He really knew his crafts well. Service was efficient, and Michael even put my watches in a nice pouch. They provided 1-year warranty for batteries. He mentioned that even if we lost the receipt, they would still honor the warranty because they put dates on the batteries. How smart! I came in with 2 watches - one from Burberry and a second from Tag. Gentleman assisted me right away (there was no one else in the store) and quoted me $29.99 to replace the battery in each watch. Burberry and Tag are both in the "upper" bracket where it's more expensive. Gentleman quoted 15-20 minutes to fix them and mentioned I can wait or come back. I waited. Literally the best customer service you can ask for + great prices! I had my watch fixed before at Watchcare but it was on Stevens Creek. When I found out that the location there was closed I was soo sad. The guy who fixed my watch that time was hilarious and was talking the whole time he was fixing my watch. Just overall so sweet! Weekends can get pretty busy so prepare to drop off and come back unless you get in first thing. Week days are also better if you'd rather wait. I've been in twice. I brought the same watch in both times to replace the battery. The first time, he checked the watch, reset the time and chronometer, and told me my battery had at least 6 months left. There was no charge. He did charge me to replace the battery on a second watch. I brought back the first watch a year later. Within 2 minutes, i had the watch back with the correct time and the chronometer reset.
