Utilized them today for a terminated employee and laptop and supplies pickup. I called and Joseph answered immediately and explained to me how it worked plus pricing. The pickup was scheduled easily and executed professionally and timely. I was able to pay the invoice online. Highly recommend using this service for any courier services needed. read more

Joseph is a pleasant courteous person. But it took a few days before he was able to read the email for my request. I caught him during a very busy period. Cost of picking up a 80lb box and transporting it from palo alto to santa clara was very reasonble. read more

Called late morning and was able to arrange pickup and drop off same day in the late afternoon. Excellent service!

I sent a message to Q Delivery inquiring about the cost of a delivery that we needed that same day. Joseph responded in about 10 minutes with a price that I felt was very fair and reasonable for the job that I needed. Our package was picked up and delivered within hours of my initial contact with Joseph. We even received an email with confirmation of the delivery and who signed for it. Payment is easily done thru PayPal and I will call them again when I have another delivery need. Thank you Joseph and the Q Delivery team! read more

Transporting a bike to an event can be a hassle at the airport. Guidelines and policies are inconsistently applied, which can lead to you being stuck at the counter unable to get your flight on time while you figure out an alternative to getting your bike, that you've carefully boxed up for transport, to the destination with you. That's why I used a cargo company and sought out Q Delivery to make the process even simpler - to pick up the bike right from the hotel, coordinate the air waybill details, get it to the shipper - all this while I got ready and went to the airport. Joseph was very responsive, very flexible, and price friendly. I have Q Delivery on my speed dial for the Bay Area. Thanks Joseph! read more

You know that feeling when it is tax day and you find out that you need a signed document from your accountant who is 60 miles away and you can't get there? Well I do. That's where I found myself yesterday trying to figure out how to get my taxes to be in San Francisco when they were in Santa Clara. I put out a request for a quote on Yelp and within five minutes, or even less, Q delivery sent me an estimate. I gave them the job as they were first to respond and their estimate was not outrageous. They picked up the document in Santa Clara and drove it to where I was having lunch in North Beach. Done. Magic. Will use them again without hesitation. read more

Wanted to give Joseph a five star review. He was able to accommodate my needs last minute. He was professional, reliable, affordable, easy to work with, and definitely trustworthy. I had him pick up a pay check of mine from one of my clients and deposit it in my bank account. I like dealing with people that do what they say they are going to do. I can say Q Delivery service cares about customer service. I will be definitely using Q Delivery service again. I hope that my review helps other people decide on using Q Delivery service.
