I never received my package at all. SpeedX has the worst delivery service and the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They call and send text messages, but they never respond when customers try to contact them. I have repeatedly instructed them not to leave my packages outside because of previous thefts resulting from their careless deliveries. Despite my clear instructions, they continue to leave my packages unattended outside. Even worse, they fabricated a confirmation message making it appear that I agreed to have my packages left outside when I clearly responded "No." As a result, my packages have been stolen multiple times. Because of SpeedX's negligence, I have already lost approximately $150 from a previous order, and now another order worth approximately $150 has not been received. This is unacceptable. This company is awful. I get angry every day because of them. On April 27th I was visiting my 84-year-old mother in Florida. We chose jewelry and clothing from Temu and were told it would be delivered between May 2nd and May 8th. My mother who is in a nursing home has been waiting for this package to arrive every day. It is now May 19th. The company rarely posts updates. Maybe they post one a week at the most. I have contacted the company many times and left my email address. No one has ever responded. I order from Temu very frequently and do not experience this problem from any other delivery company. SpeedX has posted that that the package is in Tampa. The delivery address is Bradenton/Sarasota. They are terrible. The are the courier for SHEIN and the deliver was left in a public area even tho they were able to get into my gated to comminity, they failed to deliver directly to my condo door. They left my very important package at the common mailbox area for my building in which it was stolen. They also did not timely notify me of the drop as the pix they sent was at a time of the day 3 hour before they sent me notification that my package was delivered. They should be put out of business! They are scammers! They said my package could not delivered because of my address not being correct but it shows my exact address. Then it says that you need to pick up the package but gives not address or contact information. You literally can not talk with anybody but a virtual bot! The bot had me confirm my exact address and that it would be redelivered. Funny thing though I was the day they came, Looked at my nest camera and nobody came to my door. They lied which is what I have been seeing on reviews they say they have delivered when they did not or that they tried but could not (my situation). I have been home since Thursday, my house is easy to access, and there are no gate or entrance restrictions since it is not an apartment complex. My phone number was also provided, yet I never received a single call or notification regarding the delivery attempt. The tracking updates feel inaccurate and very frustrating, especially because I have an important graduation event coming up and still do not have my package. Customer service has not provided a clear resolution or pickup location yet. Deliveries to Tehaleh should not be this difficult. I am currently writing this after 24 hours of waiting for my package to be delivered by this courier SpeedEx. I can honestly say that this doesn't please me considering I had packages delivered by them in the past and never a problem. But lately they have a new driver to deliver to my area and let's just say it's been terrible. I have now waited over 24 hours for my "out for delivery" package to be delivered. I tried several times to contact them and no hope. They are all virtual and when you try to have it escalated via email, they send back the same generic message "good news your package is out for delivery" , no further reply or help. This is disgusting and I'm horrified to know I have other packages coming through them. I have gone so far as to tell the company I ordered from SHEIN that I will not shop with them while they are using this courier. Again it appears to be this particular driver but it doesn't excuse the fact that I can't get any help from the company itself. I am writing so no one else experiences this horrible experience. I woke up at 2am and couldn't sleep so I checked my email that said my package from tiktok had been delivered. I looked at the picture of the delivery and the pos idiot driver left my package in the middle of my driveway in the dark when just a few feet away, I have a screened in front porch. They ignored all my delivery instructions completely. Well, since there is a stray dog that hangs around our yard and has gotten into other packages that were dropped off in a way that ignored my delivery instructions, the dog got into my packages including this one and I found items all the way at the end of my driveway and even into the yard of my neighbor across the street. Now mind you, im dealing with this at 2am. I also saw across the street an empty package from walmart with one of my neighbors names on it. Obviously one of these lame ass drivers dropped off their package irresponsibly too. So they can say goodbye to whatever was in it. Speed x updated the tracking on 8/10 saying that they were unable to deliver due to inability to access the building. I updated my information to include my building number and gate code. It's now 8/23 and no redelivery attempt or any type of movement has been made!! The customer service is nonexistent! They're not even answering inquiries from the company who shipped the item. They shouldn't be allowed to handle packages at all! I'm assuming all of these countries overseas are attempting to combat the ridiculous tariffs, but why should the customers have to pay the price?
