It was around 10 pm when I inquired a few questions, and he responded just within a few minutes!! I was shocked how reliable and timely his communication was. I really appreciate when business owners are responsive even at that time. I was able to get something notarized the very next morning. He was professional, polite, and the BEST price in town!!! Don't look elsewhere...this is the place to go. (He's also located in Dublin, or his office in San Ramon). He accepts all forms of payment besides cc. (I venmoed! So much easier). read more

I have some problems in understanding the documents, he has huge patience levels and kind to answer my questions. Definitely he has 5 star rated service. Thanks a lot. read more

My wife and I needed to have 17 signatures notarized, and Dublin Mobile Notary Service was able to do it all. We elected to drive to his location in East Dublin, and did them all in his driveway without leaving our car. Darshan was very pleasant and easy to work with. The fee he charged was very competitive, and we paid with PayPal (he said other forms of e-payment were fine, too). I would definitely recommend Dublin Mobile Notary Service if you have documents that need to be notarized. read more

Darshan was great! Very easy to work with and available on short notice. Knowledgeable and efficient! Also very reasonable pricing. He mentioned that this is a side gig for him and he donates the money. I would highly recommend using his services! read more

Super easy to work with Darshan. The "drive-thru" appointment was fast and convenient. Glad to have this service available in East Dublin!

Do notarize for a good cause? Well, now you can! This is a side job for Darshan and he said all money he makes from his notary services is donated to an eye hospital. Feeling good? Now let's talk about service. He was prompt, fit me into his schedule at a time that worked for us. And was very patient and NICE about my oversight at not having proper identification available when he got there. I highly recommend his services to anyone needing a Notary. I mean going to your local kinko's or business cafe for a notary is so 2013 right!?! read more

Darshan was very helpful and very attentive while notarizing our documents. He not only helped us but also answered everything we wanted to know. While notarizing we came to know that he donates money earned from notarizing to a non profit organization. Notarize for a cause, if you have not. read more

Absolutely the best service!!! We called him asking for immediate service at our location and he arrived in 20 minutes of our call. Very professional, very helpful, and goes out of his way to provide "Great Service" This is the person to call, I promise you!! read more

Pros: affordable, professional, great service Cons: none I would highly recommend this notary. I needed to find a last minute notary on a Sunday afternoon in the East Bay. I contacted numerous places, and this was by far the best in terms of price and convenience. Most of the places I called in the area were not available on a Sunday or were extremely expensive. His charge per document and for travel was reasonable and well below the cost of any other notary I called in the area. (Another mobile notary I called was charging a $50 travel fee for anywhere in Dublin, even if I came to her!) Even though he is a mobile notary, he offered to let me come to his house to cut out the travel cost. He even texted me while I was en route to warn me about traffic at his exit ramp and advise another route. He was knowledgeable and thorough with the documents, and really helped me in a pinch. I appreciated his professionalism and good service. read more

All the reviews holds true for Darshan. Quick response, follows through, accommodating and efficient. My husband and I needed documents notarized today. I requested a quote via email and received a reply within 10 min. We met within 2 hr after our initial contact (cuz I had to grab some dinner first). I had a baby in the car and when we arrived one of my kiddos fell asleep so after my husband completed his portion inside Darshan came outside to the car to complete my portion. Talk about accommodating! Everything was completed within 10 min His pricing is extremely reasonable, very professional and I highly recommend anyone in need of notarizing services. =) read more

We had a client in the area and we needed a mobile notary to go to them, so I went on Yelp and found Dublin Mobile Notary. It was for an important case my boss is anxious about and involved multiple complicated forms, so I was nervous about getting it done and getting it done right. The notary showed up early and was able to get everything notarized, texting me when he arrived and when it was completed. It put me at ease and I really appreciated it. Great service! read more

I would have given zero rating had it not been for the limitations of Yelp. Darshan mentioned 50% discount and so I called him home. After the papers were notarized, and I was paying him, he asked for $25 more and stated that it's Uber charge for coming home and providing the service. I refused to pay the additional fee because it was not specified by him either in writing or on call when we spoke to each other. However, I agreed to pay $10 more. But, he walked out without taking any payment, and came back again in 5 minutes and said he wants to cancel the notarized pages and tried to barge into my home. I stopped him and he abuses me and wants me to make the payment including the Uber fees. In the end, I paid him $10 more and he left and abused me once again while walking out. Do NOT call him for any service. I am going to see how to lodge a formal complaint against him and see if his license can be canceled. read more

Responded to my initial quote request very quickly, came to our house the next day (Sunday!). Fees for travel and notary signatures were very reasonable and, to my surprise, saved us money over what we would have had to pay at the UPS store.
