These guys were great. My original time slot was missed but they called to advise of the delay and offered a 10% discount for the inconvenience. I was scheduled to move at 9am and the time was pushed to 2pm. When the time arrived they were didn't show up. So I called. The team scheduled for me was delayed from a previous job so another team had to be sent out. They didn't arrive until 6pm! Traffic delayed this team. But thank goodness they came the same day. They got me moved in within 4 hours. It was a LONG day and they were efficient. Two guys moved me from a two bedroom within 4 hours. It was a one story to a three story townhouse. Thank you! read more

Moved out of a 450sqft studio/room in a 2 story house into a 1000sqft 1b/1b. 2 peoples worth of stuff. Everything went well. Odie & Adidas were really professional and their attitude was perfect. Moving sucks and they made it so much easier. Always asking what they could do and what was next. Very respectful. We had unfinished boxes and they packed them for us and taped up. Didn't even ask. I have a broken collarbone and they made sure I did very little. As far as the furniture handling I was really impressed. We had a couple not so sturdy pieces and they arrived in perfect condition. Nothing broken or even slightly damaged. Everything was clean too. They wrapped it all up with plastic. Like really can't say enough. Call em up. Also best price around and beyond worth it. read more

Polite, fast, and great. I would totally recommend these guys. The elevator was out at my building and they lugged furniture/boxes down 5 flights of stairs, onto the truck and into my new apartment up the stairs. read more

Everything for our move went so smoothly! We were in communication with them up until the move, and they were happy to answer any questions that came up. The guys arrived early at our apartment, and started right away. They packed everything with care, and quickly. Then when they arrived at our new place, they assembled our beds and couches as we liked, and even moved a few things to different spots than we intended. We highly recommend this company to help with any move you have! read more

We had Nice Fellows help us move a few months ago and we were very happy with their service. They were punctual, careful, and wrapped everything for us. They even offered $10 off an hour discount for cash. Their pricing also includes liability insurance. Would hire them again for our next move! read more

5 's all the way This review is long overdue. Nice Fellows Moving company is by far the best experience we have ever had with a moving company FULL STOP! We hired a three man crew - the owner was one of the movers and two other very polite gentleman to do a local move on 5/23/25. Not only were they prompt, they were professional and courteous as all get out, they were fast, and wrapped all of our furniture amazingly well. They are also reasonably priced as well. I would without hesitation use Nice Fellows Movers again - I joked with the owner before they left "you're my movers for life". ;). Thank you, Nice Fellows! Robert & Garrin read more

Value, quick response, hard work, flexibility. I was sitting in chillies looking up movers for fun and found these guys based off reviews. They were transparent with pricing from the start. I was transparent with my storage unit space needed to be moved into an apartment. Storage unit was 10 feet by 10 feet and 9 feet tall. They offered me an emergency price because I requested the move to be so late. I said today or tomorrow. I asked if 6pm was too late and they were very flexible in working with me. The boys just left at 9:30pm, Ivan and Jake. They were polite, reserved and very straight forward into work mode. One of the boys Jake even stopped half way from unloading the truck to offer help to a disabled person who was struggling to transfer from their wheelchair into a large suv. The person polity declined. Im not kidding about how polite they were. I would reccomend them and will also be reaching out next time with a scheduled move instead of spontaneous last minute move. My apartment was second floor with 1 flight of stairs straight up,16 steps. I was given a total of $431~ i think. I did tip the guys, college age and very tall and strong. 10/10 but keep in mind im very easy going. read more

Nice Fellows Moving - Movers Near Me - Santa Clara, California

My fiance and I were moving from our separate apartments into a house. Two days before his move, he decided to hire movers. Even with such short notice, he quickly got a quote and scheduled the move. The two nice fellows who showed up for his job were very hard-working, friendly, and efficient. It went so well that I decided to contact Nice Fellows Moving when I moved a few weeks later. Two different nice fellows did my move, but they were equally hard-working, friendly, and efficient. I was moving out of a third-floor apartment without an elevator. They didn't complain or eye-roll once. And even when they had to move the truck a couple of times for people getting in or out of a parking space, no complaints. For both moves, the nice fellows did an excellent job of wrapping and protecting furniture and possessions. No damage in these moves! From getting a quote (very fair prices, IMO) to scheduling to the nice fellows doing the move, both of our moves went so smoothly. Highly recommend! read more

Hakim, Daniil and Islam were great. Easy to set up, clear estimate. Danii and Islam were absolutely the best. They were timely efficient and flexible. Finished exactly when they said they would and were so helpful at both ends of the move. Excellent value for the money. I would call on them again in a minute. Thanks guys. read more

It doesn't get better than Jake and Aiz from Nice Fellows Moving. They were respectful of our property and people. 1 bed apartment to a 2 bed apartment in the same city was done in a couple hours. They placed everything where we asked and there was zero damage. All furniture was wrapped. Highly recommend! Worth the money at great rates! read more

