We are traveling in early May and I had lost my passport. In a rush I googled, "services to expedite passport". Rushmypassport was the first company to pop up, in my frantic scatter-brained head I didn't think to read reviews or to look for another option. I paid almost $300 for an expedited passport service. Upon filling out and printing my docs I learn that I must take these documents to a Passport Processing Agent, most commonly located at the US Postal service. (See their lovely review on my profile.) I was treated very poorly and they refused to assist me even though there were no other customers in the building. I learned that this step is required to be done prior to sending the documents out. After two hours going through the very scarce appointments, I was able to lock one in an April 19th. We leave on May 7th. I reach out to Rushmypassport and they tell me that it will be 5-7 weeks from the April 19th date for me to receive my passport. That simply does not work as the 19th is only a few days over 2 weeks from my date of travel. My head was spinning, seriously I was having hot flashes.....we have spent so much money on this trip. Non-refundable money! So I throw some key words into google and BAM.....Legal Passport, LLC pops up. I see their very fast delivery options online and make a phone call. Kaisha answered the phone, (please remember the state I was in when making this call, flustered and frustrated). Kaisha listened to me....she explained that they would be able to get me my passport in time and that RushMyPassport was their competitor. I IMMEDIATLY called RushMyPassport and cancelled the service I paid for and called Legal Passport back, this time Joseph answered. Again, Joseph listened to me regarding all that I had been though thus far and reassured me that we will get this handled in time. I paid the $620, and he reserved the hand carrier right then. He sent me a few emails with clear and easy to follow instructions. Their supervisor, Paul, sent me a nice email with the details as well. What a great team of individuals. Legal Passport......you have NO competition! Here is why..... You answer the phone when customers call. You are polite and friendly even when scatter brains like me call. You professionally provide the instructions. You seriously made me feel confident that my passport will arrive in time :)

The last company I called was Tri-Valley, Shien's service fee was reasonable especially since he does pick up and drop off your passport ; so he saved me a lot of time and hassle going to the embassy in SF. Additionally, all the rest of my transactions were done and communicated via email. All these are good and all but what I really liked about Tri-Valley China Visa Services is how Shien communicated with me. From start to finish. I appreciate how Shien was clear in explaining the application process and how patient he was with me with all my questions. I truly liked that I can reach him by text, calling or by email and he always responded promptly,wow. Lastly, at first I was not sure how trust-worthy this company is, especially since I have not meet the owner in person and only 9 reviews on Yelp (but all 5 starts) compared to other company that have way more than 9 reviews.
