Annoying. I couldn't wait to get off the phone. She clearly has no interest in taking on elderly clients (I was calling for my parents). Don't recommend this professional for elderly people. Scratch that: I don't recommend for anyone. read more

Ms. Lin was very friendly, thorough and professional. We requested her traveling (mobile) services to notarize a Power of Attorney document. She called us in advance to review information that would be required to legitimize the notary on issues that we had not thought of before but made absolute sense, i.e., (1) if the (elderly) individual was able to fully comprehend the purpose of signing the document, (2) be capable of physically signing with their signature, and (3) could provide valid documentation for identity authentication, e.g., CDL, CA ID, or passport, and of course confirm the mobile appointment. She was prompt to the appointment, took us through the procedures, and mission accomplished! While she is also bilingual, the appointment was conducted in English---and it actually would have been fun for the signer to practice her other language! Perhaps that can happen since we would definitely request her services again. read more

The first time we called Amy for notarization, we hadn't used a notary in years, most places were closed or very limited hours due to COVID, and we had some serious schedule limitations. Amy responded quickly and was very flexible with timing. We were so impressed with how organized, thorough, knowledgeable, and professional she was, we went back to her again...and again. I have lost count of the number of times we have brought all sorts of paperwork from complicated insurance forms to the less complicated POAs we are actually going to have notarized this week to Amy. She makes sure all documentation is in order and has you on your way quickly. Her fee is reasonable and you can't get better quality. We highly recommend Amy Lin for anyone who needs a notary. read more

I recently worked with Amy on an urgent, last minute notary request. My first notary had to leave after 15 mins, so I had to quickly find an emergency notary to replace her. Amy arrived as quickly as she could and was patient throughout the process. We met at the doctor's office since I needed to have adoption paperwork signed by my doctor. Amy was very easy to work with and took the time to answer my questions. She was able to wait with me for the doctor's team, which was running late. I know I can count on her for her professionalism and I would highly recommend her! read more
