We've only worked together twice but our 1st encounter was a chair I needed picked up in SF from an upholsterer on CHRISTMAS EVE and delivered to the client in Los Gatos same day, all while I was in Chicago. None of my regular resources would even consider this. Their app for placing orders with all its updates, maps, tracking and features couldn't be any easier. Pricing is all upfront and extremely reasonable. Today they picked up and delivered an extra large piece of art (~87"l x 44"w) and stuck with it even though my pickup address was missing a digit when I entered it. No problem, very patient, everyone is happy. As an Interior Designer, it's virtually impossible to book a delivery service for one of a kind pieces or rush basis without at least a week's notice. Very nice that they went out and took some pictures of the area when they were looking for a car I bought off an auction site that they said would be outside the gate so I can have it picked up Friday night and no car was out there.
