I came in with a California Live Scan form that still needed some information completed. Rather than making me feel like I had done something wrong, he simply explained what was needed and helped me get everything taken care of. I especially appreciated that when it came time to enter my Social Security number, he let me enter it directly into the system myself for privacy rather than requiring me to write it on the form. The whole experience was comfortable, efficient, and straightforward. Exactly how a service like this should be handled. I would absolutely come back here if I ever need Live Scan services again. Highly recommended.

I handed her a $5 dollar bill. She said, "I can't accept this. I can't give this to my customers". It was an old five dollar bill. Whatever!!! Then I gave her the $20. Now, she's complaining I'm taking all of her change. Well, that is your problem. I tried to give you a $5 first. By the way, Who charges $1 for a black & white copy. I only needed one but that is a ripoff all by itself. She could have easily made the copy charged me a dollar, give me change for the $5 or $20 without her complaining. Now, when I do have bigger business like needing a Notary or Passport pictures or shipping a package I will think of the positive experience I had going there. Instead, I will think of the $1 I spent on an overpriced black & white copy listening to all of her complaining & me thinking the whole time I'm there, "I never want to come to this place again".
