I was recently looking for a place to get my finger prints done. I chose this location because it was the closest location. I call ahead of time to ask "How much will it cost to get my finger prints done." The lady says $25 which I thought was cheap. I get to the location have them done. Honestly I was in and out but right before I leave she says it's 85$. This is extremely unprofessional saying one price and charging another. On their website it says a $25 application fee but that's not what I asked the person who answered the phone. I looked online to compare rates and found that 85$ is fair in California. The owners should highly consider restructuring their business model because it makes customer feel cheated and overcharged. When handed a receipt it just says 84$ with no break down. The staff should be upfront with the real price. read more

Came here for a LiveScan and was told by requesting agency that it can only be done here. It clearly says online that you can walk in from 10:00-5:00pm on weekdays. I drove over an hour round trip, only for the door to be locked. I called the business number and the person who answered was less than helpful and her response was, "well I do walk-ins when I'm there". How am I supposed to know when you're there?! Beverly at AAA Live Scan was late. It was only by a few minutes, but instead of an apology she said "I knew I would be pushing it". Beverly said give her a minute as she opened the office. I waited outside and she yelled for me to "come in". Beverly had loud music playing and it made it hard to concentrate. Beverly rudely said this paper needs to be filled out. I don't need your license until it's done! Then she said to completely fill out the address of the organization. However this had already been completed by the requesting organization which only uses this live scan facility. Beverly wanted me to produce a OCA number I did not have. I am volunteering. When Beverly gave me the solution for fingerprinting I apparently was doing it wrong as she said use it like hand lotion. I did not need to put it on the backside of my hands but I did it for Beverly. She gave me my paperwork and I'd and a Thank You. It was week and I could tell she did not mean it. read more

I came in for finger printing. I did receive Quick service. However, when I inquired about the cost of the finger printing, she said "it all varies". I didn't get a chance to refuse the service because she had already written on my form (which I didn't have copies of). Customer service sucks. Cost of the finger printing was $57!!!!! Just left, literally sitting in my car and decided I needed to write this review. I can't believe the experience I just had here. Or, I'm sorry let me say lack of experience. I don't write reviews unless I had the best time or worse. By my one star, I'm sure you can see what my experience was like. I came here to get my live scan. First I was paying with my card, the woman looks at it and is all like whose card is this? I said my husbands then she made me call him to make sure. Okay, have to protect yourself--I get it. Next she does my live scan and literally took under a minute. At least four of the fingers came up as red but she ignored them. I've had a live scan done two time, and each time the guy made sure they were all green. Then she gave me a receipt and I asked for a second copy, which she said was 25 cents per copy. I Just looked through the reviews and saw that she emailed copies to people free of charge and provided friendly service. Wish I could say I received that, but I was in and out with her literally saying under 20words to me. Not sure if it is the fact that I look different than other people in this town or what I interuppted her conversation or what. I never have had to leave a review like this before but the entire thing left a very bad taste in my mouth. Never again... read more

Customer service sucked! Walked in needing Live Scan... I explained my printer crapped out and I would pay but if she can print the application for me. She said her printer was wireless so I tried to find it and it came up. I asked for the password and she said there isn't one. Ok but the printer name you gave me is asking for one. Mind you the whole time her feet are propped up and not trying to help. Didn't care to be helpful. But the way she said it was so snotty. Not needed ever if you're a walk in welcome kind of place. So I'm like ok let me go find someone to help me print it. She said yeah do that then come back. No way would I go back to a place so snotty. Went next door and they totally helped me print it. Dayna was the sweetest. But I refused to then give my money to AAA for the lack of help. I mean I'm sorry if I interrupted your call with your feet up... but if walk ins are welcome then be welcoming. Went to get my Livescan done at Livermore Livescan!!! Very poor service - went for fingerprints. The part time help was rude to my children and to top it all off - Sunset Elementary didn't receive the form - done on 2/12. I recommended to LARPD school district to remove their name from list. The Part time help is not even certified to do fingerprinting or record keeping.
