Most importantly, he understood how critical it was for them to move that day and worked to make sure it happened. Things don't always go perfectly in business, but what matters is how problems are addressed when they arise. What I encountered was end-to-end excellence, from customer service to their excellent moving team. I knew our move would be a large one, so I booked a 26' truck and five-person crew. As the day of the move approached, I had lots of last-minute worries and questions and Sam, in Customer Service, answered every one and generally calmed my nerves, assuring me my move team would assist if we needed last-minute help. On the day of the move, the team arrived right on time. The foreman, Guillermo, assessed our situation and calmly confirmed my suspicious that we'd need two trucks (this my error, not OnTrack's). Before I could panic, he had contacted his team and we arranged that ours be a two day move. Guillermo's team wrapped our furniture and had the truck loaded swiftly. At the new house, we had a few of our family help direct traffic. I'd labelled every box with a color-coded room label and the team got everything to the proper room. On day two, Sammy -- part of the original crew -- acted as lead and we repeated the process. Here, a number of items still needed a bit of packing and his team had everything done in record time and -- bless them - marked the boxes for the proper room destinations without prompting. As I now unpack, I'm finding everything in excellent condition and couldn't be more grateful. We'd heard stories about moving nightmares and wanted to share a happy ending. Guillermo and Sammy were AMAZING and their crews were very hard working. Tips: my sister had a table of bottled waters, bags of chips, and other snacks ready for the team when we arrived at the new house. The team appeared grateful for the sustenance. We also tipped each person individually, in cash.

I had a very small move including: 52" flat screen 42" flat screen Standard 5 drawer dresser, approx 6ft 5 seater sofa (breaks down into 2 sections) Coffee Table Desk (very light) Standard rolling office chair California King sleep number bed 6 hours. Both buildings with elevators, both less than 15 feet walking from elevator to truck/truck to elevator. 6 hours. They allocated 2 men for the job, which based on the inventory I could find a way to understand. But this was almost the equivalent of a fully furnished 2 bedroom home. 6 hours and not providing any form of concession is absurd. And nice gentlemen, but this wasn't exactly white glove service. Half of the items they didn't even ask where I wanted them placed or oriented. And they tracked over my brand new rug multiple times no booties even though I was adamant about that before the move began. Used a slow, manual hand wrench to try and take a flat screen TV mount off. Maybe power tools would have been better/faster? Didn't have a door stopper... maybe a moving company has a few of those handy for jobs? 6 hours. Would not recommend, wish I could do this over. 6 hours.

This could not have gone better! From the very first moment, the entire experience went so much…read morebetter than any other move I have ever done. First, upon contacting them, the person I spoke with was polite, professional, personable and knowledgeable. They clearly communicated everything I wanted to know and let me know how to use the links to upload photos and video for them to create their estimate. Once they did, they sent me the estimate, which was more reasonable than any others I had received. And they called to confirm I received it and ask if anything was not included in the inventory of the items to be moved. I added one thing I had forgotten and they adjusted it by a tiny amount. And they made sure I understood the minimum amount and that, should it take longer than expected, what the maximum would be, which was still very reasonable! Once I decided to choose them, their professional staff communicated with me at each step along the way, confirming dates and times were set, and making sure I knew what would be included and what to expect on the day of the move. They even called me, just to let me know that the employee who had done my original intake have moved to another job and introduce me to who would be handling my details going forward. As the move approached, I got a reminder message a week out, another as the deadline approached to add any last-minute items, and a phone call 3 days prior to make sure everything was all lined up and ready. On the morning of, I got another text letting me know that the movers were 45 minutes from arrival, which put them exactly on time...and that is precisely when they arrived! Paco and Jerry were our movers that day and were terrific - professional, helpful, careful and absolutely delightful people! Upon arrival, I met them both and we did a walk-through to make sure they knew exactly what needed to be moved and what was staying. Paco took me through and made sure if I had any questions as I signed the final paperwork. As I started that, Jerry immediately got to work...and he was FAST! By the time I walked in things were already getting securely and carefully wrapped and ready. Paco joined him and they completed it in record time, even making sure to organize things into the order they wanted to move them off at our destination. I headed to our delivery location for final preparation. And they were there before I knew it! They sent a text when they left the pick up location to give me their ETA, so I could be ready. When they arrived, once again, a brief walk through to confirm where things were to go. And then they started moving at light-speed again! They were fast...and STRONG. I couldn't believe how easily they moved some of the items. But they were incredibly careful and considerate as well. I had no concerns at all about any damage to items or my home. They finished right on time. After double checking, everything was in pristine condition, like it had never been touched! Clean and safe. As they finished on time, we did final signatures and they confirmed that there would not be any need for an increase over the minimum amount we agreed to. If you read this far, I am guessing I don't have to tell you, but I HIGHLY recommend this company and will most definitely be turning to them if I ever am moving anything anywhere again! The cost was reasonable versus making multiple trips from Fremont to Dublin and dealing with the crazy Bay Area traffic.