MOVING is on the LIST of least FAVORITE things to DO! Bek and Orynbol made it so EASY and smooth that I don't even feel like I moved out 24 hours ago. I've moved 3x in the last 3 years and have done it every way.....with friends, driving to Home Depot to pick up a few guy's desperately wanting work and lastly hiring professionals. 1. Back breaking, cut & scrapes, sweaty & dirty - needing an hour massage and a weeks vacation somewhere tropical just to recuperate from the stress of the move. We rented a uhaul and it was cheap, but after mileage and gas it did add up. 2. Must speak fluent Spanish, which I gratefully have because my best friend is there for me on moving day, every time so he can speak to the guys and negotiate fairly. Otherwise there's likely to be a misunderstanding somewhere along the way and on the day you're changing your whole life, miscommunication is the last thing you want. Separately....My experience personally was I was groped by one of the men while I was in a tight spot getting out of the bathroom so there is a risk letting strangers into your home. 3. On time professional guys with dollies, packing tape, blankets, wardrobe boxes in a full size truck show up at the door, ready to get the job done. I didn't have to lift, push, bend or even touch anything because they were so fast & efficient. They didn't take their time or stand around talking, in fact I don't think they even took breaks! (Work hard but don't KILL yourselves) I didn't have to drive an oversized truck, fill it up (or get charged $20 per/gallon and return it to the lot). ***BEST VALUE*** #3 - Nice Fellows - Bay Area, CA. Needed help in moving heavy furniture upstairs. Very nice and professional service with a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend them for moving services. read more

Found Nice Fellows Moving on Craigslist, and checked reviews on Yelp. I started off with an email, explained the date we'd like to move, picked a time, and gave the addresses. After a few emails back and forth, things were finalized. The one thing I regret was not picking an earlier time. The person who went before us, didn't pack his items, and therefore the movers ran late. Not their fault. The guys came in a large white truck, with all the packing materials if needed. They moved fast and never gave us any issues. For one apartment that had a lot of stuff, which made me reflect on my shopping habits, we paid for 4.5 hours. The first 2 hours are mandatory. They charge $99 per hour. Nice Fellows accepts cash or Zelle. This does not include tips. Wishing all of you a happy and safe move. read more

My initial movers had to cancel on me and I looked up on Craigslist for an alternative and I found Nice Fellows. Not only was Nora friendly and efficient, there service was also more affordable than who I originally hired. They accommodated me right away. On the day of the move Adi and Islam came promptly and worked efficiently and thoroughly. They did an amazing job of loading up, and they were even faster unloading. I highly recommend you go with Nice Fellows Moving if you ever find yourself moving homes. Thank you! read more

3 guys from Nice Fellows Moving helped me with a move from San Bruno to San Mateo this weekend. The guys were prompt, professional, and did an excellent job at handling my furniture. It was a brutal job going from a house on the first floor to a third floor condo, especially since it turned out to be a hot day. I highly recommend this company. read more

They were extremely unprofessional. First of all, they came late by 2 hours. They market themselves as lowest prices but would do their job very slowly to buy time and increase the total move time. They would put the things in the wrong room and do small talk to increase the overall time. Ours was their second move in their day. If they were tired, they shouldn't have accepted the service. For our neighbors who lived in a same house like ours n had same things like us , it took only 3.5 hours but for us they did slowly and bloated it to 7 hours. I wouldn't recommend their service to anyone. Extremely dissatisfied with their service!!! read more

I got moved very efficiently and fast!! Will definitely used their services again! And the value can't be beat !

Nice Fellow Movers helped us move homes recently and did an excellent job. Very professional and great value.

They post in the peninsula but what they dont tell you is the charge you to come to you before they do the job, charge for the job which is fine and then charge gas on top of that and even though their ad says 2 to 3 hr min on Friday and sat you can't do 2 hrs without being charged unless they have another job in that area on that day if you're on the peninsula which isn't fair. Because we get charged more and for them coming to us on top of the moving price and gas. Wow Because they're based in Santa Clara. How do we pay you to come to a job? I wish all jobs paid us just to come in and then pay us for the work and our gas fees and set the minimum at 3 hours depending on where we are. read more

Had a great experience with Nice Fellows. It was easy to set up a time with them on short notice (~4 days ahead of time). They came on time and helped move things around efficiently. They managed to maneuver around some tight corners with heavy furniture. The guys helped us move some heavy furniture around the house that was already there. We also had them remove and dispose some large boxes. read more

Nice Fellows Moving - Packing and moving - Movers Near Me - Santa Clara, California

Extremely hard working, efficient, friendly, and careful with fragile items. Could ask for nothing more.

I highly recommend this moving service if you are in need of movers in the San Jose, Santa Clara area. The secretary communicated with me very well via phone and text. The guys, Hakim & Louie, who are very friendly, polite, and respectful. They we're running behind schedule but that's alright. The secretary informed me ahead of time. I worked with this company but they scammed me. First, they made a deal by quoting a low price and then demanded an additional $1,000 after picking up my things. They have also damaged my goods. How could anyone be happy with a company like that? Avoid them and I do not recommend this company. read more
