I came in with 2 watches - one from Burberry and a second from Tag. Gentleman assisted me right away (there was no one else in the store) and quoted me $29.99 to replace the battery in each watch. Burberry and Tag are both in the "upper" bracket where it's more expensive. Gentleman quoted 15-20 minutes to fix them and mentioned I can wait or come back. I waited.
