quality of the products they sew up, and leave quick, still have some bucks in the pocket and a great product in my hand. read more

We are so glad we came across StitchTech Designs for the embroidery of our company polo shirts. Because our logo is complex, we were told by other shops that embroidery was not possible. When we stopped by StitchTech Designs, Whitney was extremely helpful in answering our questions and addressing our concerns. She never said it was impossible. John did an outstanding job on the embroidery of our company polo shirts. We have begun using their screen printing services for giveaways such as tote bags. StitchTech Designs has affordable pricing, decent lead-times, and outstanding service. read more

Jon and his team are great! I first found out about this place through yelp so I decided to check it out. This place has really met my needs in stitching/embroidery for sure! As I came in the store/office the staff was super nice and greeted me. At that time I was unable to meet Jon him self, but his staff definitely helped me with what I needed. I got a crew neck sweater from them and had embroidery done on it. There is a wide variety of sweater, shirt, you can choose from in the catalog and they would be more then happy to help you get those, or you can bring your own items in for them to work on. They took my order with no problems and made sure every detail on there was correct. It took about two weeks to get the order done which is average time for any stitching place. The finished product looked great and was what I wanted. The embroidery it self was about $10-12 dollar I believe. It was about 1.5 inches in height and about 12 inches across the mid back. The stitching is clean and neat! Jon was very helpful in my next inquiry for my next project hopefully it'll turn out just as my current sweater did! read more

Great customer service. Quick Responses. Great quality. Came here several times for sets of greek letter embroidery. Unfortunately they are no longer licensed for Greek apparel. Still a great company for your embroidery needs! read more

The quality of the shirts are pretty good. We just got our first order of printed t shirts. The shirts came just as we expected it too and it looked pretty good. Got to wash it a few times to truly test the quality, but so far, it looks pretty good. A few down side to this order. We were quoted a certain price, but we were not told of the design fee until after the order was placed. Due to how badly we need the shirts, we didn't want to argue and paid for the design fee. We were quoted 5-7 days to get this order. This order was extremely time sensitive, one of the major factors we chose this place was because of the time they quoted us. I was told to come pick up the order on Friday before 5:30PM (closing time). I had to leave work a little earlier to drive here. Around 5, I was told the order was not finished and it would take another hour or hour and a half. The man assured me that he would be there after hours to give me the shirts. When I came back an hour and a half later, one shirt was printed a little off. So 1 our of 40 shirts was messed up, it looked ok, but it didn't match the other shirts. The man was nice and he didn't charge us for the messed up shirt. Luckily, it turned out one person didn't want the shirt any more, so it kind of worked out. He also promised to give me a discount on my next order due to the misprinted shirt. Tip: Make sure the final prize is negotiated first before making an order. Just in case if there was any surprise fees you are not aware of. Getting a hard copy of the quote is better than a verbal agreement. I give it 4 stars because the quality is pretty good and the guy compliment us for the mistakes. read more

I have gone to Stitchtech Designs a few times in the past for various projects and every time they have been professional, friendly and right on time! I really enjoy the family 'Mom and Pop' environment, and that is one of the reasons I continue to patronize John's business. John and his family/staff are very kind and genuine in their hospitality and thoroughness of making sure the order is written up correctly. Their prices are very reasonable in relation to their superior quality and customer service. Everytime I have had a project where personalized or custom embroidery is involved, I bring to John and his team at Stitchtech. :-) read more

StitchTech Design is a Small Business that does small piece or large order embroidery. John Conell is the owner and is very easy to work with. He listens to your needs and will work with you to meet them. He can work with any Artwork you bring to him or he can design something to meet your needs. I initially brought John 4 shirts to have first names embroidered. Short notice, small order. He got them done and his price was what i expected considering the quick turn around and low volumn. John also worked with me to design a new Golf Club Logo to apply on 80 golf towels. I gave John the specifics i wanted on the design and gave him a time frame I wanted to see the design. John was able to deliver on what i gave him and allowed me to assist when I wanted something specific woven into the artwork. StitchTech Design will deliver and if you understand the business, they will be competitive in pricing. What will make the difference is the personal customer service he gives each customer. Thanks John, looking forward to doing business again with you soon Norm D. 808er's Golf Club read more

Attention Sorority Girls and Fraternity boys, if you looking to get letters made this is the place to go!!! I just recently graduated and used Jon and the Stitchtech team do do every pair of letters I ever made during my 4 years. He does a GREAT job and is always pleasant to work with. He also does great embroidery. Prices very based upon your design, but he typically charges $10 per letter and $5-10 on small embroidery read more

