In the sleepy little part of Scott Blvd and Space Park (that's actually the street name!) lies this dormant giant of a sign shop. My company is a small tech company in Silicon Valley with a large order that needed to be done in less than 9 days for a large Microsoft trade show. We're running with the big dogs at the show so we needed something of high quality and fast. I randomly came across this business and I will swear by them from here on out! I spoke with Michael and he was very helpful, communicative and professional. He always picked up the phone when I called and answered my questions in a timely fashion (meaning same day). Also, he answers all email inquiries very quickly. This guy means some serious business so that was already a plus in my book. I had an order of two 9ft x 3ft printed vinyl stand-up banner and four 10ft feather logo banners. - Initially, I only ordered 1 of the stand-up banner and added the second one a few days later. Michael called me to let me know that those particular banners sold out and that he'll have to get me something else. I was bummed but understood since I did let the guy know almost 3 days after the initial order was placed. It was not his fault, it was ours for adding onto the order so late. Get this: he calls me back 2 hours later and tells me he was able to work some stuff out with another customer and was able to get me two of the stand up banners like I wanted to order. Only one thought comes to my mind: TOP-NOTCH, AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! I picked up my order today thinking they were just going to be in boxes. Not even close, they were out and on display for my final approval when I arrived. This place is ridic! They spent the extra time to place everything out and assembled for me to see. Michael and his team member even took the time to show me how to assemble and disassemble my products properly so I wouldn't struggle when I get to the show. I'm not even done: they even packaged everything up in the original boxes so I can just take them to the store to ship them out right then and there. - As if it couldn't get any better, it does: their prices are very competitive and extremely reasonable. I possibly saved my company thousands of dollars just by doing my business with these folks and being able to pick it up in person with no additional cost was very convenient. In times when no one cares about customer service, it's rare to find such fantastic service. You will probably not find a better sign company in the area and if you do, they not going to serve you a hot plate of #1 customer satisfaction with a side of fast turnaround times! She sent a follow-up email blaming it on their schedule and workload, but I had not even given them a delivery schedule. It was a super disappopinting experience. My advice - if you plan on getting a quote from them for a commercial project, get quotes from competitors as well. Be aware that this company evidently chooses to "take a pass" on projects often.

The first installation was completed without issue, so when we needed additional windows done, we brought them back expecting the same materials and workmanship. Instead, they installed a noticeably different color vinyl that did not match the original installation. When we raised the issue, rather than taking responsibility, we were told that we should have specifically requested the same color as the previous job. Any reasonable contractor should understand that an addition to an existing installation is expected to match unless otherwise discussed. To make matters worse, we ended up splitting the cost of correcting their mistake just to move the project forward. Since then, our follow-up emails have gone unanswered. Mistakes happen. What separates a good vendor from a bad one is how they handle them. The lack of accountability, poor communication, and failure to stand behind their work is extremely disappointing. I would not recommend them to businesses looking for a reliable long-term partner.

Their office location closed and their main phone number was disconnected, which initially led us to believe the company had shut down after collecting our deposit. After considerable effort, I was able to track down a number for one of their project managers (Doug), who was helpful and put me in touch with the new owner. The new owner was apologetic for the delay and assured us the permits would be submitted last week. Since then, I have followed up three separate times and have not received confirmation that the permits have been submitted or any clear update on next steps. For any business, exterior signage is critical for visibility. A four-month delay after a $7,000 deposit, combined with nonexistent communication, has been extremely frustrating. I genuinely hope to update this review with a positive follow-up stating that the project was completed and commitments were honored. I would gladly revise this review if the situation is resolved promptly. At this time, however, we are still waiting for meaningful progress.

Because of the trust in his work, I decided to get my Harley's tank wrapped in a metallic wrap. The work came out exceptional, and the bike looks fantastic.
