This location is under new management and it shows! The customer service is excellent and I have been treated with courtesy and respect, no matter what I need - shipping services, or the many Amazon returns. This is now my "go to" and I'm glad to support my local community instead of taking my services close to the office. read more

The reason I'm writing a review is because this store is completely gutted and remodeled, and under new management (see photos). This store has a positively bad reputation, and that is now unwarranted. It's definitely my preferred store. While I was here I saw the manager training new hires, and even explaining to them how he was rebuilding the store's reputation and required great customer service (but he was saying it nicely). I'm always in and out within 5 minutes. If you're unsure about this store based on past reviews, don't be. I actually LIKE coming here. read more

New Girl in this store has been quite rude and is not willing to listen. Today the store is overflowing with customers waiting to return with QR codes she walks out without finishing the two customers she was supposed to help. She also denied packing items with QR code that says no box no label needed. The automatic return machine was down and she took herself out to lunch leaving over 15 customers on one girl. She is .. girl lazy and she needs to go home. Can't deal with this again. read more

I just came into return an item and I needed the label printed as well. The store was packed with customers, and Rosie was the only one working. She was super sweet and was handling 3-4 customers at a time. It was amazing! read more

Under new management-- woohoo! I can stop avoiding my nearest UPS store! Seriously, I used to go completely out of my way to return merchandise or perform other shipping services elsewhere. The previous management just made me cringe with an attitude that alternated between cheesy and condescending, and I literally couldn't bear to deal with them. Under the circumstances I was thrilled to learn of ANY change in management, but the new owners seem genuinely amazing--friendly, professional, and efficient. They've installed a self-service scanner for QR code based returns that will be awesome to have nearby now that I no longer dread coming here. I'm not sure when the new management took over, but seems it's been a few months already. Please re-visit if you've been avoiding as I have. read more

Hurray, NEW MANAGEMENT:-) Gone are those two clowns with their demeaning dumb jokes and bad attitudes. Gone is the hassle of being over charged for items you can process cheaper at home. The two new gentleman running the store are AWESOME! What a change, what a pleasure! Everything processed quickly and easily, new self check kiosk is setup near the door. It's a pleasant experience. I've had hit and miss experiences with this store. Sometimes the staff is helpful and patient. Other times, the staff member here is just outright rude. On my latest visit to the store, the UPS system failed to scan my mobile shipping barcode. So I had to pay extra to use their computer to print the shipping label. The staff offered no help at all and had a really bad attitude when I asked about which printer to select. It's unfortunate that there are no other UPS stores in the area. Be mentally prepared for their bad customer service. read more

I've always used this UPS store to return Amazon items and this is the first time I've dealt with Himanchu. I thought he was the owner but it turns out he is an employee who was very rude and abrupt. He and another lady refused to scan the Amazon code and print the label. In addition, I had NEVER been refused to bring an Amazon return item here WITHOUT putting them in the box. Never! My point is, these people are rude and condescending. They definitely need a refresher on good Customer Service! What I also don't understand is, all the other Amazon drop off places don't require you to put the items in a sealed box. The fact that they were rude about it for me not having done so was not an excuse. I won't be going back there again to drop off packages or use their services. Too bad since I liked interacting with Raj and it's the closest UPS store from my house. (Update) By the way, I received a private message here on Yelp from either the owner of the store or from Himanchu and he rudely and obnoxiously called me "Stupid" among other things. Of course, he wouldn't comment publicly so he did it privately directed to me. Calling me names after I posted my review validated my point about this establishment and the men who work there. I have always had really great experiences here. Staff is really friendly and knowledgeable and always seem to try and help everyone as fast as they can. Line can sometimes back up a bit as its a pretty small store but I have items shipped here often and I do a bit of shipping from here myself and to date I have yet have an issue. 5 Stars all around as far as I am concerned. read more

Used to be terrible, but once new management took over, it went from terrible to great. I mostly use it to return packages but everyone is helpful and knows what they are doing. If they cannot help me, they have directed me elsewhere. I actually saw them helping a person who had to return a thick mattress pad, you know the kind that are shipped compressed into a small box. They were eager to help her and had what was needed. If only I had known, I could have used this service. it can get crowded and slow, but that's to be expected as most people do need assistance and they offer various setvices. So if you need to get it done fast, then find out their slow times. For me, I am just pleased with the improvement and service. as this location is the closest to me. read more

Worst UPS store I've ever been to! Don't go unless you want to ruin your mood of the day. The Indian guy with the red dot is the most impatient UPS employee I've ever met and he's absolutely rude, too. He will scam you into buying tapes or other stuff you don't need and refuse to provide any help unless you buy stuff. Man, this is not the right way of doing business! Re: the owner's comment. I definitely can afford a tape. But given your rude attitude and being ridiculously impatient (there was no other customer in the store at that time) and laziness and unkindness and reading other horrible reviews, I'm glad that I've decided to not spend a penny at your store! read more

Store is a rip off for printing. They charge $5 for printing from email while staples offers it free. This is I'm addition to the printing charges. Also the front desk staff is rude. Definitely wouldn't recommend this store for any services. read more

Would give this place zero stars if I could!! Horrible customer service from Himanshu. He is rude to customers and if he is the owner he does not know how to run a business. I asked for a small piece of tape from the tape dispenser to secure my package and he asked for $2. I have never experienced this at another UPS store or the post office. Everything is overpriced here and they are not transparent about pricing. I have used them before to fax a document. It cost $14 and because I was in a jam I didn't question the price. However, based on my recent experience mentioned above I can confirm that this store engages in unscrupulous business practices. read more

He is may be racist. I waited about 20 or 30 min very paciently and my turn cane. I put Amazon return with a little scrappy taping and he ask me buy tape for 2$. He had tape right there but no service. I understand every $ counts but it was too much. He has no smile to anyone actually and lady in front was asked for finger print and after ink was on here finger, she was looking for something to wipe because man didn't offer a tissue. She had important documents just had notary and didn't want her dirty. Anyway, I only use it once In a while so just want let other people know, if you have other chose don't come here. read more
