I was en route to lunch with a friend when I noticed the UPS store across the parking lot from China Village. I had given up on ever finding a 3" roll of packing tape for my image transferring projects when I asked Jazmyn if they sold it. If ever there was a time I was grateful to someone's ear hustling, it was when Ammara rose from her work and within seconds the roll of tape was in her hands. Viola! The tape is not a stock item but Ammara sold it to me for what I know to be of profit. On top of this gesture she roused my childhood by selling me Scooby Doo postage stamps. Yeah. Don't use this location for Live Scan Fingerprinting services. If there is a problem with a fingerprint submission by this store, the owner will charge you for "Redos". Even if the problem was not caused by you. You're better off going to another vendor for Live Scan Services. read more

I came to do an easy drop off a package returning books (spent time outside in my car taping it up and packaging it myself) and she decided to close in that time! She shakes her head "no" at me from outside, saying they close at 6:30. I look down at my phone and it is 6:28! If I had not begged her and ran around to the back door I would have been charged around an extra $210 from my textbook rental company. I went to the UPS store to have an Amazon shipment returned. It was 3 large boxes. We arrived 15 minutes before the store was set to close. We encountered a HUGE problem. Amazon had made an error and did not provide enough shipping labels. Amora was calm and cool under pressure of having very frustrated customer. In the end, Amora stayed after hours and was very patient in helping me get all of the shelves returned. So i called yesterday june 14 2019 to check if i needed to set appointment for live scan and she said no and i can just walk in. I asked what time they close and if thr live scan person is there. She said they close at 6:30 but live scan only till 5:30. I wont make it from work so i asked what time they will be there tom Saturday and she said till 4:30. I went after work saturday 305pm walked in she said the person left already. She recommend me to go to other UPS in hopyard. I called and the person at hopyard location said they dont do live scan saturdays. So i called the nxt one. Walked in today and the lady behind the counter was super rude. First she had a bunch of stuff on the counter and told me to move my boxes cause it was on her stuff. Horrible customer service! Don't go here unless it's your only option. Both times I've been treated as more of a pest than a 'customer' by the younger Indian girl. DISHONEST - she is also making up her own prices for shipments which I find incredible shady. I was told it'd be $18.50 to ship a tiny tiny box and it wouldn't get there for 7 days. Then I told her I'd leave and go to USPS. She then quoted me $15. Again, I told her that's ridiculuous due to the size and weight of the package I was sending. She finally offered $10 to ship, and I agreed. I don't think this is legal and I wonder about the integrity of their business. Not going back ever. read more

Worst UPS store in the country. I've even asked UPS to start an investigation into their practices. I shipped a package cross-country w/ full insurance. It was insured for $400. The package was damaged and UPS agreed to pay for it, since I had the insurance. Except this store had only insured it for $250! They just pocketed the difference in insurance prices! I had to ask a lawyer friend to send a nasty letter to these people. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. Over 3 weeks ago I paid $75 for Live Scan fingerprinting from UPS store. The man had me redo a few prints, because they were light. I questioned him. I said "it says left index and you had me redo my right index". Since he redid a few, I asked about the other ones that were "a little light". He insisted he was right and they were all OK. The Scans were sent to the State. I anxiously awaited my state Licensing. Until today, I figured I would receive it in another 2 or 3 weeks. 3 weeks after my scan I received a letter from the state - the scans needed to be re-done, they were too light. They cited the ATI number and Instructed me to bring the State document back to UPS Store and have them redone. I was turned down when I returned because I didn't have my receipt with me. Even though I had the ATI number, and they have the ATI number on file for me. Customer service was horrible. The woman at the counter wasn't willing to work with me and told me my prints were probably incorrect because they are "too old". What the heck does that mean? I will go back later today, and now I must wait another 5 to 6 weeks for my licensing because of these idiots. If you are considering having scans done here, I suggest you save yourself the uncertainty and go somewhere else. Went back later in the day with the receipt. The man who did my scans 3 weeks ago was there, and he rescanned. He was very nice and helpful. This time he had me apply 'corn huskers lotion' to my finger tips and the prints were much better this time around. Still not thrilled about having to wait for the State to reprocess my documents. read more

Let me start off by saying I spent several years being a manager at a different UPS Store, so I am very familiar with how MBE corporate expects their stores run. This UPS Store is by far the worst UPS Store I have visited and a horrible representation of a good company, but that is what comes with independent franchises. I recently when to this location to send a package via UPS. I was trying to be nice and support the franchisee as opposed to printing my own label online and making it a "drop off". The female owner, male owner, and two kids were all behind the counter when I arrived and there were no other customers. The female owner "helped" me. She gave me a price of nearly $18 to ship a ground package that was small (5 x 5 x 10), light (under a pound), and had no declared value to a state not far away. At other stores, that would have been around $10-12. What made it clear to me I was getting screwed was that the receipt did not have a tracking number on it. When I questioned that, she said she would email it to me later on. I have never seen any other UPS Store refuse to provide a tracking number when a customer is there. This is a horrible and shady UPS Store, but do not let that tarnish visiting other UPS Stores. read more
