I came in with 2 watches - one from Burberry and a second from Tag. Gentleman assisted me right away (there was no one else in the store) and quoted me $29.99 to replace the battery in each watch. Burberry and Tag are both in the "upper" bracket where it's more expensive. Gentleman quoted 15-20 minutes to fix them and mentioned I can wait or come back. I waited. Weekends can get pretty busy so prepare to drop off and come back unless you get in first thing. Week days are also better if you'd rather wait. The first time, he checked the watch, reset the time and chronometer, and told me my battery had at least 6 months left. There was no charge. He did charge me to replace the battery on a second watch. I brought back the first watch a year later. Within 2 minutes, i had the watch back with the correct time and the chronometer reset.
