My package arrived at the Hayward location on March 13th, and I assumed that it would be delivered within a couple of days. When it hadn't arrived after a week, I gave the company a call and was told that they didn't know where my item was. A few more days passed and still no delivery. I finally had to call them and tell them if they located the package I would come by for it, and to have it ready for pick up. I arrived within the window I was given for pick up-but it took them more than half an hour to locate the paperwork. I was then sent to warehouse to hand over my paperwork to someone else-- and waited there for another 20 minutes before someone offered to help. While we were waiting for our item to be brought up, we saw the crew manhandling other people's orders. This is not good customer service, and I will forgo ordering from Home Depot if they rely on companies like this for delivery.
