FRAUD BUSINESS RUN people.....RUN if you see them RUN ..... Please do not use their services. They are all lies and fraud. One bedroom move( including one queen bed, two piece couch, one computer desk and one side table and two cane chairs, kitchen boxes, frames and couple of suitcases). Please note NO dinning table, NO dining chairs, NO dressers and NO chests, and NO night stands, NO coffee table, took them almost 7 hours. Very important to note there was no drive time, no use of truck. It was one building to next one and both have elevators. They are bunch of liars who are not professional and their staff was yelling and kicking our stuff. Their movers were drunk and we were looking for them half of the time. They were taking multiple breaks drinking alcohol. My neighbors moved from one building to another same day two bedroom with double the furniture in less than 5 hours. They broke our brand new picture frame and when we called Jena, Jing she was telling us we are complaining too much. Their staff was drunk and obnoxiously loud, we called to inform the Jena/ Jing that they are taking only one small item at a time. Got no response. When I called to inform them how they were performing they informed me that we have to tip them because that's all they make. That's their money. I informed that they went missing and our furniture went missing the lady just ignored our feedback. First of all if you read carefully which I did not before there are similar reviews. People complaining about the same issues kicking our stuff, throwing our stuff and to top it off yelling at us. I have never seen such abusive behavior they were spitting every where, yelling, shouting, kicking and throwing our stuff and the owner response was none. Basically all acceptable to the owner of this fraudulent business. This is America I understand you don't know how to run the business. VERY HORRIBLE SERVICE!! NEVER AND EVER REFERRAL THEM TO THE OTHER PEOPLE!! They helped us to move 2 week and within 3 days our bed frame broke and we had call them and told them that the issue, they told us that when they uninstall the bed frame is already broken and they never notice us, and I don't believe what they said. If there is anything when they take it down and had problem and they don't want to be responsible then I am 100% sure they will let us know right away.. Not until it broke and told us it's already like that and use some kind of tape to put it together .. When the bed broke my baby ( she is almost a year old) was on the bed.. Luckily that she is ok.. What if something happen to her and who I should blame. Now they told us they want to come by and put the bed back together and which is ridiculous... We've been trying to dealing with them for couple day and the owner, we talked to is very rude.. They offer us that we buy the bed frame and they go to pick it up and install for us for repay, and I don't think I will trust them to do anything else anymore, so I told them that they can just pay us some of the money back and we will ask ikea to deliver for us and which is fine, he said my bed is only worth $199 which is a queen size bed price and I told him that I bought a king size bed and only the bed frame cost us $249 and he kept saying that he won't pay us the king size bed price, he said we were trying to scam him for more money, which is ridiculous, I know what I bought and if they don't want to be responsible then don't give all those excuse, so I actually kept the receipt and I told him that I can proof it for him that we are not trying to do any scam or else. It go on for couple days and which me and my husband was so tired to dealing with this unreasonable person, so the last time we talked to him and he offer us 3% of the bed frame price which is $80 something and I told my husband that We don't need this $80 for nothing, we were asking him to mail is the receipt and which until today we haven't received it (2 weeks after) IF I CAN GIVE THEM NO STAR WHICH I WILL...DON'T EVER TRUST THIS COMPANY!!! read more

I am not a person who normally write reviews. The absolutely amazing experience I've had with these movers has affected me so much that I couldn't resist and I have to provide a good recommendation. "Movers R Here" are the best movers I've ever had. They are fast, efficient, professional, nice, and well-priced. I found out about them using craigslist and then on yelp many people were recommending them and now, I can see why so many people appreciate them. They moved us (a 1BR) in Oct first week from a first floor in Sunnyvale to different location in Sunnyvale itself in only three hours, without breaking, scratching, or losing a single thing. They showed up early with three guys and kept working away until the job was done. They arrived 15mins early from the booking time at 1:00 PM so that they could start on time. They packed the apartment and by 3:15 PM then took 15mins to reach to the new address where they unpacked everything in 1hrs and finally by 4:30 they have finished everything. I can see in some cases they took my stuff and wrapped in giant boxes, so that was a lot of the work, too. I also noticed several items I dropped or left out by accident, they would take that item and tape it to the closest item they found it to or boxed in another box. In short, whatever they did, it was as fast as possible from what I can tell. I certainly could not have done it as they did, they have some kind of pro technique. Movers R Here are " MOVERS FROM HELL"! If you are planning to move please do not use them at all they are "FRAUD" people including Jing, Jean they are all fraud. Their people don't speak english they do not tape or use blankets all liars. They leave your boxes and furniture unattended, their employees are drinking alcohol in between, they go missing for twenty minutes several times, they spit every where, they kick your boxes, if you tell them its glass they kick to make sure what you are saying. We labeled all our boxes by rooms and clearly maked glasses because they can not read they leave everything in our kitchen all shoes, books, clothes. They blocked the entrance of our new place. They did not use the blankets to cover our old and new place, they walked every where and brought dolly on carpet . They charged me for three people only two people showed up. One of them was drunk and loud. They were four hours late. In between moving we had to call several times the lady to complain, they are not wrapping our furniture with tape, they are not understanding that its glass, they are wasting time and carrying only one box at a time. They wasted so much time to figure out what they are doing. They dropped my new picture frame on street and left it unattented for half an hour and now its all broken. This is my second time using Movers R Here, and once again it was a very satisfying experience. I reached out to Jean, the dispatcher, and she was extremely professional and pleasant to talk to. One thing I appreciate about them that some moving companies do not do is provide a fair set price. Before I moved, Jean told me all the costs of the move clearly, so that there was no deceptive additions like double mileage later on after the move added to my bill. Their price is very reasonable and fair in my opinion, and very worth the investment. But I have to talk about the movers. The movers were very professional and extremely efficient. Both times that I moved, although the distance was not far, I have a lot of stuff that I need to have moved. They worked tirelessly and never lost their rhythm, moving my furniture very quickly and carefully.
