Horrible company. Picked up products from our facility and their truck hemorrhaged oil all over our facility driveway. My employees noticed this immediately, even was captured on video, and when brought to the owners attention-complete denial, "our truck isn't leaking". Well no wonder, because it ran out of oil on our driveway! Arrogant individual refused to make any amends nor offer to come and spend a little time to rectify their mess when asked first politely. I've sent from legal documents to fragile deliveries, which they've handled with care. They are professional and their services are tailor made to service your professional needs. They are very reliable. I used another company one time and my nerves were a bundled of stress balls, because that other company was unprofessional and I worried all day, for hours, until the package was "finally" delivered, after getting lost (with GPS), then after it was delivered to the wrong place. And there were too many complaints to spend my time to talk about. But when you put your package in the hands of Golden Express, you can be assured that it is in good hands. Once Golden Express picks up my package, I no longer worry about its delivery. They are very efficient. Beginning with placing an order for pickup all the way through to the delivery point, I give five (5) stars. The drivers are, also, friendly and smart. I was sent a fake cashier's check for the payment of a motorcycle. When I tried to cash it the bank told me it was a fake check and kept it. They almost called the cops on me and pressed charges. There was a good amount of time and money wasted. So I left a fowl review. The company then emailed me and said that I need to remove the review and I had their permission to contact the local authorities if I wanted to now. Exceptional service. I called them on a Saturday with a long distance Bay Area delivery (Albany to Santa Cruz) that was urgent. They quoted a figure that was only about 25% higher than a Lyft for the same distance (ie very reasonable). They picked up within a few hours and delivered directly to the recipient. They even picked up a package from the recipient and mailed it to me, at no charge (though we hadn't discussed this, they just called me to ask if it was OK). This is a great company! read more

At 430 I get a call from someone saying the wrong address (Ave, not Street) and saying he's at the airport, at least 30mins from the delivery site. Try to reach client, cannot. Worry worry. Guy calls a half hour later, is finally at the address and asks if he can leave package IN THE DRIVEWAY. What. The. Hell. Then I have to call FOUR times to get them to email me a receipt. I placed an order online for a delivery saying the package would be ready for delivery at 10am. At 11am, I got the first response from them in an email saying the driver was waiting outside. By that time, Rapidus had picked up and delivered the package. (I highly recommend them, you see in real time where the driver is from the moment you place an order, all online or in their app.) I responded to the email saying given I had no response from them, I used another service. (Rapidus, which I highly recommend. GREAT user experience) They said they were going to charge me $30 anyways. Oh well, it was worth the peace of mind to use Rapidus. read more

Was stressing out on delivering a present. I was recommended to use GE for a same-day delivery. It was pretty late in the day already but was told they work 24/7. So I gave them a call. Long story short, had a great experience using GE. They were prompt in picking up the package. And as a same-day delivery service, the price was reasonable. I was trying to merge into busy traffic, sped up to a gap with plenty of room, their driver sped up behind and tried to block me, pulled next and tried to run me off the road. If I could give this delivery service more stars I would. My wife and I applied for visas for India for our kids, the visa folks finally released the passports but I wasn't able to make the pick up time b/c of my work schedule. I called Golden Express to see if they would, not only did they pick up the passports but they double checked to see if the visa has been granted and unfortunately it was not and the folks at the visa office requested additional documents. But they did not even email or tell us, and instead had a pick up date scheduled but the passports didn't even have the visa stamp. Golden Express totally saved us big time, now they will be going back tomorrow to drop off the additional documents the visa office requested. I'm giving Golden Express 3 stars because I've never had any issued before yesterday. Based on my experience yesterday though, I would give them one star. Normally the courier shows up on time and delivers the package with plenty of time to spare. I've never had an issue before. We have packages that are VERY time sensitive and I've always been able to rely on Golden Express. However, yesterday was not acceptable. I called Golden Express around 1:30pm to request that a package be picked up from Sunnyvale by 4:00pm and delivered to Los Altos no later than 5:00pm (a 25 minute drive). After numerous follow-up calls to Golden Express the driver did not show up until 4:45. With no sense of urgency and a bad attitude he left with my package with instructions to call me when it was delivered. It was not delivered until 5:30. I'm not sure if I'm more frustrated that it was late, the person I talked to kept insisting it would get there by 5 or the driver had a bad attitude. Either way it was definitely not ok. I'm not sure I will give Golden Express another chance since I can't risk it. read more
