Pros: affordable, professional, great service Cons: none I would highly recommend this notary. I needed to find a last minute notary on a Sunday afternoon in the East Bay. I contacted numerous places, and this was by far the best in terms of price and convenience. Most of the places I called in the area were not available on a Sunday or were extremely expensive. His charge per document and for travel was reasonable and well below the cost of any other notary I called in the area. (Another mobile notary I called was charging a $50 travel fee for anywhere in Dublin, even if I came to her!) Even though he is a mobile notary, he offered to let me come to his house to cut out the travel cost. He even texted me while I was en route to warn me about traffic at his exit ramp and advise another route. He was knowledgeable and thorough with the documents, and really helped me in a pinch. I would have given zero rating had it not been for the limitations of Yelp. Darshan mentioned 50% discount and so I called him home. After the papers were notarized, and I was paying him, he asked for $25 more and stated that it's Uber charge for coming home and providing the service. I refused to pay the additional fee because it was not specified by him either in writing or on call when we spoke to each other. However, I agreed to pay $10 more. But, he walked out without taking any payment, and came back again in 5 minutes and said he wants to cancel the notarized pages and tried to barge into my home. I stopped him and he abuses me and wants me to make the payment including the Uber fees. In the end, I paid him $10 more and he left and abused me once again while walking out. Do NOT call him for any service. I am going to see how to lodge a formal complaint against him and see if his license can be canceled. read more
