    Sold an item on SidelineSwap, they sent me an invoice to print and a label to add onto the box. Sometimes it's usps, sometimes it's FedEx, I've never had an issue before until earlier this week. I dropped my package off at the mowry location and that same night it was transferred to the Newark facility where it then sat for 11 days. After selling a different item on SidelineSwap through usps and the buyer receiving the package in 3 days, I decided it was time to call FedEx to see what the hell was going on with this package. First, I called the number on Google for this location and a random man picked up the phone, I asked if this was FedEx, he said "no you want FedEx this is the number." Already some sketchy behavior, once I call that number I get a woman by the name of Nos who then tells me my package has been sitting at their facility for 11 days. I say "I know that's why I'm calling" she says she's going to reach out to her supervisor and that she will call me back. After an hour and a half of waiting, I call again and it's Nos, I ask if she got a hold of her supervisor, "oh umm no not yet, I'll call you back" and hangs up. An hour later I get a call from a random number asking for the person I'm sending the package too. After I explain to her I'm the sender and the package is supposed to be going to the person who's name she kept using she tells me, "oh there was a problem with the trailer and your package no longer exists." I had to ask her to confirm what she said because none of it made any sense to me how "my package no longer existed if it hasn't moved in 11 days, what trailer it never got on a trailer it sat at your facility and never moved since I dropped it off." The response I got was "sir that doesn't matter all that matters is your package no longer exists and you can file a claim" *hangs up*. I try and file a complain and cannot since I was not the one who paid for the shipping and instead SidelineSwap paid for the shipment. So yet another way I am screwed over by this FedEx location and workers. It is very apparent from everyone else's experience and comments on yelp and Google that the workers at this location are extremely sketchy and easily stealing packages then telling people they're damaged or still pending. I took someone's advice on her and filed a complaint with the better business bureau in hopes that FedEx will investigate this location and fire everyone involved in this fraudulent location.

    My package has been stuck at this location for several days and now is pending??? I called and they said my package was lost and I will receive a call back, they never called me back. This place stole packages!!! Stay away from FedEx

    Going to Tahoe for a ski trip so I ordered snow chains and snowsocks for safety reasons. I live in an apartment complex where the protocol is for packages to be delivered to the front door, not in front of the leasing office. My packages were marked as delivered yesterday (287906607983, 287904013475) and they were marked as delivered to the leasing office, not the front door. I go check and there are no packages at the leasing office. I had simply assumed the packages were stolen because of the surge in package theft during the holidays. This morning I get the following email from management on what ACTUALLY happened. "Yesterday, as /apartment staff A/ was closing the office she noticed the FedEx driver was attempting to leave packages outside our office, /apartment staff A/ reminded the driver that she was responsible for delivering packages directly to the front door and that she couldn't simply leave them unattended anywhere, /apartment staff A/ also offered to guide her to the apartment locations or provide her with a site map. The delivery driver took the packages back with her and that was that. This morning, sadly, our porter /apartment staff B/ found 5-6 packages at the bottom of the mailboxes near the local dog park. These packages were left unattended and exposed to the elements overnight. We can't be sure these are the same packages the FedEx driver was trying to leave outside the Leasing Office yesterday but based on the delivery label, they are all from FedEx. One of these packages is addressed to your apartment home. We have them now in the Leasing Office and will be notifying each resident individually. We'll be here until 5:00 pm if you want to stop by (we are just closed for lunch from 1-2 pm)" Wow FedEx. That's seriously a new level. Dumping packages by the side of the road? So creative. This is far from an isolated incident from FedEx during my last 6 months living in the area. It is also really sad in that I used to think FedEx was the most reliable shipping company by far, but FedEx GROUND has truly shattered the brand FedEx has worked so hard to build. Just went to the leasing office and only one of the packages was recovered. The other, more expensive package, with $600 snowchain from Tesla is lost. I'm not sure what repercussions, if any the delivery person for my packages (287906607983, 287904013475) would face. At this point I wouldn't even be surprised if the driver stole my package from Tesla, because who is really holding her accountable?? The systematic nature of this suggest this is a management issue vs an individual driver anomaly. FedEx - wake up and fix it before this becomes a class action lawsuit.

    Unbelievable. How did people get trained and managed at this place? I waited my package since 3 days ago when it said it would be delivered that day. Then, I got "no customer present" notification as an excuse to delay the delivery further and we were home entire day that day. It kept delaying to next day until today. Guess what? I saw the truck and it was dropped off to my neighbor's house instead of my house. Have I not been checking outside, it would have been lost or stolen. Very incompetent staff. If your package gets to this center, I wish you all the best.

    It's been here for more than 3 days but no delivery attempt made, I have live plants in them.

    I would have chosen negative rating if that is an option, such a bad delivery service and this isn't first time.

    If u value a company that's built on trust, care, and ethics do not use fedex as a courier service…read more They don't have the infrastructure, support, and as mentioned care to quickly take care of emergencies or expedite your package. Even if they are late than the attitude of the operator/dispatcher is there is nothing that can be done. I work with 2 other local courier services and have been a courier myself and never have I had so many reasons why service cannot be expedited, or get an eta, and there is zero accountability. The feeling is you have to shut up and wait. It doesn't matter if you are in need of making your flight and that package contains a passport. It doesn't matter if the package has anti-venom on its way to help someone dying- that person will die. This company is about 50 years behind on their customer support. Let me just say I use fedex to receive and ship more than 40 packages a day, but I will never use them for same-day service. I know this is harsh, but people need to know! If you are on the fence to use them or the type of person who requires assistance when the going gets tough, u will be better off hitch hiking and taking care of it yourself. I'm serious- Cost wise they are about $10 cheaper than the competition, but your mental health is worth much more than $10 in the long run. You will be happier, more productive, if u have a client u will save them major headache as well. There might be some people that say well what about traffic, weather, accidents? Look, if u give a time for a package to arrive and don't think it can get done- then take off the time or edit it. Everyone pays good money for couriers. You all should be able to get real time updates. Them echoing your tracking info shows a lack of how little understanding and control they have
