I need to have a $600lb GPU server rack move and deliver to my office on the 5th floor. The very last minute at 2pm, I call B2 and they are able to accommodate my next day delivery request with 4 movers. They pick up the server, protect them well, and drive to my office. Then later find out this 7.5foot rack cannot fit into the elevator. Last resort is to use the stair. Total of 7 flight of stairs. They did all that in an hour door to door. I am very pleased with their services. read more

Quick at responding, but pushy to secure a date and deposit.. not only that, the 3 movers asked my husband for $200 each per person in cash ($600 EXTRA in addition to the tip he already added) because they said the company doesn't pay them enough. WTF! Will not use them next time. read more

Great service, very efficient and courteous. I had an old very large refrigerator moved out for a new one, so the move was just within the house not using a truck, but very difficult, and it was handled perfectly. read more

As someone who is really anxious about my belongings and care more about worldy possessions than people, I mean it when I say you can trust B2 with your most precious things. From the start, John was communicative and I was really happy with the price especially compared to everywhere else I called. For context, I've had 1 moving company before scuff my expensive furniture and I was really worried. However, Tesh and Bale from B2 did such a good mummifying my items that I had nothing to worry about. They were also very pleasant in general :) John did the 8 hour drive from Bay Area to SoCal. Then, John and Doren unloaded my belongings very efficiently. They also helped reassemble and place everything exactly where I asked (and were kind enough to rearrange again without question when I changed my mind) Thanks to B2, I was able to get my whole setup in record time since they did all the heavy lifting : D I attached some pics of my new room which they helped reassemble and move in all the items. Notice how my Herman Miller chair and Secret Lab desk are in perfect condition because of their care ^^ tldr; very very happy customer and would gladly use their services again. they really made the normally stressful task of moving feel seamless~ read more

Great moving company. I hired 2 people to do a smaller move and they were on time, efficient and did everything right. I got a quote and call through using yelp and they quickly booked a time and estimate in the contract. I explained what I needed and they were perfectly accommodating. On the day of moving, they showed up and followed instructions. They wrapped and protected furniture and everything went as planned. At the end everything was electronically signed and delivered by email instantly. Note that if you pay cash or use Venmo, it will be $20 less per hour than using a credit card. That can be a lot of money. I really like this moving company. Be warned that if you request quotes through Yelp, you will get probably 10 messages and texts very quickly and they will continue to message you for your services. I was looking at a few options and this bombardment was a lot so I would try getting quotes individually. read more

We had a last-minute reservation with B2 Moving for our 2-bedroom apartment, and so far, this is the BEST moving company I've ever hired. They were fast and efficient. They took really good care of our furniture and were respectful of our belongings and us. They wasted NO TIME. No extra fees and their service is suitable for the amazing service. Our movers were Ali, Salim, and Adilet. I will call them again in future times. PS. Be kind to your movers and offer them some water! read more

We had so much stuff that we had to book a moving company to accomplish our move quick and easy. From many quotes on YELP, B2 was my number one choice. What they offered caught my attention: They're are no hidden fees! They do not charge a truck fee, gas fee, service fee, or other hidden fees. They provide our own trucks: 20, 22, 24, 26 footers. They provide moving supplies such as blankets, plastic shrink wraps, tools, dollies, tapes, and wardrobe boxes. They disassemble/reassemble furniture (included in the rate). Luke and the gang did an amazing job! read more

B2 moving Alex, Aidos, and Renat were our movers, and they have exceeded our expectations with how professional and efficient they do their work. Not only did they wrap up everything nicely, they also used protective fabrics for the more fragile furnitures. In addition, they were very cooperating when we asked for them to put on shoe covers, and even got a red carpet that lets the stroller in with ease and cleanliness! This is our first time hiring a moving company, and we are very impressed with the work! Definitely would ask for them again if we move. read more

John and his crew were OUTSTANDING! We are so glad we decided to use B2. Initially we thought the cost was a bit high but what they said it would cost that's what it cost. No hidden fees, no surprises at the end. My main advice to other customers is don't worry about their game worry about yours. They were so fast I could barely keep up with them especially during the offload. I have a Big Green Egg that I was worried about. They acted liked they moved them all the time. I hope we don't have to move again but if I do I won't waste anytime shopping around. I would recommend B2 even to my enemies. I wish I had more stars! read more

Aidar and partner showed up at 8 AM and surveyed my move for a 2b2b into another 2b2b on the same floor. Once they realized that they did not have the tools to dissemble my sleigh bed, they informed me they would start the contract clock once they have the right tools. There are many choices in moving companies in the Bay Area. After reading reviews, B2 stuck out to me for a competitive price, and quick response. On moving day, Dias and Salim arrived and went straight to work. They made sure to communicate about my different packing needs and even told me to "relax" at one point. If I could give 10 stars I would. B2 Moving was AMAZING! First of all, their customer service is amazing. Once you book online, you are sent details via an email. I had tried to book with another moving company who "confirmed" my move in a Yelp message and I didn't feel comfortable with that. On moving day, they were prompt and you get a text an hour before they arrive and phone call when they do arrive. You can also track the truck via the link in the text. Adam and Max helped me out and they were amazing. Moving is stressful as it is so I knew I needed movers in my move from Daly City to Walnut Creek. I was moving out of a 3 bedroom house and into a 1 bedroom apartment. Although I had most of everything packed, I ran out of room for my clothes and they came to the rescue with wardrobe boxes. They also wrapped everything for me (tv, couches, etc). It was efficient but very thorough. All my items arrived safe and in the same condition they left. They wrap everything for you with blankets and plastic wrap/ bubble wrap. They work for you sticking to the timeline and there are NO hidden charges. I had looked at other moving companies that had many hidden fees and charges and B2s rate is exactly what you see on the site. They unassembled and assembled everything for me too which was a game changer. They were quick, efficient, friendly, and made an otherwise extremely stressful day for anyone, very easy. My nerves were shot after prepping for my move all week and I was dreading moving day and they turned that around. Please use B2 when you move, you'll thank me later! read more

Hiring movers may have been one of the best ideas ever during the crazy process of moving into my new home. I was a bit skeptical since this was my first time hiring a moving company but it was SO WORTH. We got to work with Luke's team of 3. They were amazing, kind, and FAST. I felt like I had so much stuff and they were able to get everything in the truck and into my new home all while smiling and being great. I would refer them to anyone and honestly, if I ever need anything moved again, I know exactly who to go to. Thank you Luke and team for helping us out so much and saving our backs! read more

Our apartment was on the third floor and a whole lot of stuff needed to be moved. B2 moving company sent three guys and one of them was Luke. They just did an amazing job, it was no easy feat going up and down, up and down with so much stuff. No item was broken or missing and they handled all fragile items with great care. The moving took 6 hours, maybe we could have sped up, I don't know. The stairs slowed us all down I guess. But over all great efforts. read more

The owner finally called and apologized for the damage caused by your workers to my house. I give him a credit of being responsible even his previous manager was not friendly to solve the issue. Frankly, the moving workers were hardworking and moved until late. However, I did not expect one of the workers did not lift up the heavy luggage and furniture instead of pulling them against the brand new hardwood floor so that caused so many damages in bedrooms, walk-in closet, and hallways. The owner called me and told me he has let go of some bad employees and he would take good care of clients himself. I think this is good for him. read more

I have used B2 Moving twice during COVID-19 with satisfactory service, so this time I searched no further. Their hourly rate has remained the same as in 2021 which is a good thing.