Jon and his team are great! I went to them as I needed an embroidery order and most places turned me down because my order was "too small" / "not worth our time" (10 items or so). I have a small private business and needed some items I could wear and some for a few of my clients. Jon took my order without any issue - and the products came out great! I did a few jackets, vests, and polo shirts. I've used Port Authority apparel before & like the quality - so did that again. They hold up well to washing and daily life. Jon was able to convert my logo (which I did in Publisher) easily into their embroidery software and found excellently-matching thread colors. I got to see an embroidered sample prior to their running the actual items - which was helpful & allowed us to adjust sizing a bit to make sure it would look right on the items. Everyone there was very friendly and quick to help me. the place is easy to find and close to my work (yay!). I am very happy I found Stitchtech Designs - and will be placing more orders with them in the future. read more

Excellent service and dedication. They stayed late to get me my personalized embroidered visors for my kids softball team quickly, before a weekend double-header in 90 degree heat. We won both games, and I am sure it was due to the snazzy visors keeping the sun out of our girls eyes. This is definitely my new go-to for all my embroidery and logo needs! read more

This place does AMAZING work at amazing prices. I have been coming here for more than 4 years for Greek letters and other embroidery, and I have always been 100% satisfied with the product. Not only does it cost less than any of the other places in the bay to get work done here, but it always comes out better than anywhere else. read more

SitchTech did my letters and were very impressive in their customer service. I brought in my jacket and precut letters, which were too small for the machines at SitchTech. They told me to ship them the fabric and they would redo the letters. Fast forward three months when I thought the fabric had arrived and wasn't sure why no one had called me. I called them up and asked, they spent a good half hour looking for the package (which ended up lost somewhere in the mail to the best of my knowledge) but when they couldn't find it the owner personally made sure to get the letters they did have sitched on! They did a great job with the embroidery and then shipped the jacket down to me in San Diego without charging me for the shipping. I would highly recommend them, great owners and really personal service! read more

I have been here twice for embroidered aprons. They do a wonderful job at a reasonable price. The owner helped me pick out designs and the color choices were splendid. IT is a small shop and a bit crowded, but there is room to get in and out! There is plenty of parking and it's easy to find. I will keep coming back! Keep up the good work folks! read more

I needed embroidery that represented the quality of my brands. Stitchtech Designs brought their A++ Game. I only intended for my corporate branding and identity but I know customers wanting to order shirts!!! Great Job read more

I am actually very disappointed in Stitchtech, because they did a bang up job for me in the past, but recently their service has been hit and miss. Last year they custom embroidered a shooting vest for me (I'm a competitive skeet shooter). They even went out of their way to copy my Browning logo onto the back! Recently I contacted the Connells to quote some embroidery for some company hats and polo shorts. A pretty big order! After (3) phone calls and (2) complete and detailed emails to them, PLUS (2) actual phone conversations with actual employees, NOBODY would return my calls or emails. WTH? A company NEEDS to be attentive to all customers, and not forget them or their requests. So... after about 1 1/2 weeks of no response, they FINALLY contacted me with pricing. I have no idea why they never responded to me for over a week, but all I can think of is that every business slips up now and then. So I am giving them another chance to make me a happy customer. I'm not happy that I had to wait almost two weeks, JUST to get a response. But I will revise my review once I get a sense of how they handle my next order... read more

Great customer service!!!! I had my daughter's sorority shirts embroidered. First, I contacted them via email because I had a few questions. I received a response the same day (that is a plus in my book). Then I dropped off the shirts on my lunch break a few days later and requested a pick-up time that was convenient for me and John and his crew made it happen. I would definitely recommend this company and will be returning for future embroidery services. read more

I run tennis tournaments and Stitchtech Design has been my exclusive company for embroidery for the past 5 years. 10 stars! John can do anything - fleece tops, chairs, backpacks, duffel bags. Always the greatest attention to detail and high/high quality work. Better than anyone else! read more

I've not written a review before, but I was remarkably underwhelmed by this company and just thought that people who need specific, non-cookie-cutter projects done should know of my experience. I had visited his competitor and was not happy with their rigid response to the custom embroidery we were looking for. So, I called John after reading the positive reviews here, and talked to him about our needs . He said he could handle our order without any problem. Following our call, I sent a very specific email (including photos and scanned images) recapping our discussion and reviewing our requirements. Since then, zero phone calls and zero emails back. Silence. I re-emailed asking if he received the initial info. Again, zero response. So, if you have a tricky job with schedule constraints, the message we received from John was that you need to take it somewhere else. He can't be bothered with it, and he can't be bothered to respond. Heck of a way to run a business. read more
