Their team of installers were fine but when they installed a wall oven they broke my cabinet support and my bottom cabinet drawer will not close. I asked the company to take the oven out and reinstall and at my expense, I would pay for the cabinet repair. They refused to honor my request and instead sent pictures of the cabinet before installation with a working bottom drawer and a picture after with a broken drawer and said it was not their fault. I have tried multiple times to contact them and they refused to take my call. This is NOT a reputable company. This was a simple request and now I will have pay an additional $300 for someone else to do their work. Save your money and go elsewhere.

I've worked with many appliance installers including a huge custom Subzero fridge install. This is…read morea terrible installation company. They charge a premium price but they are completely unorganized and it's difficult to communicate with them. I purchased a Thermador cooktop from Homewise appliance and paid for "Premium" installation. This company sends you a ridiculously long questionnaire with irrelevant questions like - "what is the size of the delivery truck" and they require 10 photos in their survey form. I emailed them and texted them multiple times that the height of my new cooktop was slightly lower than my current one. This info kept getting lost and they kept threatening that they will charge me extra for anything out of the ordinary. Find your own installer who you can work with directly.

If you bring your packages in on Tuesdays or Fridays, your family or friends will receive the packages after 1 week, which is pretty quick. There was only one time it took my package to be delivered after 2 weeks (due to Pandemic of COVID 19). I appreciate all the hard works they have committed to even during pandemic time. Besides, they have amazing money transfer service to VN too. If you send your family some amount of money on Monday morning or afternoon, they will definitely receive it on that same Monday in the late evening. And that is all I expect!

Like most I reached out to BHCS as it posted pretty good reviews. They came to my house to assess a…read morecomputer issue. It was essentially a data recovery issue that would take a couple of weeks. He explained the lengthy process, taking up to 2 weeks due to shipment of a part, running a particular software and the actual data extract. I called back after a few weeks and he told me that the part they shipped was defective and would need to begin the whole process again. I know that things like this happen often especially with older computers so I was patient with the situation. Well its a couple of months now with no update. I've tried to email the contact and website, call both phones but the vmail tells me that the mail box is full. At this point I'm not really sure how proceed and would gladly take back my new external hard drive if they cant recover the data. Anyone else have a similar issue with them?

Not only did Mike completely fix my computer, but I would also like to comment on what genuinely…read morekind people both him and Julie both are! I was having difficulty finding a reasonable place to get my computer fixed. I have a Macbook and the screen had cracked so much so that I could barely see anything through what looked like blue ink leaks. I called around to at least 6 different places getting quotes on how much it would cost to fix my screen. The apple store said something around $800 while the wefixmacs guys said it would cost around $400. When I called Business & Home Computer Services, they told me that it shouldn't take long to fix a screen and that it would only cost me about $80 (I had already purchased the screen online). It ended up taking them an hour or two longer than they thought to fix my computer, but Mike and Julie were so kind as to stick to their quoted price. I ended up paying them as much as I could afford, though :). Mike was able to fix my screen without ruining anything else on the computer (not an easy task to do on a Mac!). It works wonderfully and I love being able to watch all of my TV shows now on a beautiful, clear screen! AMAZING service and I will definitely go back whenever (or IF ever) I need anything else fixed.
